Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a quilt composite material and a preparation device thereof, and aims to solve the problem of low production efficiency of quilts.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a quilt composite material, which comprises a silk layer disposed on a bottom layer, a down layer disposed on a middle layer, and a cotton wadding layer disposed on a top layer.

The invention also provides a preparation device for preparing the quilt composite material, which comprises a supporting seat, a carding machine, a motor, a threaded rod, a movable plate, a partition plate, a cylinder and a cotton making machine, wherein the supporting seat is provided with a working cavity, the carding machine is fixedly connected with the supporting seat, the carding machine is positioned on the side surface of the working cavity, the motor is fixedly arranged in the supporting seat, the threaded rod is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor, the movable plate is in threaded connection with the threaded rod, the movable plate is in sliding connection with the supporting seat, the partition plate is positioned below the movable plate, the cylinder is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat, the cotton making machine is fixedly connected with the output end of the cylinder, and the cotton making machine is positioned above the working cavity, so as to solve the problem of low production efficiency of the quilt.

The side of the supporting seat is provided with a supporting frame, the supporting frame and the supporting seat are integrally formed, and the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the supporting frame, so that the air cylinder is located right above the working cavity.
