3. The marine ballast water system of claim 1, wherein one end of the hydraulic ram is connected to a drive head of the remote control valve and the other end of the hydraulic ram is connected to the hydraulic line or a base of the remote control valve.

4. The marine ballast water system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the measuring end of the flow meter is located inside the hydraulic cylinder, and the output end of the flow meter is connected to a signal output system of the marine ballast water system.

The marine ballast water system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water pump, a solenoid valve and a control system, wherein the water pump and the solenoid valve are electrically connected to the control system, the water pump is located in the ballast water tank for pumping ballast water inside the ballast water tank, and the solenoid valve is electrically connected to the remote control valve for driving the remote control valve to open or close.

6. The marine ballast water system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an oil tank, the hydraulic line being connected to the oil tank.

7. The marine ballast water system of claim 6, wherein the oil tank is secured to an exterior of the ballast water tank.

8. The marine ballast water system as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a manual control assembly connected to the remote control valve for manually opening a valve of the remote control valve.

9. The marine ballast water system of claim 1, wherein the remote control valve is a hydraulic butterfly valve.

The marine ballast water system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the remote control valve further comprises a mechanical lock assembly disposed on the piston of the hydraulic valve, the mechanical lock assembly locking the piston of the hydraulic valve when the remote control valve is in a stationary state.

Background

The ballast water tank of the ship is a tank for placing ballast water, is used for adjusting the gravity center position, the floating state and the stability of the ship, and can solve the problems of insufficient stability or inappropriate draft caused by oil-water consumption and gravity center rising in the sailing process of the ship. Ballast tanks are typically equipped with a vessel ballast water system for regulating and maintaining the steady state of the vessel.

The ship ballast water system consists of a ballast water pump, a ballast water pipeline, a ballast water tank and a valve box of a relevant valve. The hydraulic pipeline is provided with a hydraulic remote control valve for controlling the opening or closing of the ballast tank valve. Since the state of the valve position of the remote-controlled valve needs to be recorded, an indication signal needs to be taken from the valve head, and in this case, a power element and a cable need to be provided to record the signal. And a portion of the cable is connected to the valve head, i.e., needs to be submerged in ballast water, there are high demands on the IP rating of the cable and maintenance is difficult.

The invention aims to overcome the defects that the ship ballast water system in the prior art has high requirements on cables by transmitting valve signals through the cables, is difficult to maintain and repair and has high cost, and provides the ship ballast water system.

The present invention will be more clearly and completely described below by way of a preferred embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, without thereby limiting the scope of the invention to the described embodiment.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a ship ballast water system including a hydraulic line 4 and a remote control valve 1, the hydraulic line 4 being connected to the remote control valve 1. The hydraulic pipeline 4 is also provided with a hydraulic oil cylinder and a flow meter 3, when the remote control valve 1 is opened or closed, part of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pipeline 4 flows in the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the flow meter 3 is communicated to the inside of the hydraulic oil cylinder and used for measuring and recording the flow of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil cylinder.

According to the ship ballast water system, the hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged on the hydraulic pipeline 4 to open or close the remote control valve 1, on the basis, the flow meter 3 is further arranged on the hydraulic oil cylinder to record the flow of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder through the flow meter 3, so that the movement amount of the hydraulic oil cylinder is obtained through calculation, namely the movement degree of a valve of the remote control valve 1, and the opening and closing position of the valve is judged.

In this embodiment, the remote control valve 1 is a hydraulic butterfly valve. Of course, other types of remotely operated valves 1 may be used in other embodiments.

The size of the hydraulic oil cylinder is determined, so that an appropriate flow meter 3 can be selected through the size of the oil cylinder and the length of the hydraulic pipeline 4 in the early stage of installation.

Preferably, the remote control valve 1 comprises a mechanical lock assembly, the mechanical lock assembly is arranged on a piston of the hydraulic valve, and when the remote control valve 1 is in a static motion state, the mechanical lock assembly locks the piston of the hydraulic valve. The mechanical lock realizes the fixing effect of ensuring the remote control valve 1 in a static state and prevents the phenomenon of 'soft legs'. In this embodiment, the mechanical assembly is a sleeve-type locking assembly, that is, the extension portion of the piston rod is provided with a locking sleeve fixed on the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder, and the inner hole of the locking sleeve is in interference fit with the outer ring of the piston rod, so that the piston rod can be locked at any position. The locking sleeve is internally provided with a spiral groove, and two ends of the groove are provided with sealing rings. When the remote control valve 1 is in a use state, hydraulic oil is recorded into the spiral groove due to high pressure, so that the sleeve expands outwards in the radial direction, and the over-hard fit between the sleeve and the piston rod is changed into clearance fit, namely, the remote control valve is unlocked automatically. Of course, in other embodiments, other mechanical lock assemblies, such as a brake disc type or a steel ball friction type, may be adopted, and even a hydraulic locking circuit may be selected to realize a one-way or two-way locking and positioning function.

Further, the hydraulic oil cylinder comprises an opening direction oil cylinder 21 and a closing direction oil cylinder 22, the opening direction oil cylinder 21 and the closing direction oil cylinder 22 are respectively arranged at two sides of the valve of the remote control valve 1, and when the remote control valve 1 is opened, part of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pipeline 4 flows in the opening direction oil cylinder 21; when the remote control valve 1 is closed, part of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic line 4 flows to the oil cylinder 22 while being closed. The measuring end of the flowmeter 3 is positioned in the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the output end of the flowmeter 3 is connected to a signal output system of a ship ballast water system. The flowmeter 3 can record the flow state of hydraulic oil, and can transmit the recorded data to a signal output system, so that an operator can observe and record the data conveniently.

In addition, the ship ballast water system further comprises a manual control assembly, wherein the manual control assembly is connected to the remote control valve 1 and is used for manually opening a valve of the remote control valve 1. The manual control assembly is used for discharging water or discharging water to the ballast water tank when the electric control fails, so that the normal operation of the ship is not influenced.

The ship ballast water system further comprises a water pump, an electromagnetic valve and a control system 5, wherein the water pump and the electromagnetic valve are electrically connected to the control system 5, the water pump is located in the ballast water tank and used for pumping ballast water in the ballast water tank, and the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected to the remote control valve 1 and used for driving the remote control valve 1 to be opened or closed. The ship ballast water system also comprises an oil tank, and the hydraulic pipeline 4 is communicated to the oil tank. Preferably, the tank is fixed to the outside of the ballast water tank. The mailbox is fixed outside the ballast water tank, so that the hydraulic oil can not flow into the ballast water tank to cause pollution. In other embodiments, the oil tank may be disposed inside the ballast water tank as long as the sealing effect of the mailbox can be ensured.
