The bracket 3 is fixedly connected to the vehicle frame, and the brake disc is arranged between the first brake block 4 and the second brake block 5. The outer end of each positioning groove 11c penetrates through the corresponding axial surface 11e and forms an opening 11c1 on the axial surface 11e, a limiting piece 15 blocked at the opening 11c1 is fixed on each axial surface 11e, and the limiting piece 15 is used for limiting the axial displacement of the roller 12. The limiting piece 15 and the blocking piece 14 are integrally formed, a bending connecting part 15a is arranged between the limiting piece 15 and the blocking piece 14, and a concave opening 15b is arranged on the limiting piece 15 at a position close to the bending connecting part 15 a. Only one fastener 17 is arranged between the blocking piece 14 and the supporting part 11a and between the limiting piece 15 and the supporting part 11a respectively, and the fastener 17 can be a rivet or a bolt or a screw, namely, the blocking piece 14 is fixed on the positioning surface 11d only by one rivet or bolt or screw, and the limiting piece 15 is fixed on the positioning surface 11d only by one rivet or bolt or screw.

The driving assembly further includes a driving source [ not shown in the drawings ], the driving source may be an air cylinder or an oil cylinder, the air cylinder is generally selected, and a disc brake using the air cylinder is called an air disc brake, and a piston rod of the air cylinder extends out and abuts against the driving end 11f of the lever body 11. When the disc brake works, the cylinder drives the lever body 11 to rotate by taking the axis of the supporting surface 11b as a rotation center, the roller 12 abuts against the push rod 9 to enable the push rod 9 to drive the second brake block 5 and the caliper body 1 to move, and the first brake block 4 and the second brake block 5 clamp the brake disc to form braking. After braking is finished, the piston rod of the air cylinder retracts, the push rod 9 moves towards the direction far away from the second brake block 5 under the action of the spring 8, and the lever 10 resets.

During the rotation of the lever body 11, the half moon bearing 7 is limited by the limit part 14a protruding from the support surface 11b on the baffle plate 14 to prevent the half moon bearing 7 from sliding out of the support surface 11b, when the half moon bearing 7 abuts against the limit part 14a of the baffle plate 14 to generate an abutting force, since the baffle plate 14 is fixedly connected to the lever body 11, the abutting force does not cause the movement of the baffle plate 14, so that the limit effect of the limit part 14a on the baffle plate 14 on the half moon bearing 7 is kept stable, and the abutting force does not act on the bearing bush 13 to cause the displacement of the bearing bush 13, so that the bearing bush 13 is stably installed, and meanwhile, the positioning insert 13a on the bearing bush 13 is inserted into the positioning slot 16 between the positioning surface 11d and the baffle plate 14, while the socket 16a of the positioning slot 16 faces the roller 12, i.e. the positioning insert 13a is inserted into the positioning notch 11d1, two side surfaces of the positioning insert 13a are limited by the two side surfaces of the positioning notch 11d1 and form axial positioning, the other two side surfaces of the positioning insert 13a are limited by the bottom surface of the positioning notch 11d1 and the blocking piece 14 and form circumferential positioning, so that the positioning insert 13a can be axially and circumferentially positioned on the supporting part 11a by the side wall surface of the positioning slot 16, the possibility of axial displacement and circumferential displacement of the bearing bush 13 is reduced, the installation stability of the roller 12 is ensured, and the structural stability of the brake is improved.

When the bearing bush 13 needs to be replaced and maintained, the sealing cover 2 is firstly detached from the caliper body 1, then the push rod 9 and the lever 10 are taken out from the driving part 1b of the caliper body 1, and the roller 12 is not abutted against the push rod 9 any more and automatically falls out from the positioning groove 11 c. Since the positioning insertion groove 16 is provided between the positioning surface 11d and the stopper piece 14, the positioning insertion groove 16 is in a detachable state, and then the bearing bush 13 can be easily taken out by releasing the circumferential positioning of the positioning insertion piece 13a after detaching the stopper piece 14 from the supporting portion 11 a. Meanwhile, the insertion opening 16a faces the direction of the roller 12, and the angle of the positioning groove 11c and the structure of the bearing bush 13 are arranged, so that the bearing bush 13 can be directly detached, and after the lever 10 is taken out and the roller 12 and the bearing bush 13 are not limited by the push rod 9, the positioning insertion strip 13a can be directly pulled out through the insertion opening 16a to detach the bearing bush 13 without detaching the baffle 14. The two types of the ways of removing the bearing bush 13 can be selected according to the possibility of disassembly, for example, the blocking piece 14 or the blocking piece 14 is provided with a rivet, so that when the blocking piece 14 is not easy to remove, the positioning insertion strip 13a can be directly pulled out, and if the blocking piece 14 is convenient to remove, the bearing bush 13 can be taken out after the blocking piece 14 is removed. And replacing the old bearing bush 13 and then reversely installing the new bearing bush 13. Therefore, the lever 10 can improve the structural stability of the brake and ensure the convenience of dismounting and maintaining the brake.

Example two

The structure of the positioning slot 16 is different from that of the first embodiment, the blocking piece 14 and the limiting piece 15 are separate structures, and the other structures are the same as those of the first embodiment. The baffle plate 14 is provided with a positioning groove, and a positioning slot 16 is defined by the wall surface of the positioning groove and the positioning surface 11 d. The separation blade 14 is fixedly connected to the positioning surface 11d through at least two rivets or bolts or screws, and the limiting sheet 15 is fixedly connected to the axial surface 11e through at least two rivets or bolts or screws, so that the separation blade 14 and the limiting sheet 15 are fixed stably on the supporting portion 11a, and the structural stability of the brake is guaranteed.
