Background

The flange connection is an important connection mode in pipeline construction due to the convenience in disassembly, high strength and good sealing performance. At present, the flange connection mainly adopts bolt connection, although the connection is firm, the precision requirement on bolt holes is high, in the flange manufacturing process, the distances among the holes on the flanges manufactured by different manufacturers are inconsistent, so that bolt holes cannot be completely matched, and the flanges cannot be connected due to the fact that bolts cannot penetrate through the flanges. The clamping jaw further comprises a connecting part, the clamping groove 211 and the connecting part are fixedly connected at a first angle, the first flanging 11 is plate-shaped, and the first flanging 11 is perpendicular to the connecting plate 12.

The first flanges 11 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate 12, the fastening pieces 2 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate 12, and the distance between every two adjacent fastening pieces 2 is 150-300 mm.

By limiting the distance between two adjacent fastening members 2, the reliability of the fastening members 2 in connection with the flange 1 is ensured.

Referring to fig. 4-5, as will be understood, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an air duct system 4, where the air duct system 4 includes the air duct connecting device 3 and a plurality of air ducts 51, and adjacent air ducts 51 are connected by the air duct connecting device 3, where one air duct 51 is fixedly connected to one flange 1, and the other air duct 51 is fixedly connected to the other flange 1.

The air pipe system 4 is connected by the air pipe connecting device 3, and the problem that the installation space of the bolt 41 is limited in the installation of the flange 1 is solved. Due to the fact that the number of bolts 41 is reduced in the connection mode, installation reliability is improved, labor intensity of workers is reduced, the damage degree of the sealing gasket 31 is reduced due to the fact that threaded holes in the sealing gasket 31 are reduced, and connection sealing performance is improved.

The air pipe 51 and the connecting plate 12 are both square, and the corner of the air pipe 51 corresponds to the corner of the connecting plate 12.
