1. A water scrubbing air purification apparatus, comprising:

7. The water washing air purifying apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of purified air outlets are provided on a side wall of the tub, and one of the duct housings is provided for each of the purified air outlets.

8. The water scrubbing air purifying apparatus of claim 7, wherein said plurality of air duct housings are formed as a single piece by being integrally formed.

9. A water wash air cleaning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein a humidifying element is provided within the tub opposite the dirty air inlet for humidifying dirty air entering the tub from the dirty air inlet.

10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising a housing and the water washing air cleaning device as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9, said water washing air cleaning device being disposed in said housing, said housing being provided with an air conditioning outlet communicating with a purified air outlet.

Technical Field

Background

The air purification device is a device capable of adsorbing, decomposing or converting various air pollutants, and further effectively improving the air cleanliness, and is mainly used in indoor spaces of resident families, markets, factories, buildings and the like. Common purification techniques for air purification devices include: adsorption technology, catalysis technology, photocatalyst technology, superstructure light mineralization technology, HEPA high efficiency filtration technology, static electricity dust collection technology, water washing purification technology and the like.

The existing water washing air purification device adopting the water washing purification technology comprises a water tank, a water curtain component and a fan. The water tank is provided with a water inlet at the side part, an air outlet at the top part, and a water curtain component arranged in the water tank and used for forming a water curtain in the water tank. The fan drives air in the external environment to enter the water tank from the air inlet of the water tank, and the air reaches the outside of the water tank from the air outlet of the water tank after being washed by water curtain in the water tank.

However, the air outlet is arranged at the top of the water tank, the distance between the air outlet and the water curtain is large, and then the airflow flowing path of the airflow in the water tank is long, so that the wind resistance is large, and the energy consumption is high.

In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 9 and 12, in the water-washing air purifying device of the present embodiment, the water curtain assembly 30 includes a water-throwing barrel 31 disposed in the water tank 10, the water-throwing barrel 31 is used for forming a water curtain in the water tank 10, after air outside the water tank 10 enters the water tank 10, the air passes through the water curtain and is washed by water, and then reaches the outside of the water tank 10 from the inside of the water tank 10, and various air pollutants in the air passing through the water curtain can be adsorbed, decomposed or converted, so as to purify the air, thereby effectively improving air cleanliness.

Of course, chemical agents such as disinfectants and degerming agents can be added into the water forming the water curtain, so that the air passing through the water curtain can be effectively sterilized and disinfected, and the quality of the air purified by the water washing air purifying device is improved.

It can be understood that, besides adding chemical agents in water to improve the quality of the air purified by the water-washing air purification device, an anion generator can be added in the water-washing air purification device, for example, and the quality of the air purified by the water-washing air purification device can be further improved by utilizing the anion generator.

As shown in fig. 8 and 12, in one embodiment, the water curtain assembly 30 further includes a drive shaft 32 and a motor located outside the bottom 16 of the tub 11. The installation pipe 19 arranged on the barrel bottom 16 and positioned in the barrel body 11 is used for communicating the inside and the outside of the water tank 10. In the water washing air cleaning device of the present embodiment, the purified air outlet 17 is located between the water curtain and the tub cover 12, so that the air outside the water tank 10 enters the water tank 10 through the dirty air inlet 18, and the air passes through the water curtain and then reaches the outside of the water tank 10 through the purified air outlet 17. According to the washing air purification device, the dirty air inlet 18 and the purified air outlet 17 of the water tank 10 are both arranged on the side wall of the barrel body 11, the purified air outlet 17 is positioned between the water curtain formed by the water curtain assembly 30 and the barrel cover 12, air outside the water tank 10 enters the water tank 10 from the dirty air inlet 18 and is discharged from the purified air outlet 17 after passing through the water curtain, and the air passes through the water curtain, so that the air purification can be realized, and the air quality is improved; the difference is only that the purified air outlet 17 is located at the top of the tub 11, the purified air outlet 17 is located at the side wall of the tub 11 and is disposed near the water curtain, and the distance from the water curtain to the purified air outlet 17 is reduced, that is, the air flow path in the water tank 10 is shortened, so that the wind resistance is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

In the washing air cleaning device of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a water blocking net 50 is further disposed in the water tank 10, the water blocking net 50 is located between the water curtain and the barrel cover 12, and the purified air outlet 17 is located between the water blocking net 50 and the barrel cover 12, that is, the water blocking net 50 is located below the purified air outlet 17. It should be noted that the water blocking net 50 not only has the water blocking effect, but also has the ventilation effect. The air in the water tank 10 firstly passes through the water blocking net 50 and then reaches the outside of the water tank 10 from the purified air outlet 17, and when the water curtain component 30 forms a water curtain, the water blocking net 50 can block water drops from splashing outside the water tank 10 from the purified air outlet 17. The purified air outlet 17 is disposed close to the water blocking net 50, so that the distance between the purified air outlet 17 and the water curtain can be reduced, the air flow path in the water tank 10 can be shortened, the wind resistance can be reduced, and the energy consumption can be reduced. The water blocking net 50 is detachably arranged in the barrel body 11, so that the water blocking net 50 and the barrel body 11 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the disassembling and assembling efficiency is improved. In the water washing air cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a humidifying member 60 is further disposed in the tub 11 opposite to the dirty air inlet 18, and the humidifying member 60 is used for humidifying the air entering the tub 11 from the dirty air inlet 18 to increase the humidity of the air.

For another example, as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 12, the diameter of the third cylindrical section 15 is smaller than that of the second cylindrical section 14, a second boss 110 is formed between the third cylindrical section 15 and the second cylindrical section 14, and a protrusion protruding to the side is provided on the humidifying element 60, and the protrusion rests on the second boss 110 to dispose the humidifying element 60 in the tub 11. The humidifying element 60 is arranged in the barrel body 11 by the protruding part resting on the second boss 110, the structure is simple, and the connection is reliable.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the humidifying element 60 includes a humidifying mesh 61, a first barrel frame 62 and a second barrel frame 63, wherein the side portions of the first barrel frame 62 and the second barrel frame 63 are respectively provided with a vent hole 65, the vent holes 65 are through holes, the first barrel frame 62 and the second barrel frame 63 surround to define an accommodating cavity 64, and the humidifying mesh 61 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 64 and opposite to the vent holes 65. The humidifying piece 60 formed by the humidifying net 61, the first barrel frame 62 and the second barrel frame 63 is reliable in structure and good in humidifying effect.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, in the embodiment, the flanges 66 are provided on the top of the first barrel frame 62 and/or the second barrel frame 63, that is, the flanges 66 protruding outward are provided on the outside of the top of the first barrel frame 62, or the flanges 66 protruding outward are provided on the outside of the top of the second barrel frame 63, or the flanges 66 protruding outward are provided on the outside of the top of the first barrel frame 62 and the second barrel frame 63, and the flanges 66 constitute a protruding part for cooperating with the tub 11, that is, the flanges 66 rest on the second bosses 110, the humidifying element 60 is disposed in the tub 11 through the flanges 66, and the assembly of the humidifying element 60 and the tub 11 is simple and convenient.

The washing air purifying device of the embodiment makes the air in the water tank 10 reach the outside of the water tank 10 through the purified air outlet 17, the air outside the water tank 10 enters the water tank 10 through the dirty air inlet 18, and the purified air outlet 17 is arranged close to the water curtain, so that the airflow flow path in the water tank 10 is reduced, the wind resistance is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. The wind is guided to the outside of the washing air cleaning apparatus through the duct housing 20. The water in the water tank 10 is prevented from being splashed out of the water tank 10 from the purified air outlet 17 by the water blocking net 50. The air is humidified by the humidifying member 60.

This embodiment still provides an air conditioner, and it includes shell and foretell washing air purification device, and washing air purification device sets up in the shell, is provided with the air-conditioning outlet with purifying wind export 17 intercommunication on the shell. The air outlet of the air conditioner arranged on the shell can be positioned at the side part of the shell, namely, the air outlet direction of the air conditioner is side air outlet. The air conditioner of the embodiment has the advantages of the water washing air purification device because the water washing air purification device is arranged.
