As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a storage box pre-embedded mounting structure, which includes a fixing base 100; the fixing seat 100 is pre-embedded at one side of the door liner 300 of the household appliance door body 10, which is far away from the household appliance box body, so as to form a sealing structure at one side of the household appliance door body; the fixing base 100 is provided with a connecting part 1111 for rotationally connecting with the storage box 200; the connecting part 1111 is matched with the second through groove 311 arranged on the side wall of the concave part 310 of the door liner 300; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

In one embodiment, the number of the grooves 111 is at least two. Furthermore, the number of the grooves 111 is two, and the two connecting portions 1111 are respectively disposed in the two grooves 111. Further, the first sidewall 110 having the groove 111 is provided with a second notch 112 to separate the two grooves 111, so that the sidewalls respectively provided with the grooves 111 abut against the back surfaces of the sidewalls of the recess 310 having the second through-groove 311, thereby reducing the requirement for the machining accuracy of the first sidewall 110 during the production of the fixing base 100.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixing base 100 is a bent structure, and further includes a second sidewall 120; the second side wall 120 is provided with a fixing structure 121 for mounting the magnet 130.

The first sidewall 110 is connected to the second sidewall 120, and abuts against two outer walls of the back of the recess 310 of the door bladder 300. The connection between the first sidewall 110 and the second sidewall 120 forms a bending portion of the fixing base 100, which can improve the sealing effect of the fixing base 100 on the second through-slot 311 of the door liner 300 to a certain extent.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing structure 121 includes at least two fastening structures 1211 for forming opposite fastening forces to fasten the magnet 130 for mounting and dismounting the magnet 130, and the magnet 130 is easy to mount and dismount. Further, the number of the fastening structures 1211 is two, and the fastening structures are opposite to each other and respectively fasten two sides of the magnet 130.

Further, the fixing structure 121 further includes a first through slot 1212 for accommodating the magnet 130; at least two fastening structures 1211 forming a fastening force are respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the first through groove 1212. The two fastening structures 1211 with opposite fastening forces are used for fastening the magnet 130 accommodated in the first through groove 1212 to the back of the recess 310 of the door liner 300, and the magnet 130 is directly attached to the side of the door liner 300 away from the storage box 200, so that the obstacles between the magnet 130 and the iron member 230 fixed on the storage box 200 are reduced, and the attraction between the magnet 130 and the iron member 230 is improved.

In an embodiment, the inner contour of the first through groove 1212 wraps the outer contour of the magnet 130, and the inner contour of the first through groove 1212 matches the outer contour of the magnet 130 in shape and size to limit the movement of the magnet 130 in the circumferential direction, so as to improve the mounting firmness of the magnet 130.

In one embodiment, the first notches 1213 are disposed on two sides of the fastening structure 1211. A gap is formed between the bottom of the storage box 200 and the recess 310 of the door liner 300, so that the storage box 200 can rotate relative to the rotational connection between the storage box 200 and the fixing base 100.

In one embodiment, the storage box 200 is snap-fit into the recess 310 of the door bladder 300, such that the storage box 200 is removably coupled into the recess 310. When the article needs to be taken and placed, the storage box 200 is opened by external force, and the storage box 200 is separated from the buckle connection, so that the storage box 200 is far away from the concave part 310 of the door liner 300. After the articles are taken and placed, the storage box 200 is close to the door liner 300 by external force until the storage box 200 is connected with the concave part 310 in a buckling mode.

Compared with the prior art, the storage box pre-buried installation structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the fixing seat is simple in structure and stable in installation, the installed storage box can rotate from the rotating connection position of the storage box and the fixing seat, one end of the storage box can move relative to the door liner of the household appliance door body and is opened at a certain angle, and foaming is not caused to overflow from the second through groove arranged on the door liner.
