On the basis of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, a sliding groove 60 may be further included, one end of the sliding groove 60 is connected to the connecting rubber plate 52, the other end of the sliding groove 60 is connected to the fixing plate 14, and stoppers 61 are fixed on both sides of the sliding groove 60, so that, in use, the finned tube 70 can enter the placing frame 21 in the placing assembly 20 through the sliding groove 60.
