Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of underwater operation machinery, in particular to an underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box and a rapid oil filling and complete air exhaust method thereof.

Background

The device is suitable for underwater operation, in particular to the condition that bubbles can not be remained after the oil is injected into the umbilical cable box of a deepwater operation machine. At present, an umbilical cable box adopts a working mode of side oil injection and upper panel single-hole exhaust, and the working mode has a plurality of defects which are mainly shown in the following aspects:

(1) because the side surface oil injection mode is adopted, when the height of the oil level of the umbilical cable box is higher than that of the side surface oil injection port, the pressure generated by the height of the existing oil level must be overcome to inject oil into the umbilical cable box, and the oil injection working efficiency is influenced;

(2) when the oil level of the umbilical cable box is over the side oil filling port, air mixed with oil is compressed during oil filling, the volume of the oil in the umbilical cable box is correspondingly reduced along with the gradual increase of the gas in the umbilical cable box, and the time for oil filling and subsequent exhaust is synchronously increased;

(3) adopt the carminative mode of top panel haplopore, and the exhaust hole all designs in umbilical cable case top panel central point and puts, and this kind of design must satisfy simultaneously: a) the umbilical cable box needs to be completely horizontally installed, the air bubble can be ensured to be positioned at the right center only if the umbilical cable box is completely horizontally installed, if the umbilical cable box is slightly inclined, the air bubble position can deviate from the center, and the exhaust is very difficult or even fails directly; b) the upper panel must be transparent, and only can observe the bubble position transparent of panel, can take to exhaust including removing modes such as umbilical cable case fixing bolt after observing the bubble position, and it is infeasible completely to remove the mode of umbilical cable case fixing bolt under many operating mode conditions in fact.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box and an oil injection and exhaust method thereof.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, an underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box is provided, which includes an umbilical cable box body and a cover plate, wherein the cover plate covers the top of the umbilical cable box body, a main exhaust hole is formed in a center position of the cover plate, auxiliary exhaust holes and oil injection holes are formed in two sides of the main exhaust hole on the cover plate, an orifice heightening component is arranged in the main exhaust hole, a heightening component exhaust channel is formed in the orifice heightening component, the heightening component exhaust channel is communicated with an inner cavity of the umbilical cable box body, and an outlet height of the heightening component exhaust channel is higher than an outlet height of the auxiliary exhaust holes and oil injection holes.

Furthermore, the orifice heightening assembly comprises a hollow stud which is detachably arranged in the main exhaust hole, and an inner cavity of the hollow stud is an exhaust channel of the heightening assembly.

Furthermore, a plurality of auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the main exhaust hole in the cover plate, and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes in the left side and the right side are symmetrically arranged relative to the main exhaust hole.

Furthermore, sealing plugs are detachably arranged in the main exhaust hole and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole.

Furthermore, a pressing plate is arranged above the cover plate, and the edge of the cover plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the umbilical cable box body through a plurality of fasteners by the pressing plate.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an oil filling and air exhausting method for an underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box, comprising the following steps:

step S1: opening sealing plugs in the main exhaust hole and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes, installing an orifice heightening component in the main exhaust hole, installing an oil injection joint on any one auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole, and starting to inject oil into the umbilical cable box body;

step S2: observing whether oil overflows from other auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes in the oil injection process, and if the oil overflows from the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes, sealing the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes by using sealing plugs until all the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes are completely sealed;

step S3: continuously injecting oil into the umbilical cable box body, observing the oil level condition in the exhaust channel of the heightening assembly, and stopping injecting oil if the exhaust channel of the heightening assembly overflows oil;

step S4: and (4) removing the orifice heightening assembly, and sealing the main exhaust hole by using a sealing plug.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:

(1) according to the underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box, the traditional mode of filling oil into the side surface of the umbilical cable box is changed into the mode of filling oil from the upper surface (namely the cover plate) of the umbilical cable box, so that the pressure generated by the height of the oil surface does not need to be overcome during oil filling, and the working efficiency of oil filling is effectively improved.

(2) The underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box can remove gas in the umbilical cable box to the maximum extent through the mutual matching of the main exhaust hole, the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole and the orifice heightening assembly on the cover plate.

(3) According to the underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box, when oil is filled, only the main exhaust hole and the auxiliary exhaust hole are needed to be observed, and whether oil overflows from the oil filling hole, the bubble condition in the umbilical cable box can be accurately known, the air is exhausted in a mode of observing the bubble position through the cover plate, the cover plate is not needed to be made of transparent materials, and the umbilical cable box is not needed to be completely horizontally installed.

Detailed Description

In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will be described more fully and in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments below.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms of art used hereinafter have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. The use of the words "a" or "an" and the like in the description and claims of the present patent application do not denote a limitation of quantity, but rather denote the presence of at least one. The terms "connected" and "coupled" and the like are not restricted to direct connections, but may be indirectly connected through other intermediate connections. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships are changed accordingly.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes an umbilical cable box body 1 and a cover plate 2. The cover plate 2 covers the top of the umbilical cable box body 1, a main exhaust hole 21 is formed in the center of the cover plate 2, auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 are formed in the two sides of the main exhaust hole 21 on the cover plate 2, and the main exhaust hole 21 and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 are communicated with the inner cavity of the umbilical cable box body 1; an orifice heightening assembly 3 is provided in the main exhaust hole 21, the orifice heightening assembly 3 has a heightening assembly exhaust passage 31 thereon, the heightening assembly exhaust passage 31 communicates with the inner cavity of the umbilical box body 1 through the main exhaust hole 21, and an outlet height (i.e., an upper port height) of the heightening assembly exhaust passage 31 is higher than an outlet height of the auxiliary exhaust and filler hole 22.

In the underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box, the main exhaust hole 21 is arranged at the central position of the cover plate 2, the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 are arranged at two sides of the main exhaust hole 21, the orifice heightening component 3 is arranged in the main exhaust hole 21, and the outlet height of the heightening component exhaust channel 31 of the orifice heightening component 3 is higher than the outlet height of the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22; when the umbilical cable box needs to be filled with oil, an oil filling joint is arranged on any one auxiliary exhaust and oil filling hole 22 to start oil filling, whether oil overflows from other auxiliary exhaust and oil filling holes 22 is observed in the oil filling process, if the oil overflows from the auxiliary exhaust and oil filling hole 22, the auxiliary exhaust and oil filling hole 22 is sealed until all the auxiliary exhaust and oil filling holes 22 are completely sealed (because the outlet height of the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly is higher than the outlet height of the auxiliary exhaust and oil filling hole 22, no oil overflows from the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly); and continuously injecting oil into the umbilical cable box, observing the oil level condition in the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly, and stopping injecting oil if the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly overflows oil, which indicates that the umbilical cable box is full of oil.

The underwater oil-filled umbilical cable box changes the conventional mode of oiling the side surface of the umbilical cable box into oiling on the upper surface (namely the cover plate 2) of the umbilical cable box, so that the oiling speed is improved; through the matching of the main exhaust hole 21, the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22 and the orifice heightening component 3, the gas in the umbilical cable box can be exhausted to the maximum extent; only need observe main exhaust hole 21 and supplementary exhaust and oil filler point 22 during the oiling and whether have the oil overflow just can accurately know the inside bubble situation of umbilical cable case, need not to exhaust through the mode that apron 2 observed the bubble position again, apron 2 need not to adopt transparent material, and umbilical cable case also need not complete horizontal installation. This umbilical cable case can show improvement oiling work efficiency, improves the carminative reliability of oiling, has overcome the problem that current scheme exhaust difficulty, work efficiency are low well, and apron 2 need not transparent material, and the umbilical cable case need not complete horizontal installation during oiling exhaust.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the port heightening assembly 3 includes a hollow stud 32, the hollow stud 32 is detachably mounted in the main exhaust hole 21, an inner cavity of the hollow stud 32 is the heightening assembly exhaust passage 31, and the heightening assembly exhaust passage 31 is communicated with the inner cavity of the umbilical box body 1 through the main exhaust hole 21. The hollow stud 32 is connected with the main exhaust hole 21 in a threaded fit mode, and the joint is sealed, so that oil is prevented from overflowing from the joint of the hollow stud 32 and the main exhaust hole 21.

In the present embodiment, the main exhaust hole 21 and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22 are detachably provided with sealing plugs 4, and the sealing plugs 4 are used for sealing the main exhaust hole 21 and the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22 after the umbilical box is filled with oil. In the process of oil injection, when oil overflows from one auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22, which indicates that the gas is completely exhausted, a sealing plug 4 is plugged into the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22 to seal the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole; thus completing the sealing of all the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 in sequence; finally, when oil overflows from the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly, the gas in the whole umbilical cable box is completely exhausted, the orifice heightening assembly 3 is removed, and the main exhaust hole 21 is sealed and sealed by the sealing plug 4.

observing whether oil overflows from other auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 in the oil injection process, and if oil overflows from one auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22, sealing the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection hole 22 by using a sealing plug 4 until all the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 are completely sealed;

after all the auxiliary exhaust and oil injection holes 22 are completely sealed, oil is continuously injected into the umbilical cable box body 1, the oil level condition in the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly is observed, if oil overflows from the exhaust channel 31 of the heightening assembly, the umbilical cable box is completely filled with oil, the gas in the umbilical cable box is completely exhausted, and the oil injection is stopped;

and finally, detaching the orifice heightening component 3 in the main exhaust hole 21, and plugging and sealing the main exhaust hole 21 by using the sealing plug 4 to finish the oil injection and exhaust of the umbilical cable box.
