and 4, step 4: carrying out acidification and esterification treatment on the product obtained in the step 3, wherein an acidic catalyst is adopted in the acidification treatment, and fatty acid n-octyl ester is obtained after the esterification treatment; the acid catalyst is sulfuric acid, methanesulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, acid resin or solid acid; the weight ratio of the acidized illegal cooking oil to the acid catalyst is 10:1, and the mixture is stirred and heated to 100 ℃;

and 5: adding the rest raw materials and the product obtained in the step (4) into a mixing kettle, and uniformly stirring, wherein the heating temperature is 45 ℃;
