s2, canning the mixed feed liquid obtained in the step S1, and sealing the opening;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air fresheners, in particular to an antibacterial and deodorant air freshener and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The air freshener is a chemical product applied to the field of environmental sanitation in the beginning of the 20 th century, and is the most common method for purifying the air environment and improving the air quality.

With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the air freshener becomes the first choice for many drivers to purify air in the automobile, and the current working principle of the automobile air freshener is simpler, namely a small amount of chemical reagent is added into the environment emitting foul smell to achieve the aim of deodorization. However, current automotive air fresheners still have disadvantages: it mainly blocks off odors by reacting with odor particles through chemical reactions and using strong aromatic substances, so many air fresheners do not actually remove the source of the odor, but only mask it with a favorable odor type; at this time, the traditional air freshener mainly comprises ethanol, essence and deionized water, wherein the ethanol and the water can corrode pipeline parts and cause circuit short circuit to influence system safety, and human body health can be influenced after the human body inhales the ethanol. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new air freshener.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a bacteriostatic and deodorant air freshener which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, bacteriostasis, sterilization, deodorization and environmental protection, and the defects of the prior art are avoided.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the antibacterial and deodorant air freshener.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

provides a bacteriostatic and deodorant air freshener which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight,

the solvent consists of a mixture of methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxanes and glycerol acetonide.

In the raw materials, the mixture of the polyurethane propyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and the acetonide are used as the solvent, and the raw materials can better dissolve various silicone oils, so that the dodecamethylpentasiloxane can be better dissolved, and the environment-friendly property is good; the antibacterial coating can be formed by solvent formed by the mixture of polyurethane propyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and acetone condensed glycerin, dodecamethylpentasiloxane and compound quaternary ammonium salt, not only has the antibacterial and deodorant effects, but also can protect various pipeline parts and avoid the problem that the pipeline parts are corroded; the 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and the essence have the effect of deodorization, and the compound quaternary ammonium salt has the functions of sterilization and corrosion prevention.

Further, the weight ratio of the mixture of the methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane to the acetonide in the solvent is 1:16 to 19.

Further, the propellant is tetrafluoroethane. The tetrafluoroethane does not contain chlorine atoms, does not have a destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer, is nonflammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, non-irritant, non-corrosive and good in safety; furthermore, tetrafluoroethane is an excellent refrigerant, which helps to produce refrigeration in a space.

The antibacterial and deodorant air freshener has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention takes the mixture of the polyurethane propyl methyl siloxane at the end of methoxy and the acetone condensed glycerin as the solvent, which can better dissolve various silicone oils, thus better dissolving dodecamethyl pentasiloxane and having good environmental protection; the antibacterial coating can be formed by solvent formed by the mixture of polyurethane propyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and acetone condensed glycerin, dodecamethylpentasiloxane and compound quaternary ammonium salt, and not only can play a role in inhibiting bacteria and deodorizing, but also can protect each pipeline part and avoid the problem that the pipeline part is corroded.

(2) The 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and the essence have the effect of deodorization, and the compound quaternary ammonium salt has the functions of sterilization and corrosion prevention.

(3) The air freshener disclosed by the invention adopts the mixture of the polyurethane propyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and the acetone-glycerol as pure solvents, does not contain methanol, water and strong acid and alkali, does not corrode air conditioner pipeline parts, does not cause circuit short circuit, is environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless, is safe to a system, is convenient to operate, and has a wide application range.

(4) The antibacterial agent adopts the dodecamethylpentasiloxane and the compound quaternary ammonium salt as the antibacterial components, has stronger antibacterial action on other bacteria such as escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, and the dodecamethylpentasiloxane can form a coating with a mixture of the polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane mixture at the methoxy end and the acetonide glycerin acetal, thereby further achieving the antibacterial effect.

In the preparation method, the target product can be prepared by simple mixing, and the preparation method has the advantage of easy operation.

Further, in the step S1, the mixing time is 5 to 20 min.

Further, after the step S3, the method further includes the step of passing the target product through a thermostatic water bath for leakage detection. The target product is bathed to check for air leakage.

The invention is further described with reference to the following examples.

Example 1

The embodiment discloses a bacteriostatic and deodorant air freshener which consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight,

10% of dodecamethylpentasiloxane, 10% of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, 0.1% of compound quaternary ammonium salt, 29.8% of solvent, 0.1% of essence and 50% of propellant, wherein the solvent consists of a methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane mixture and glycerol acetonide.

The antibacterial and deodorant air freshener has the following effects: the mixture of the polyaminopropyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and the acetonide are used as solvents, so that the environment-friendly solvent can well dissolve various silicone oils, and the solvents, the dodecamethyl pentasiloxane and the compound quaternary ammonium salt can form an antibacterial coating to protect pipeline parts. 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and essence have deodorizing effect. The compound quaternary ammonium salt has the functions of sterilization and corrosion prevention.

The antibacterial and deodorant air freshener has the following effects: the mixture of the polyaminopropyl methyl siloxane at the methoxy end and the acetonide are used as solvents, so that the environment-friendly solvent can well dissolve various silicone oils, and the solvents, the dodecamethyl pentasiloxane and the compound quaternary ammonium salt can form an antibacterial coating to protect pipeline parts. 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and essence have deodorizing effect. Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that the methoxy-terminal-subtracted aminopropylmethylsiloxane mixture of comparative example 1 is mixed with glycerol acetonide, and the other ingredients and preparation method are the same as in example 1 and will not be described again.

Comparative example 2

Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that the dodecamethylpentasiloxane was subtracted from comparative example 1, and the other ingredients and preparation were the same as in example 1 and will not be described again.

Efficacy testing

1. In order to verify the degerming effect of the antibacterial and deodorant air freshener, the following steps are adopted,

(1) the air freshener prepared in the example 1 is adopted to respectively act on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans for 3min, 6min, 9min and 12 min;

(2) the air freshener prepared in the comparative example 1 is adopted to respectively act on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans for 3min, 6min, 9min and 12 min;

(3) adopting the air freshener prepared in the comparative example 2 to respectively act on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans for 3min, 6min, 9min and 12 min;

(4) the sterilization of each bacterium was observed by a microscope, and the evaluation results are shown in tables 1 to 3.

From the above evaluation results, it can be seen that the air freshener of the present invention has better sterilization effects on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans, while comparative examples 1 and 2 have no sterilization function as the present invention. Therefore, the optimal sterilization effect can be obtained only by simultaneously adopting dodecamethylpentasiloxane, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, compound quaternary ammonium salt, solvent (formed by a mixture of polyaminopropyl methylsiloxane at methoxy end and acetone glycerin), essence, propellant and air freshener; whereas, the absence of a solvent (a mixture of methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane and glycerol acetonide) or the absence of dodecamethylpentasiloxane does not maintain a high level of sterilization efficacy. It can be seen that the solvent (the methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane mixture and the glycerol acetonide) and the dodecamethylpentasiloxane have a synergistic effect, as long as when both are used together, the bactericidal component dodecamethylpentasiloxane takes advantage of its better dissolution function in the solvent of the present invention, the solvent can form a coating on the surface of the part, and the solvent (the methoxy-terminated polyaminopropylmethylsiloxane mixture and the glycerol acetonide) and the dodecamethylpentasiloxane promote each other, thereby achieving an excellent bactericidal effect.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
