As shown in fig. 1, U-shaped shielding plates are respectively disposed at two ends of the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, after the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12 are connected in an involution manner, the U-shaped shielding plates at the two ends are involuted to form a shielding plate 14, a cigarette hole 13 through which a single cigarette can pass is formed in the center of the shielding plate 14, the evaluated cigarette is placed in the shielding body 10, and two ends of the cigarette pass through the cigarette hole 13. The shielding body 10 and the shielding plates 14 at both ends completely shield the brand information of the cigarettes.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cigarette limiting plate 20 is disposed in the shielding body 10, the cigarette limiting plate 20 is a trapezoidal plate made of hard elastic material, and includes a first elastic limiting plate 21 and a second elastic limiting plate 22, the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate 22 are respectively disposed in the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, and the positions of the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate are corresponding to each other. Specifically, the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate 22 are symmetrically fixed in the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, the middle parts of the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate 22 are respectively fixed at the top and the bottom of the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, and the two ends thereof are bent towards the center direction of the cigarette hole 13 of the shielding body, so as to press the cigarette from the two sides, and the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate 22 are in contact with the outer surface of the cigarette. The two end parts of the first elastic limiting plate 21 and the second elastic limiting plate 22 are provided with a plurality of sharp teeth 211 and 221 which are used for limiting the position of the cigarette, when the cigarette is inserted into the shielding body 10 and then is manually pulled, the sharp teeth 211 and 221 scratch the surface of the cigarette, so that the evaluation result can be subjected to invalid treatment, the objective fairness of the evaluation data can be ensured, and the ventilation of the cigarette can be kept without influencing the original quality of the cigarette.

The first half shutter 11 and the second half shutter 12 are connected by a magnetic coupling 30. The magnetic connectors 30 are respectively disposed outside the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, and the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12 are locked by the elastic force and the magnetic force.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the magnetic connector 30 includes two sets of vertical connectors 31 and two sets of horizontal connectors 32, which cooperate with the latch base 111 and the magnetic connector base 121 to lock the first half shutter 11 and the second half shutter 12. The two sets of vertical connectors 31 are movably disposed in the two vertical magnetic connector accommodating cavities 1213 of the second half shielding body, and the vertical magnetic connector accommodating cavities 1213 are communicated with the second pin hole 1211 of the second half shielding body through the through hole 1215. Specifically, each set of vertical connectors 31 includes a first magnetic pole 311 and a spring 312, where the first magnetic pole 311 is two stepped cylinders made of a permanent magnetic material, such as neodymium iron boron, and the diameters of the two stepped cylinders are different, and a circular arc is used for transition between the small-diameter cylinder 3111 and the end surface, so that the small-diameter cylinder 3111 can smoothly enter the through hole 1215. The spring 312 is a compression spring, and is disposed in the vertical magnetic connector accommodating cavity 1213 of the second half shielding body from bottom to top together with the first magnetic attraction column 311. The front end of the small diameter cylinder 3111 of the first magnetic pole enters the through hole 1215 of the accommodating cavity of the vertical magnetic connector under the elastic force of the spring 312. The front end of the first magnetic attraction column 311 of each set of vertical connectors is inserted into the radial groove 1121 on the plug pin of the first half shielding body through the through hole 1215 of the vertical magnetic connector accommodating cavity under the elastic force of the spring 312, so as to connect the first half shielding body 11 with the second half shielding body 12.

Each set of the transverse connectors 32 is composed of a pair of second magnetic poles 321, the second magnetic poles 321 are two stepped cylinders made of permanent magnetic material, such as neodymium iron boron, with different diameters, wherein the small diameter cylinder 3211 is in arc transition with the end surface, so that it smoothly enters the second connection hole 1212 of the second half shielding body and the first connection hole 1112 of the first half shielding body 11. The pair of second magnetic poles 321 is transversely disposed in the transverse magnetic connector receiving cavity 1214 of the second half shielding body, opposite ends of the two second magnetic poles 321 have the same magnetic poles, and the two second magnetic poles 321 are pushed by the magnetic pole repulsion force to make the front end of the small-diameter cylinder 3211 of the second magnetic pole enter the second connecting hole 1212 of the second half shielding body and the first connecting hole 1112 of the first half shielding body, so as to connect the first half shielding body 11 with the second half shielding body 12.

When the cigarette is evaluated blindly, the part of the evaluated cigarette with the brand information is arranged in the shielding body 10, two ends of the cigarette pass through the cigarette holes 13, the part of the cigarette without the brand information is exposed outside the shielding body, and the part of the brand information of the cigarette is completely shielded; after the blind evaluation is completed, first half shield 11 is separated from second half shield 12 by magnetic unlocking member 40.

In order to separate the first half shield body 11 and the second half shield body 12 after the cigarette evaluation is completed to take out the cigarette and prepare for the next evaluation, the present invention provides a magnetic unlocking member 40. The magnetic unlocking member 40 is respectively disposed on the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12, and unlocks the first half shielding body 11 and the second half shielding body 12 by the repulsion of the same magnetic pole to separate them from each other. More specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the magnetic unlocking member 40 includes a first unlocking member 41 and a second unlocking member 42. The first unlocking member 41 includes a first unlocking seat 411 and a first magnetic attraction block 412. The first unlocking seat 411 is a rectangular block body, which is made of odorless non-magnetic materials such as metal, hard plastic, hard rubber, and the like, and two vertical through holes 4111 are arranged on the rectangular block body at intervals, and the two vertical through holes 4111 correspond to the positions of the two pins 112 of the first half shielding body. A first magnetic block 412 is installed in each of the two vertical through holes, and the first magnetic block 412 is made of a permanent magnetic material such as neodymium iron boron. The two first magnetic blocks 412 have the same magnetic poles as the opposite ends of the first magnetic poles 311 of the two vertical connectors, and are unlocked by separating the small-diameter cylinder 3111 of the first magnetic pole from the radial groove 1121 on the pin 112 through magnetic pole repulsion. The second unlocking member 42 includes a second unlocking seat 421 and four third magnetic attraction columns 422. The second unlocking seat 421 includes a bottom plate 4211 and four ear seats 4212 arranged at four opposite corners of the bottom plate, each ear seat 4212 is provided with a magnetic pillar hole 42121, and the position of the magnetic pillar hole 42121 corresponds to the second connecting hole 1212 on the second half shielding body. Each of the magnetic pole holes 42121 is internally installed with a third magnetic pole 422 made of magnetic material, and the magnetic poles of the opposite ends of the four third magnetic poles 422 and the two second magnetic poles 321 are the same, so that the small-diameter cylinder 3211 of the second magnetic pole is separated from the first connection hole 1112 of the first half shielding body 11 by magnetic pole repulsion force to unlock.

After the blind evaluation is finished, the first unlocking piece 41 is disposed on the upper portion of the first half shielding body 11, and the second unlocking piece 42 is mounted on the lower portion of the second half shielding body 12, so that the small-diameter cylinder 3111 of the first magnetic attraction column and the radial groove 1121 on the latch 112, and the small-diameter cylinder 3211 of the second magnetic attraction column and the first connection hole 1112 of the first half shielding body 11 are separated from each other to unlock.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and modifications, substitutions and the like of the above members are intended to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
