A composite absorbent core according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application is described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-8, a composite absorbent core according to embodiments of the present application includes: a central fabric body 100 and an outer fabric body 200.

The upper end face and the lower end face of the central cloth body 100 are respectively provided with a first macromolecule water-absorbing layer 110 and a second macromolecule water-absorbing layer 120, the upper end face of the first macromolecule water-absorbing layer 110 is provided with an upper cloth body 130, the lower end face of the second macromolecule water-absorbing layer 120 is provided with lower cloth bodies 140 at intervals, and a fault 150 is formed between every two adjacent lower cloth bodies 140;

the outer cloth 200 is wrapped on the surfaces of the upper cloth 130 and the lower cloth 140, a third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 is arranged between the outer cloth 200 and the upper cloth 130, and a fourth polymer water-absorbing layer 220 is arranged between the outer cloth 200 and the lower cloth 140.

The structural principle of a composite absorbent core according to one embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Firstly, the upper cloth 130 is used as the inner lining of the diaper, the lower cloth 140 is used as the outer lining of the diaper, and the first polymer water-absorbing layer 110 and the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 on the surface of the upper cloth 130 can firstly absorb urine;

after the first polymer water-absorbing layer 110 and the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 absorb water to saturation, urine can permeate from the central cloth 100 to the second polymer water-absorbing layer 120;

the cross-sections 150 are arranged between the lower cloth 140 at intervals, so that urine can be uniformly diffused in the layers of the second polymer water absorption layer 120 and the fourth polymer water absorption layer 220, and the purpose of urine absorption is achieved.

From this, according to a compound absorption core of this application embodiment, absorb the urine through first polymer layer 110 that absorbs water, second polymer layer 120 that absorbs water, third polymer layer 210 that absorbs water and fourth polymer layer 220 that absorbs water absorb the urine, can bear the urine of more components, reduce the possibility of urine seepage, in addition, set up fault 150, can make the urine even in the second polymer layer 120 that absorbs water and the aspect internal diffusion of fourth polymer layer 220 that absorbs water, can more stabilize more even absorption liquid, avoid partial position to absorb too saturated, lead to the possibility of liquid seepage.

In addition, the composite absorption core according to the embodiment of the application also has the following additional technical characteristics:

according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the side edges of the outer fabric body 200 are connected by bonding, and the joint between the outer fabric body 200 and the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 and the joint between the outer fabric body 200 and the fourth polymer water-absorbing layer 220 are both provided with glue layers 300, where the glue layers 300 are hot melt glue, and the glue layers 300 are connected with each other by bonding.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the first polymer water-absorbing layer 110, the second polymer water-absorbing layer 120, the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 and the fourth polymer water-absorbing layer 220 are all polymer water-absorbing resin layers, and in practical implementation, the polymer water-absorbing resin layers are composed of a plurality of polymer water-absorbing resin particles, and the polymer water-absorbing resin particles can absorb hundreds times, even thousands times, of their own weight of water and have strong water retention capacity.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the central fabric body 100, the upper fabric body 130, the lower fabric body 140, and the outer fabric body 200 are all nonwoven fabrics, and the nonwoven fabrics are any one of heat-seal nonwoven fabrics, bulky nonwoven fabrics, and spunlace nonwoven fabrics.

It can be understood that the cross-sections 150 are disposed at equal intervals along the length direction of the central cloth 100, and the arrangement of the cross-sections 150 is beneficial to the diffusion of urine in the lower cloth 140, so that the urine can be distributed more uniformly in the lower cloth 140.

It should be noted that the outer layer cloth 200 is located below the fourth polymer water-absorbing layer 220, and two sides of the outer layer cloth 200 are folded above the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 and then bonded together, and the fourth polymer water-absorbing layer 220 and the third polymer water-absorbing layer 210 can be wrapped together by the outer layer cloth 200.

A process for producing a core according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present application, comprising a composite absorbent core according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, and the steps of:

the method comprises the following steps: spraying glue on the edge of the central cloth body 100 by using a glue spraying device, and reserving a part which is not sprayed with glue;

step two: respectively moving the upper cloth body 130 and the lower cloth body 140 on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the central cloth body 100, and bonding the edge of the upper cloth body 130 and the edge of the lower cloth body 140 with the edge of the central cloth body 100;

step three: high polymer water-absorbing particles are filled between the central cloth body 100 and the upper cloth body 130 and between the central cloth body 100 and the lower cloth body 140, so that a first high polymer water-absorbing layer 110 is formed between the central cloth body 100 and the upper cloth body 130, and a second high polymer water-absorbing layer 120 is formed between the central cloth body 100 and the lower cloth body 140;

step four: spraying glue to the part of the central cloth body 100 which is not sprayed with glue, and bonding the central cloth body 100 with the upper layer cloth body 130 and the lower layer cloth body 140;

step five: spraying glue on the edge of the outer layer cloth body 200 by using a glue spraying device, and reserving a part without spraying glue;

step six: coating the outer layer cloth body 200 on the surfaces of the upper layer cloth body 130 and the lower layer cloth body 140, and bonding the edge of the outer layer cloth body 200, the edge of the upper layer cloth body 130, the edge of the outer layer cloth body 200 and the edge of the lower layer cloth body 140 together;

step seven: high-molecular water-absorbing particles are filled between the outer-layer cloth body 200 and the upper-layer cloth body 130 and between the outer-layer cloth body 200 and the lower-layer cloth body 140, so that a third high-molecular water-absorbing layer 210 is formed between the outer-layer cloth body 200 and the upper-layer cloth body 130, and a fourth high-molecular water-absorbing layer 220 is formed between the outer-layer cloth body 200 and the lower-layer cloth body 140;
