The embodiment of the present application provides a grain color selector 10 with a filter device 11, please refer to fig. 1, the grain color selector 10 includes the filter device 11, the filter device 11 includes a hopper 111, a blanking pipe 112, a sleeve 113, a ventilation pipe 114 and a filter cylinder 115;

the blanking pipe 112 and the sleeve 113 are both connected with the machine body 101 of the grain color selecting machine 10, the machine body 101 is provided with a feeding hole, the blanking pipe 112 is communicated with the feeding hole, a first through hole 1121 is formed in the pipe wall of the blanking pipe 112, the sleeve 113 is sleeved on the blanking pipe 112, a gap is formed between the sleeve 113 and the blanking pipe 112, and the interior of the blanking pipe 112 is communicated with the sleeve 113 through the first through hole 1121; the discharge port of the hopper 111 communicates with the down pipe 112.

Since the discharge port of the hopper 111 is communicated with the blanking pipe 112, and the blanking pipe 112 is communicated with the feed port, the grain falls into the blanking pipe 112 from the hopper 111, and then can enter the interior of the machine body 101 for color selection.

The ventilation pipe 114 is communicated with the interior of the sleeve 113, and a fan 1141 is installed in the ventilation pipe 114; one end of the filter cartridge 115 is detachably connected with an end cap 1151, the other end of the filter cartridge 115 has an opening 1152, a second through hole 1153 is formed in the wall of the filter cartridge 115, the filter cartridge 115 is communicated with the vent pipe 114 through the second through hole 1153, a filter screen 1154 (see fig. 2) is installed inside the filter cartridge 115, and the filter screen 1154 is installed at one end of the filter cartridge 115 close to the opening 1152. Illustratively, the filter cartridge 115 is vertically disposed, the opening 1152 is disposed at the top of the filter cartridge 115, and the end cap 1151 is attached to the bottom of the filter cartridge 115.

When grain passes through in the blanking pipe 112, because fan 1141 is equipped in the ventilation pipe 114, under the effect of fan 1141, air and dust enter into sleeve 113 through the first through-hole 1121 of blanking pipe 112 in, enter into ventilation pipe 114 through sleeve 113 again, then enter into filter cylinder 115 in and filter the back through filter screen 1154, the dust is held back, gas flows out from filter cylinder 115's opening 1152 department, through dismantling end cover 1151, can get rid of the dust of holding back from filter cylinder 115. The grain color selector 10 provided by the embodiment of the application has a good dust removing effect, can reduce the dust content in grains, and improves the processing quality of the grains.

Illustratively, the vent tube 114 is connected to the filter cartridge 115 through a threaded tube 116, one end of the vent tube 114 is threadedly connected to the threaded tube 116, and the other end of the threaded tube 116 is fixedly connected to the filter cartridge 115.

Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the grain color selector 10 further includes a pull rod 1155, a support plate 1156 and a limiting mechanism 117, the support plate 1156 is installed in the filter cartridge 115 and slidably connected to an inner wall of the filter cartridge 115, the filter screen 1154 is fixed to the support plate 1156, the support plate 1156 is provided with a third through hole 1156a (see fig. 3), the pull rod 1155 is connected to the support plate 1156, and the limiting mechanism 117 is used for fixing the support plate 1156 in the filter cartridge 115. Wherein the support plate 1156 is closer to the opening 1152 of the filter cartridge 115 than the filter screen 1154.

When it is desired to fix the support plate 1156 in a certain position, the stop rod 1171 is moved along the guide hole and abuts against the annular groove 1155a, and the pull rod 1155 cannot move, i.e., the support plate 1156 is fixed in a certain position. When dust on the filter screen 1154 needs to be cleaned, the limiting rod 1171 is moved along the guide hole, so that one end of the limiting rod 1171 is separated from the annular groove 1155a, and the pull rod 1155 can move along the axial direction of the filter cartridge 115 without being blocked by the limiting rod 1171.

Optionally, the stop rod 1171 is sleeved with a spring 1172, and the action of the spring 1172 can enable the stop rod 1171 to be more stably abutted against the annular groove 1155 a.

Further, a first limiting block 1173 and a second limiting block 1174 are arranged on the limiting rod 1171, the first limiting block 1173 is arranged outside the filter cylinder 115, the second limiting block 1174 is arranged inside the filter cylinder 115, and the spring 1172 is arranged between the second limiting block 1174 and the inner wall of the filter cylinder 115.

The movable plate 1181 is driven to move along the sliding groove 1111 by the movement of the connecting member 1182, and because the sliding groove 1111 is transversely arranged, the movable plate 1181 can adjust the amount of the grain entering the blanking barrel from the hopper 111 in the transverse movement process, and the other end of the connecting member 1182 is inserted into different adjusting grooves 1183a, so that the movable plate 1181 can be fixed at different positions.

In the grounding device 30 of the embodiment of the present application, since the machine body 20 is connected to the supporting sheet 37, the abutting member 35 abuts against the supporting sheet 37 and is slidably matched with the connecting rod 33, the connecting rod 33 is connected to the grounding rod 32, and the grounding rod 32 is used to be embedded in the ground 31, when the grain color selecting machine 10 leaks electricity, the current can sequentially pass through the machine body 20, the supporting sheet 37, the abutting member 35, the connecting rod 33 and the grounding rod 32, and the current is led to the ground 31. The elastic piece 36 is arranged in the limiting groove 331 of the connecting rod 33, the radial movement of the elastic piece 36 is limited, and the abutting piece 35 abuts against the supporting sheet 37 under the action of the elastic piece 36, so that the abutting piece 35 is stably connected with the supporting sheet 37, the circuit breaking state cannot occur, the grounding protection effect is good, and the safety of the grain color selector 10 is improved.

Further, a sleeve 351 and a clamping seat 352 are connected, the sleeve 351 is sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting rod 33, the clamping seat 352 is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod 33, the other end of the elastic member 36 acts on the clamping seat 352, and the clamping seat 352 is abutted against the supporting sheet 37.

The elastic piece 36 acts on the clamping seat 352, so that the clamping seat 352 is stably connected with the supporting sheet 37, an open circuit state cannot occur, the sleeve 351 is sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting rod 33, the sleeve 351 is not easy to open circuit with the connecting rod 33, the grounding protection effect is further improved, and the safety of the grain color selecting machine 10 is further improved.

Through the cooperation of the protrusion 371 and the groove 3521, the connection between the card seat 352 and the support sheet 37 is more stable, the occurrence of the open circuit state is further reduced, and the grounding protection effect is further improved.

Further, in a possible embodiment, the outer wall of the connecting rod 33 is provided with a bellows 34, one end of the bellows 34 is connected with the support sheet 37, and the other end is used for connecting with the ground 31.

The bellows 34 has a buffering function when the body 20 vibrates. Optionally, the material of the bellows 34 is rubber.

The embodiment further provides a grain color selector 10, which comprises a machine body 20 and the grounding device 30, wherein the supporting sheet 37 is connected with the machine body 20.

Optionally, wheels 21 are provided at the bottom of the body 20, the wheels 21 being adapted to contact the ground 31. Due to the arrangement of the wheels 21, the grain color selector 10 is more convenient to move.

To sum up, the grain color selecting machine 10 with the filtering device 11 of the embodiment of the present application, grain can fall into the blanking pipe 112 from the hopper 111, then enter into the inside color selecting treatment of the machine body 101, when grain is in the blanking pipe 112, because the ventilation pipe 114 is provided with the fan 1141 therein, under the effect of the fan 1141, air and dust enter into the sleeve 113 through the first through hole 1121 of the blanking pipe 112, enter into the ventilation pipe 114 through the sleeve 113, then enter into the filter cartridge 115 and filter through the filter screen 1154, the dust is intercepted, gas flows out from the opening 1152 of the filter cartridge 115, and through detaching the end cover 1151, the intercepted dust can be removed from the filter cartridge 115. The grain color selector 10 has a good dust removing effect, can reduce the dust content in grains, and improves the processing quality of the grains.

In addition, because the machine body 20 is connected with the supporting sheet 37, the abutting piece 35 abuts against the supporting sheet 37 and is slidably matched with the connecting rod 33, the connecting rod 33 is connected with the grounding rod 32, and the grounding rod 32 is pre-embedded in the ground 31, when the grain color selector 10 leaks electricity, the current can sequentially pass through the machine body 20, the supporting sheet 37, the abutting piece 35, the connecting rod 33 and the grounding rod 32, and the current is led to the ground 31. Because the abutting piece 35 abuts against the supporting piece 37 under the action of the elastic piece 36, the abutting piece 35 and the supporting piece 37 are stably connected, a circuit breaking state cannot occur, a good grounding protection effect is achieved, and the safety of the grain color selector 10 is improved.
