the fourth embodiment comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein a support rod 701 is installed at the top of the bottom plate 1 through a bolt, the support rod 701 is located on one side of a box body 2, a support groove 7 is installed at the top of the support rod 701, the support groove 7 is located below a guide pipe 6, two groups of support plates 702 are symmetrically installed on the inner side of the bottom wall of the support groove 7, rotating rollers 703 are installed on the outer walls of the two sides of the support groove 7 in a penetrating manner, the rotating rollers 703 penetrate the inner sides of the support plates 702, three groups of transmission belts 704 are sleeved on the outer sides of the rotating rollers 703, the three groups of transmission belts 704 are respectively located between the support groove 7 and the support plates 702, a motor 705 is installed at one end of the rotating rollers 703, the motor 705 is installed on one side of the support groove 7, three groups of blanking slopes 706 are installed on the front surface of the support groove 7, the three groups of blanking slopes 706 are located at the output ends of the three groups of the transmission belts 704, and the support rods 701 on the top of the bottom plate 1 are fixed, the supporting rod 701 is convenient to support the supporting groove 7 at the top, the supporting groove 7 and the supporting plate 702 are matched to fix the rotating roller 703, the motor 705 operates to drive the rotating roller 703 to rotate, the rotating roller 703 rotates to drive the three groups of conveying belts 704 on the outer side to rotate, the three groups of conveying belts 704 drive the magnetic ring to move towards the blanking slope 706, and the products sorted by the blanking slope 706 are conveyed out.

The working steps of the device are as follows:

s1, firstly, placing magnetic rings to be sorted into the box body 2, placing the magnetic rings on the top of a rotating disc 206, driving the rotating disc 205 to rotate by the operation of a driving motor 204, driving the rotating disc 206 to rotate by the rotation of the rotating disc 205, ensuring the rotating disc 206 to rotate stably by the bottom of the rotating disc 206 being supported by rollers 209, and ensuring the rotating disc 206 to rotate clockwise to generate centrifugal force, so that the outer sides of the centers of the rotating discs 206 of the magnetic ring box move, and then conveying the magnetic rings into an output pipe 202 through the centrifugal force, wherein the output pipe 202 is only allowed to pass through one magnetic ring at the same time, thereby realizing the arrangement of the magnetic rings, the magnetic rings are orderly arranged and conveyed from the output pipe 202 to the inner side of a guide slideway 3, the guide slideway 3 is a landslide inclined by 30 degrees, the limiting plate 302 limits the magnetic rings in the process of the magnetic ring slideways, and the magnetic rings enter the inner side of the conveying slideway 4 from the guide slideway 3;

s2, before the worker works, the handle 503 is rotated to rotate the lead screw 502, the lead screw 502 rotates to move up and down on the inner side of the lantern ring 501 through threads, the worker can adjust the height of the pressing base 504 conveniently, the pressing base 504 fixes the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 on the inner side to ensure the stability of the infrared distance measuring instrument 505, the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 emits infrared induction lines, then the infrared rays are emitted to the bottom wall of the conveying slideway 4 to be reflected, the light receiver receives information to detect the distance between the pressing base 504 and the bottom wall of the conveying slideway 4, then the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 transmits the detected information to the display 5, the display 5 displays the information, the worker can read and know the information conveniently, the worker can adjust the height of the pressing base 504 according to the thickness of a qualified magnetic ring, when a high-pressure magnetic ring with a preset height appears, the lower pressing seat 504 blocks the magnetic ring, then the switch of the telescopic rod 403 is triggered, the telescopic rod 403 extends to drive the push plate 404 to move forwards, and unqualified magnetic rings are pushed out from the discharge port 401, so that unqualified products can be conveniently screened;

s3, enabling qualified products to enter the inner side of the guide pipe 6, supporting the guide plate 602 by the elastic rod 601, limiting the magnetic rings by the elastic rod 601 and the guide plate 602 on the outer walls of the two sides of the guide pipe 6 in a matching manner, ensuring that the magnetic rings are located in the middle of the guide pipe 6, enabling the materials to move on the first sorting groove 603, the second sorting groove 604 and the third sorting groove 605, enabling the magnetic rings with the diameters smaller than that of the first sorting groove 603 to fall from the first sorting groove 603, then continuously moving, sorting the magnetic rings with different specifications by three groups of grooves with different sizes in the first sorting groove 603, the second sorting groove 604 and the third sorting groove 605, and then falling onto three groups of conveyor belts 704;

s4, the motor 705 drives the rotating roller 703 to rotate, the rotating roller 703 drives the three outer groups of transmission belts 704 to rotate, the three groups of transmission belts 704 drive the magnetic rings to move towards the blanking slope 706, and the sorted products are classified and output by the blanking slope 706.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, magnetic rings to be sorted are placed in a box body 2, the magnetic rings are placed at the top of a rotating disc 206, a driving motor 204 operates to drive a rotating rod 205 to rotate, the rotating rod 205 rotates to drive the rotating disc 206 to rotate, the bottom of the rotating disc 206 is supported by rollers 209 to ensure that the rotating disc 206 rotates stably, the rotating disc 206 rotates clockwise to generate centrifugal force, so that the outer side of the circle center of the rotating disc 206 of the magnetic ring box moves, then the magnetic rings are conveyed into an output pipe 202 through the centrifugal force, the size of the output pipe 202 only allows one magnetic ring to pass through at the same time, therefore, the arrangement of the magnetic rings is realized, the magnetic rings are regularly arranged and conveyed from the output pipe 202 to the inner side of a guide slideway 3, the guide slideway 3 is a 30-degree inclined landslide, a limiting plate 302 limits the magnetic rings in the process of the magnetic ring slideways, the magnetic rings enter the inner side of the conveying slideway 4 from the guide slideway 3, and before a worker works, the handle 503 is rotated to rotate the screw rod 502, the screw rod 502 rotates and moves up and down on the inner side of the lantern ring 501 through threads, so that a worker can conveniently adjust the height of the lower pressing seat 504, the lower pressing seat 504 fixes the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 on the inner side to ensure the stability of the infrared distance measuring instrument 505, the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 emits infrared induction lines, then infrared rays are emitted to the bottom wall of the conveying slide way 4 to be reflected, the information is received by a light receiver to detect the distance between the lower pressing seat 504 and the bottom wall of the conveying slide way 4, then the infrared distance measuring instrument 505 transmits the detected information to the display 5, the information is displayed by the display 5 to facilitate the worker to read and know the information, the worker can conveniently adjust the height of the lower pressing seat 504 according to the thickness of a qualified magnetic ring, when the high-pressure preset height occurs, the lower pressing seat 504 blocks the magnetic ring, then the switch of the telescopic rod 403 is triggered, the telescopic rod 403 extends to drive the push plate 404 to move forward, the unqualified magnetic ring is pushed out from the outlet 401, the unqualified product is conveniently screened, the qualified product enters the inner side of the guide tube 6, the guide plate 602 is supported by the elastic rod 601, the elastic rod 601 and the guide plate 602 on the outer walls of the two sides of the guide tube 6 are matched to limit the magnetic ring, the magnetic ring is ensured to be positioned in the middle of the guide tube 6, the material is moved on the first sorting groove 603, the second sorting groove 604 and the third sorting groove 605, the magnetic ring with the diameter smaller than that of the first sorting groove 603 falls from the first sorting groove 603, then the magnetic ring continues to move, the magnetic rings with different specifications are sorted by three groups of grooves with different sizes in the first sorting groove 603, the second sorting groove 604 and the third sorting groove 605, then the magnetic ring falls onto three groups of transmission belts 704, the motor 705 drives the rotating roller 703 to rotate, the rotating roller 703 rotates to drive the three sets of transmission belts 704 on the outer side to rotate, the three sets of transmission belts 704 drive the magnetic ring to move towards the blanking slope 706, and the products sorted out are blanked by the blanking slope 706.
