A method for using a device for recovering dregs of a decoction for processing Chinese medicines comprises the following steps,

s1, filtering the medicine dregs, combining the whole device with the medicine dregs processing device, discharging the processed liquid medicine to the device and filtering the liquid medicine through the medicine dregs filtering unit 4, wherein the filtering plate 43 filters the medicine dregs during filtering, and the liquid medicine is discharged into the liquid medicine collecting box 8 through a feed opening 31 and is discharged through a liquid outlet pipe 9;

s2, collecting and crushing the dregs of a decoction, stopping the discharge of the liquid medicine for a short time by the liquid medicine processing equipment after one filter box 42 filters for a period of time, the second motor 451 drives the driving wheel 452 to drive the driven wheel 453 through a belt so that the rotating rod 46 rotates one hundred eighty degrees, the other filtering box 42 rotates to a filtering station, the previous filtering box 42 moves to a herb residue discharging station, then the liquid medicine processing equipment works again to discharge liquid medicine and filter herb residues, wherein, the first motor 48 drives the filter box 42 to overturn one hundred eighty degrees to pour out the medicine dregs on the filter plate 43, the beating component 5 drives the beating rod 51 to move through the beating cylinder 53 during pouring so as to lead the beating hammer 52 to repeatedly beat the filter plate 43, thus leading the medicine dregs adhered on the filter plate 43 to be quickly discharged, the medicine dregs are discharged into the crushing box 61 through the feed opening 31, the two crushing rollers 62 are driven by a crushing motor 63 to crush the medicine dregs into uniform small particles;

s3, compressing the medicine residues to obtain water, enabling the medicine residues after being crushed in the crushing box 61 to enter a position between a compression plate 72 and a fixed plate 73 in a compression box 71 through a discharge hole, driving the compression plate 72 to slowly approach the fixed plate 73 through a compression cylinder 74 to compress the medicine residues, discharging the medicine liquid in the medicine residues through a liquid discharge pipe on a baffle plate 77, collecting the medicine liquid, controlling the compression plate 72 to be separated from the fixed plate 73 through the compression cylinder 74 after the compression is finished, and controlling the baffle plate 77 to open the discharge through a door opening cylinder 76;

s4, rapidly drying the medicine residues, discharging the medicine residues in the compression box 71 to the drying box 10 for drying, discharging and collecting the dried medicine residues, and bagging at the later stage.
