and after the car door is completely closed, if a new operation instruction is not received, the power supply switch of the main machine and the door lock short-circuit device are controlled to be disconnected.

Background

With the continuous increase of the holding capacity of the elevator, the number of projects for old elevator reconstruction is increasing. In old elevator modernization projects, the electrical system of the elevator is mostly modified, and the mechanical parts of the elevator are usually reserved. In some high-rise floor sites, a dragged steel wire rope is relatively long, and due to aging, when a landing stops near a top floor, the steel wire rope is stretched and deformed due to the entrance and exit of personnel, so that the phenomenon that the elevator car is not flat occurs, and particularly, in a peak condition, the elevator car is usually changed from full load to no load alternately, so that the elevator car is separated from the flat floor under the loading condition, and the operation of leveling correction is needed again.

The traditional re-leveling operation mode is that after an elevator is parked in a leveling mode, a brake contactor is released firstly (the brake contactor is released to represent that a brake is closed to realize a braking function), a main contactor is released again (the main contactor is released to represent that a power supply circuit between a power supply and an elevator driving motor is disconnected), a door lock circuit is in short circuit after the fact that re-leveling is needed is detected, and the re-leveling is started after the door lock circuit is in short circuit. The operation mode is slow in speed and untimely in leveling, so that the danger of stumbling of people is caused, and meanwhile, the contactor is continuously closed and disconnected, so that the service life of the contactor is influenced. Particularly, when the secondary re-leveling is needed, the device is continuously restarted, the time for starting each time is relatively long, and the situation that the re-leveling is started relatively slowly is obvious.

after the car door is completely closed, if a new operation instruction is not received, the power supply switch of the main machine and the door lock short-circuit device are controlled to be disconnected.

The invention has at least the following advantages:

by adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the elevator is stopped on the leveling floor, the door lock short-circuit device and the host power supply switch are kept not to be disconnected, and the door lock short-circuit device and the host power supply switch are not required to be controlled to be closed again to supply power to the host when the re-leveling operation is executed.

The control method for accelerating the re-leveling start of the elevator according to one embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a control method for accelerating the start of an elevator re-leveling according to a first embodiment of the invention. A control method for accelerating the start of the re-leveling of the elevator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1. In this embodiment, the main machine power supply switch is a main contactor provided on a path where a frequency converter (power supply) supplies power to an elevator driving motor, and the embodiment includes the steps of:

a. after the car enters the door zone and before the car stops on the flat floor, the elevator controller controls the car to run at a reduced speed and enter an advanced door opening state to start to open the car door;

b. after the elevator car is leveled, releasing a brake contactor of an elevator driving motor, closing a brake to stop the elevator car, canceling an operation instruction of a frequency converter, keeping a door lock short-circuit device closed and a main contactor closed (at the moment, although a power supply path of the frequency converter and the elevator driving motor is not disconnected, the frequency converter does not output current), and continuously opening a car door;

c. the elevator controller continuously monitors the fault state of the door lock loop, the leveling state of the car and the operation instruction of the car in the door opening and closing process of the car, wherein the state of the door lock loop is obtained by a door lock loop input port of the elevator controller, the fault state of the door lock loop is judged according to the state of the door lock loop input port, the leveling state of the car can be obtained by a feedback signal of a leveling sensor, the operation instruction of the car can be obtained according to an outbound or inbound calling signal, and the operation instruction of the car comprises a car forward operation instruction and a car reverse operation instruction. The car forward running command means that the running direction of the car specified by the command is consistent with the current running direction of the car, and the car reverse running command means that the running direction of the car specified by the command is opposite to the current running direction of the car. For example, when the current car stops at floor 3 and is ready to go up to floor 5, if a newly received car operation instruction requires the car to go up to floor 8, the newly received car operation instruction is a car forward operation instruction, and if the newly received car operation instruction requires the car to go down to floor 1, the newly received car operation instruction is a car reverse operation instruction;

d. in the process of opening and closing the door of the lift car, as long as the door lock loop is detected to have a fault, the main contactor and the door lock short-circuit device are controlled to be disconnected, the door lock fault protection state is entered, the door is kept opened, a fault indication is output, and no operation instruction is responded;

e. in the process of opening and closing the door of the car, if the fault of a door lock loop and the reverse running instruction of the car are not detected, but the leveling of the car is detected to be corrected, the operation of leveling again is directly executed under the condition that an elevator driving motor is electrified, the running instruction of a frequency converter is output, the leveling operation is carried out, a brake contactor is released after leveling again, a brake is closed, and if the car door is still continuously opened, the state of the step c is returned, namely the fault state of the door lock loop, the leveling state of the car and the running instruction of the car are continuously monitored; the detected reverse operation command of the car comprises two situations of not detecting any command for operating the car and detecting a forward operation command of the car;

f. in the process of opening and closing the door of the car, if the fault of a door lock loop is not detected, and the leveling of the car needs to be corrected but a reverse running instruction of the car is detected, the main contactor is controlled to release and the door lock short-circuit device is controlled to open, then if the leveling of the car needs to be corrected before the car door is completely closed, the door lock short-circuit device is controlled to close and the main contactor is controlled to attract, then leveling operation is executed, after the leveling operation is finished, the door lock short-circuit device is kept to close and the main contactor attracts, and at the moment, if the car door is still continuously opened, the state of the step c is returned;

g. when the car door is fully closed, the door lock short-circuit device is controlled to be disconnected, an internal calling instruction or an external calling instruction is responded, a frequency converter operation instruction is output, the car is enabled to operate towards a next floor station, if a new internal calling instruction or an external calling instruction is not received, the main contactor and the door lock short-circuit device are controlled to be disconnected, and the elevator is kept in a standby ladder state.

This embodiment keeps lock short circuit device and main contactor actuation after flat bed parks, continuously detects the flat bed condition at the car in-process of opening the door simultaneously, if need flat bed again, then directly changes the flat bed state again, outputs the operation instruction, just controls the disconnection of lock return circuit until closing the door or car operation switching-over. This embodiment has saved and has got into when leveling the start again and need the closed time of lock short circuit device and the time of main contactor actuation again when leveling the state again, has saved main contactor actuation release number of times simultaneously, and leveling's start-up has accelerated nearly 2 seconds time again, and the one-way operation's of elevator contactor at every turn changes the single actuation into from many actuations, has prolonged the life of main contactor contact.
