8. The method of preparing an amphiphilic printing coating according to any of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:

Background

With the increasingly strict requirement on environmental protection, originally gravure printing serving in the packaging printing neighborhood uses oily ink containing a large amount of organic solvent, and organic solvent polluting atmosphere is discharged in the printing production process.

In order to improve the binding force of the aqueous printing material on the polymeric organic panel, the surface of the polymeric organic panel needs to be subjected to priming treatment, and the affinity and the binding force of the aqueous ink are improved by using the amphiphilic priming layer.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an amphiphilic printing coating, and a preparation method and application thereof.

The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the invention provides an amphiphilic printing coating, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

based on the above technical solution, preferably, the aqueous resin emulsion is a polymethyl methacrylate emulsion.

On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, the solid content of the polymethyl methacrylate emulsion is 25-35%.

Based on the above technical solution, preferably, the number average molecular weight of the polymethyl methacrylate in the polymethyl methacrylate emulsion is 2000-3000.

More preferably, the number average molecular weight of the polymethyl methacrylate in the polymethyl methacrylate emulsion is 2000-3000.

On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, the aqueous wax emulsion is oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, and the solid content of the oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion is 25-35%.

On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the aqueous wetting agent is one or a mixture of two of polypropylene glycol diacetate and polypropylene glycol disulfate.

On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, the aqueous leveling agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, and the aqueous defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the coating for amphipathic printing, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

The amphiphilic printing coating of the invention can be applied in surface printing of PMMA panels.

Compared with the prior art, the amphiphilic printing coating and the preparation method and application thereof have the following beneficial effects:

(1) the invention provides a technical scheme of an amphipathic coating material for printing, which can overcome the problem that the conventional coating material for printing cannot simultaneously meet the requirement of better affinity with an organic polymer substrate panel material and a water-based printing coating;

(2) the invention also discloses a preparation method of the corresponding printing coating, the whole method is simple, the printing coating prepared by the preparation method can be directly applied to the surface printing prime coat treatment of the PMMA bottom plate, and the problem of poor surface aqueous printing effect of the PMMA bottom plate is solved.

Example 3

The amphipathic printing coating prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 is coated on a panel made of PMMA, after the coating is cured, a series of performance tests are performed, wherein the test items include the viscosity of the coating surface at normal temperature, the adhesion between the coating and the panel, the glossiness of the coating surface, the hardness of the coating, and the stabilizing effect of the coating in boiling water, and the test results are as follows:

the data show that the amphipathic printing coating can form a good coating structure on the surface of a panel made of PMMA material, the adhesion of the coating is strong, the mechanical property of the coating is strong, and the appearance is smooth and glossy.

After the aqueous spray printing is performed on the coating surfaces of the above examples and comparative examples, the position of the spray printing is wiped 100 times under 500g of pressure, and whether the position of the spray printing has obvious fading is observed, and the results are as follows:
