Background

In recent years, intelligent manufacturing attracts wide attention at home and abroad, and the intelligent heat treatment manufacturing is constructed in a digital heat treatment factory (workshop) based on two-degree deep fusion, so that modern intelligent manufacturing is realized.

The heat treatment of the current developed industrial countries is developed towards intellectualization, digitalization, high-precision control of robot operation and high automation on the basis of heating in vacuum, heating in protective atmosphere or induction heating, more than 80 percent of heat treatment equipment of the developed world countries adopts a computer or a computer online control technology, the automatic production becomes the standard configuration of a heat treatment production line, and the digital heat treatment workshops are comparatively good.

In the existing heat treatment production line, the heat treatment production process of the workpiece is invisible, a producer cannot accurately know the actual specific position of the workpiece in the heat treatment production line, and cannot accurately control the feeding speed of the workpiece, so that the workpiece is easily accumulated.

In addition, because the heat treatment production line adopts the same heat treatment process parameters for different batches of workpieces, the precise control of the heat treatment process of the workpieces in different batches cannot be realized.

Accordingly, there is a need in the art for improvements that overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a control method and a control device for an intelligent heat treatment production line, which aim to solve the problems that workpieces are accumulated due to invisible heat treatment production process in the prior art, and heat treatment processes of different workpieces cannot be accurately controlled because the heat treatment production line adopts the same heat treatment process parameters for the workpieces of different batches.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the control method provided by the invention aims at different batches of workpieces to be processed, obtains the heat treatment process parameters corresponding to the workpieces to be processed in different batches by scanning and loading, and sends the parameters to the control system, so that the control system automatically switches the working procedure corresponding to the heat treatment production line to the heat treatment process corresponding to the current workpiece to be processed. The embodiment of the invention adopts different heat treatment processes for the workpieces to be treated in different batches, realizes the accurate control of the heat treatment process parameters of each workpiece to be treated, and solves the problem that the control accuracy is poor because a plurality of workpieces adopt the same heat treatment process parameters at present.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a thermal processing system implementing a thermal processing production control method and apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the heat treatment system is used to control the heat treatment process of the workpiece to be treated. The workpiece to be processed can be various metal parts. Heat treatment refers to a hot metal working process in which a material is heated, held and cooled in the solid state to achieve a desired texture and properties.

As shown in fig. 1, the heat treatment system includes: terminal equipment 101, server 102, controller 103, thermal treatment line 104, and sensor assembly 105.

The heat treatment line 104 is a heat treatment apparatus, such as a mesh belt furnace, for performing a heat treatment process on a workpiece to be treated by quenching (carburizing) and tempering. The present embodiment does not limit the specific type of the heat treatment apparatus.

The server 102 is provided with a process database, and standard material data including thermal performance and mechanical performance parameters of common steel such as carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel and the like are stored in the process database. The user may store preset heat treatment process parameters (e.g., carbon potential, quenching temperature, tempering temperature, heat treatment time corresponding to different processes, etc.) of different materials in a database in advance.

The terminal device 101 may be, for example, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a mobile phone, etc., and the specific type of the terminal device 101 is not limited in this embodiment. The terminal device 101 is provided with a heat treatment control APP, and opens and logs in the heat treatment control APP, and automatically searches out corresponding preset heat treatment process parameters from the database of the server 102 by scanning a bar code, and loads the preset heat treatment process parameters to the heat treatment production line 104.

The barcode is disposed on an outer package of the current batch of workpieces to be processed, which may be, for example, a box containing a plurality of workpieces to be processed in the same batch.

In one scenario, after a user scans a code through the intelligent terminal, if a corresponding preset heat treatment process parameter is not obtained from the server 2, it is indicated that the workpiece to be processed is a new product, and the server 102 does not yet store the corresponding preset heat treatment process parameter, at this time, the user inputs the preset heat treatment process parameter corresponding to the new product through the intelligent terminal 101, and sends the preset heat treatment process parameter to the server 102 for storage.

The sensor assembly 105 is configured to collect sensing data, such as temperature data, of the workpiece to be processed during the heat treatment process, and send the sensing data to the controller 103, so that the controller 103 adjusts the heat treatment process of the workpiece to be processed according to the sensing data.

The controller 103 may be, for example, a PLC, a computer, or the like, and the present embodiment does not limit the specific type of the intelligent terminal 101. The controller 103 receives a preset heat treatment process parameter corresponding to the current workpiece to be processed sent by the intelligent terminal 101, and controls a heat treatment process of the workpiece to be processed based on the preset heat treatment process parameter.

The controller 103 collects the detection data of the sensor assembly 105 in real time during the process of controlling the workpiece to be processed to be thermally processed, and adjusts the actual thermal processing process parameters of the workpiece to be processed according to the preset thermal processing process parameters so as to meet the preset thermal processing process requirements.

In this embodiment, the controller 103 is further provided with a display screen, and the display screen is a touch display screen. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a thermal processing production control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described by taking the method as an example for being used in the intelligent terminal 101 of fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the method at least includes the following steps:

In the embodiment, when the server monitors that the equipment is in fault or is about to fail, if the quenching oil level is low, alarm information and early warning information are sent to the heat treatment control App of the terminal equipment of managers such as a master and a subordinate in a workshop, poor processing of workpieces to be treated is avoided, damage of a heat treatment line is avoided, influence on production is avoided, and high-quality and high-efficiency production is guaranteed.

The detailed description of the heat treatment production control method of this embodiment can be referred to the description of the relevant parts in the above embodiments of fig. 1 to 2.

Fig. 4 shows a heat treatment production control apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, applied to a terminal device, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:

the code scanning response module is used for responding to code scanning triggering operation of a user and displaying a code scanning interface, and the code scanning interface at least displays preset heat treatment process parameters of a workpiece to be processed;

and the sending response module is used for responding to a sending operation request triggered by a user and sending the preset heat treatment process parameters to a control system of a heat treatment production line so that the control system controls the heat treatment process corresponding to the workpieces to be treated in the current batch based on the preset heat treatment process parameters.

Fig. 5 shows a heat treatment production control device according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a control system of a heat treatment production line, and as shown in fig. 5, the device includes:

and the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring preset heat treatment process parameters corresponding to the current workpiece to be treated.

The preset heat treatment process parameters are sent to a control system of a heat treatment production line in response to a sending operation request triggered by a user after a code scanning interface is displayed by responding to code scanning triggering operation of the user by terminal equipment, wherein the code scanning interface at least displays the preset heat treatment process parameters of the workpieces to be treated of the current batch;

and the heat treatment control module is used for controlling the heat treatment process corresponding to the workpieces to be treated in the current batch based on the preset heat treatment process parameters.

The heat treatment production control devices provided by the two embodiments and the corresponding heat treatment production control method embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.

It should be noted that: the heat treatment production control device provided in the above embodiments is only illustrated by dividing the above functional modules, and in practical applications, the above functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the heat treatment production control device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions.

Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a heat treatment production control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the heat treatment production control system includes a processor and a memory, where:

a processor, which may include one or more processing cores, such as: a 4 core processor, a 6 core processor, etc. The processor may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (Digital Signal Processing), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array).

The memory, which may include high speed random access memory, may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.

The memory of this embodiment stores a computer program that is executable on the processor, and the processor, when executing the computer program, may implement all or part of the implementation steps of the thermal processing production control method of the present invention or the related embodiments of the thermal processing production control apparatus described above, and/or other contents described in the text.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 6 is only one possible implementation of the control assembly of the embodiment of the present application, and that other embodiments may include more or less components, or combine some components, or different components, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.

The present invention also provides a computer storage medium having stored thereon a program for implementing the steps of the above-described embodiments of the heat treatment production control method when executed by a processor.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, the combinations should be considered as the scope of the present description.
