And 4, step 4: the air flow which flows through the air duct III 207 and is mixed with the water vapor and the cuttings enters the preheating shell 301 through the preheating opening 301a, the residual heat in the air flow is transferred to the preheating sheet 303 and the preheating pipe 302, the heat can be used for preheating the air flowing through the inner side of the preheating pipe 302, the mixed water vapor and the cuttings are finally discharged through the discharge pipe 304 by the air flow, and the traditional Chinese medicine drinking sheet after dehumidification and cuttings removal falls onto the storage tray 306.
