[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device

The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a wire fixing clamp and clothes treatment equipment using the same.

[ background of the invention ]

Various electronic devices inside the household appliance, such as a power device, a sensing device, a display device and the like, generally need to be connected through leads to realize power/signal transmission, and in order to avoid the problems of lead looseness, disordered wiring and the like, a wire fixing clamp is generally used for restraining and arranging multiple leads with different types/functions according to a preset wiring track. A commonly used wire fixing clamp in the prior art (for example, the invention patent with the name of a wire buckle, a base and a dish washing machine with the publication number of CN 208492017U) comprises a U-shaped seat and an elastic sheet arranged in the U-shaped seat, wherein one end of the elastic sheet is fixed on the U-shaped seat, the other end of the elastic sheet is a suspended free end, when a lead is installed, the elastic sheet is pressed by the lead to generate elastic avoidance, and after the lead is completely clamped into the U-shaped seat, the elastic sheet rebounds to limit the lead to be separated, so that the lead is fixed. The elastic sheet on the wire fixing clamp has low strength and poor reliability, and is easy to break due to excessive deformation when a thick lead is fixed, and particularly, the fixed part of the elastic sheet is easy to crack due to stress concentration.

[ summary of the invention ]

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a wire fixing clamp which is reliable in use.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

solidus clamp, its characterized in that includes:

the wire fixing device comprises a base, a first wire fixing column and a second wire fixing column, wherein the base is provided with the first wire fixing column and the second wire fixing column which are arranged oppositely, a wire accommodating groove is defined on the base by the first wire fixing column and the second wire fixing column, and a limiting buckle is arranged on the inner side of the first wire fixing column and used for limiting a lead in the wire accommodating groove;

the limiting buckle comprises a first buckle arm and a second buckle arm, the first buckle arm is fixed on the inner side of the first wire fixing column and extends towards the bottom of the wire accommodating groove, the second buckle arm extends towards the opening direction of the wire accommodating groove from the end part of the first buckle arm, and a wire passing channel is formed between the second buckle arm and the second wire fixing column.

In the wire fixing clamp, the second buckle arm comprises a guide part and a bent part, the bent part is connected between the guide part and the first buckle arm, and the distance between the guide part and the second wire fixing column is gradually reduced in the lead wire inlet direction.

In the wire fixing clip, the distance between the bent part and the second wire fixing column is gradually reduced in the lead outgoing direction.

In the wire fixing clip, the bent part is of an arc transition structure or an inclined plane transition structure.

In the wire fixing clamp, the guide part is provided with a guide convex rib, and the guide convex rib extends from the free end of the guide part to the bent part and has gradually reduced thickness.

In the wire fixing clamp, the first buckle arm can generate elastic deformation relative to the first wire fixing column.

In the wire fixing clamp, a avoiding hole for providing a deformation space for the first buckle arm is formed in the first wire fixing column corresponding to the first buckle arm.

In the wire fixing clip, a first gap is formed between the second buckling arm and the first buckling arm.

In the wire fixing clip, a second gap is formed between the free end of the second buckle arm and the first wire fixing column.

In the above wire fixing clip, a reinforcing rib extending upward from the root is provided on the outer side of the first wire fixing post and/or the second wire fixing post.

In the wire fixing clamp, the upper end of the reinforcing rib is lower than the connecting position of the limiting buckle on the first wire fixing column.

In the wire fixing clip, the limiting buckle is integrally formed on the first wire fixing column.

The invention also provides clothes treatment equipment, and the lead is fixed by adopting the lead fixing clamp in any technical scheme.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the wire fixing clamp provided by the invention optimizes a limiting buckle structure for limiting a lead wire in a wire accommodating groove, namely the limiting buckle comprises a first buckle arm and a second buckle arm, the first buckle arm is fixed on the inner side of a first wire fixing column and extends towards the bottom of the wire accommodating groove, the second buckle arm extends towards the opening direction of the wire accommodating groove from the end part of the first buckle arm, and a wire passing channel is formed between the second buckle arm and the second wire fixing column. When fixed lead wire, the lead wire removes to appearance wire casing bottom direction from appearance wire casing opening part, and the lead wire acts on second buckle arm and the solid post of second when spacing buckle, and spacing buckle and the solid post of second at least one of them can produce elastic deformation to the direction of keeping away from each other so that the lead wire can follow the wire passing channel and pass through, after the lead wire passes through the wire passing channel, the solid post of second buckle arm and/or second kick-backs and will lead wire spacing at appearance wire casing.

Compared with the single-layer spring plate in the prior art, the bending structure greatly increases the mechanical strength of the limiting buckle so as to reduce the fracture risk when the limiting buckle is pressed, moreover, when the lead is fixed, the lead acts on the second buckle arm, the limiting buckle is fixed on the first wire fixing column through the first buckle arm, no matter whether the second buckle arm generates elastic deformation, the lead cannot be directly pressed on the first buckle arm, and the bending structure also has the effect of dispersing the acting force of the lead, so that the deformation of the first buckle arm is reduced, the stress concentration phenomenon of the root position (the position connected with the first wire fixing column) of the first buckle arm is obviously improved, and the damage of the whole wire fixing clamp caused by the fracture of the root position of the first buckle arm is avoided, the use reliability of the wire fixing clamp is improved.

Further, the second buckle arm includes guide part and kink, the kink is connected the guide part with between the first buckle arm, the guide part with the interval of second solidus post reduces gradually in the lead wire inlet wire direction. Such structural design, on the one hand can reduce the inlet wire resistance of lead wire, reduces the fixed operation degree of difficulty of lead wire, and on the other hand, the effort of lead wire to second buckle arm and second solidus post is along with the lead wire constantly deepening wire passing channel and increase in the inlet wire direction, avoids continuously receiving great effort and increase the fracture risk on second buckle arm and the second solidus post.

Furthermore, the distance between the bending part and the second wire fixing column is gradually reduced in the lead outgoing direction. Such structural design, on the one hand can reduce the resistance of being qualified for the next round of competitions of lead wire, reduces the operation degree of difficulty that the lead wire was taken out, and on the other hand, the effort of lead wire to second buckle arm and second solidus post is constantly deepened wire passing channel and is increased along with the lead wire in the direction of being qualified for the next round of competitions, avoids continuously receiving great effort and increasing the fracture risk on second buckle arm and the second solidus post.

The wire fixing clamp in the prior art generally has the problem of difficulty in taking out a lead, and the main reason is that how to better limit or fix the lead is mainly considered in the design of the elastic sheet, so that the acting force is concentrated on the elastic sheet more when the lead is taken out, the lead cannot be taken out due to too small force, and the elastic sheet is easily broken due to too large force. In the above scheme of the invention, in the lead wire taking-out process, the lead wire acts on the bent part of the second buckle arm and the second wire fixing column, and part of the acting force exerted on the bent part by the lead wire can be transmitted to the first wire fixing column through the first buckle arm, so that the first wire fixing column and the second wire fixing column are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other to increase the width of the wire passing channel, the lead wire is conveniently taken out, the requirement on the deformation amount of the first buckle arm in the process is very low, the lead wire taking-out difficulty is reduced, and the limiting buckle is more effectively protected.

Furthermore, a guiding convex rib is arranged on the guiding portion, and the guiding convex rib extends from the free end of the guiding portion to the bending portion and is gradually reduced in thickness. The guiding convex rib enhances the lead-in guiding function of the guiding part on the lead, and increases the thickness of the guiding part to obtain higher mechanical strength.

Furthermore, the first buckle arm can elastically deform relative to the first thread fixing column. Compare rigid structure, the fracture risk when first buckle arm atress can further be reduced to the elastic deformation of first buckle arm, strengthens the reliability.

Furthermore, the position of the first wire fixing column corresponding to the first buckle arm is provided with a avoiding hole for providing a deformation space for the first buckle arm. Dodge the hole and provide deformation space for first buckle arm, can take place deformation to dodging downthehole when making first buckle arm receive the exogenic action to reduce the fracture risk.

Furthermore, a first gap is formed between the second buckling arm and the first buckling arm. The first clearance provides deformation space for the second buckle arm to the deformation of first buckle arm direction, makes the second buckle arm have sufficient deformation volume to guarantee that the lead wire passes through line passageway smoothly.

Furthermore, a second gap is formed between the free end of the second buckle arm and the first wire fixing column. The second clearance provides deformation space for the second buckle arm to deform towards the direction of the first wire fixing column, so that the second buckle arm has enough deformation to ensure that the lead wire smoothly passes through the wire passing channel.

Furthermore, reinforcing ribs extending upwards from the root parts are arranged on the outer sides of the first and/or second wire fixing columns. The reinforcing rib increases the stability of being connected between first solidus post and/or second solidus post and the base, avoids first solidus post and/or second solidus post to receive the lead wire effort and appear breaking.

Furthermore, the upper end of the reinforcing rib is lower than the connecting position of the limiting buckle on the first wire fixing column. No matter be fixed lead wire or take out the lead wire, the deformation of first solidus post all more is favorable to the lead wire to pass through the wire passing channel, but the strengthening rib has also weakened the deformability of first solidus post when increasing first solidus post stability, consequently the upper end of injecing the strengthening rib is less than the hookup location of spacing buckle on first solidus post, can guarantee at least like this that the position of first solidus post connection spacing buckle still remains better deformability, does benefit to the lead wire to fix and takes out.

According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the invention, the lead is fixed by adopting the wire fixing clamp in any technical scheme, so that the clothes treatment equipment has all the technical effects of the wire fixing clamp.

the lead fixing device comprises a base 100 and a limiting buckle 200, wherein the base 100 is provided with a first fixing post 110 and a second fixing post 120 which are oppositely arranged, the first fixing post 110 and the second fixing post 120 define a lead accommodating groove 130 on the base 100, and the limiting buckle 200 is arranged on the inner side of the first fixing post 110 and is used for limiting a lead in the lead accommodating groove 130;

the limiting buckle 200 includes a first buckle arm 210 and a second buckle arm 220, the first buckle arm 210 is fixed inside the first wire fixing column 110 and extends toward the bottom of the wire accommodating groove 130, the second buckle arm 220 extends from the end of the first buckle arm 210 toward the opening 131 of the wire accommodating groove, and a wire passing channel is formed between the second buckle arm 220 and the second wire fixing column 120.

According to the wire fixing clip of the embodiment, when the lead wire is fixed, the diameter L2 of the lead wire 300 to be fixed is larger than the width L1 of the narrowest part of the wire passage, the lead wire 300 moves from the opening 131 of the wire accommodating groove to the bottom of the wire accommodating groove 130, the lead wire 300 acts on the second clip arm 220 and the second wire fixing column 120 when passing through the limiting clip 200, at least one of the limiting clip 200 and the second wire fixing column 120 can generate elastic deformation in the direction away from each other so that the lead wire can pass through the wire passage, and after the lead wire 300 passes through the wire passage, the second clip arm 220 and/or the second wire fixing column 120 rebound to limit the lead wire in the wire accommodating groove 130.

It should be noted that: the first and second wire fixing posts 110 and 120 define a wire accommodating groove 130 on the base 100, which is open on both sides in the extending direction of the lead and on the upper portion of the wire accommodating groove, and the wire accommodating groove opening 131 is an open portion on the upper portion of the wire accommodating groove 130 for the lead 300 to be inserted into or removed from the wire fixing clip.

The present embodiment is preferable: the spacing buckle 200 integrated into one piece of this embodiment is on first solidus post 110, for example solidus clamp wholly adopts the plastic material to make through integrated into one piece injection molding process, and the integrated into one piece structure is favorable to the processing production of solidus clamp, and not only production efficiency is high, can guarantee the uniformity of a plurality of solidus clamp performance moreover.

In this embodiment, the second clip arm 220 extends from the end of the first clip arm 210 to the wire-receiving groove opening 131, so that the limiting clip 200 is formed with a bending structure, which greatly increases the mechanical strength of the limiting clip 200, thereby reducing the risk of breaking when the limiting clip 200 is pressed; moreover, when fixing the lead wire, the lead wire acts on the second buckle arm 220, and the limiting buckle 200 is fixed on the first wire fixing column 110 through the first buckle arm 210, no matter whether the second buckle arm 220 generates elastic deformation, the lead wire can not be directly pressed on the first buckle arm 210, and the bending structure also has the effect of dispersing the acting force of the lead wire, thereby reducing the deformation of the first buckle arm 210, obviously improving the stress concentration phenomenon of the root position (the part connected with the first wire fixing column 110) of the first buckle arm 210, avoiding the damage of the whole wire fixing clamp caused by the fracture of the root position of the first buckle arm 210, and improving the use reliability of the wire fixing clamp.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire fixing clip according to the above embodiment: the second snap arm 220 includes a guide portion 222 and a bent portion 221, the bent portion 221 is connected between the guide portion 222 and the first snap arm 210, and a distance between the guide portion 222 and the second wire fixing post 120 is gradually reduced in a lead wire feeding direction. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps of (1); the bending portion 221 of the second snap arm 220 is formed by bending the end of the first snap arm 210 toward the wire-accommodating groove opening 131, the guiding portion 222 extends from the bending portion 221 in a downward-upward inclined manner and gradually approaches the first wire-fixing column 110, so that the distance between the guiding portion 222 and the second wire-fixing column 120 is gradually reduced in the wire-leading direction, thereby reducing the wire-leading resistance of the lead and reducing the operation difficulty of fixing the lead, and the acting force of the lead on the second snap arm 220 and the second wire-fixing column 120 is increased along with the fact that the lead continuously penetrates into the wire-passing channel in the wire-leading direction, thereby avoiding the increase of the fracture risk caused by continuously receiving a larger acting force on the second snap arm 220 and the second wire-fixing column 120.

The present embodiment is preferable: a first gap 223 is formed between the second latching arm 220 and the first latching arm 210, specifically referring to fig. 1, a first gap 223 is formed between the guide portion 222 of the second latching arm 220 and the first latching arm 210, and the first gap 223 provides a deformation space for the second latching arm 220 to deform toward the first latching arm 210, so that the second latching arm 220 has enough deformation to ensure that the lead smoothly passes through the wire passage.

This embodiment is more preferred: a second gap 224 is disposed between the free end of the second snap-fit arm 220 and the first wire-fixing post 110, specifically referring to fig. 1, the free end of the second snap-fit arm 220 is the end of the guiding portion 222, a second gap 224 is formed between the end of the guiding portion 222 and the first wire-fixing post 110, and the second gap 224 provides a deformation space for the second snap-fit arm 220 to deform toward the first wire-fixing post 110, so that the second snap-fit arm 220 has a sufficient deformation amount to ensure that the lead wire smoothly passes through the wire passage.

With reference to fig. 3, this embodiment is preferred: the guide portion 222 is provided with a guide rib 225, and the guide rib 225 extends from the free end of the guide portion 222 to the bent portion 221 and has a gradually decreasing thickness. The following are exemplary: two guide ribs 225 are arranged on one surface of the guide part 222 facing the second wire fixing column 120 at intervals, the guide ribs 225 enhance the wire inlet guiding effect of the guide part 222 on the lead, and the thickness of the guide part 222 is increased to obtain higher mechanical strength.

Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire fixing clip according to the above embodiment: the distance between the bending portion 221 and the second wire fixing pillar 120 gradually decreases in the wire outgoing direction. The following are exemplary: the bending portion 221 is of an arc transition structure, so that the distance between the bending portion 221 and the second wire fixing column 120 is gradually reduced in the wire outgoing direction of the lead, the wire outgoing resistance of the lead can be reduced, the operation difficulty of taking out the lead is reduced, and the acting force of the lead on the second buckle arm 220 and the second wire fixing column 120 is increased along with the fact that the lead continuously penetrates into the wire passing channel in the wire outgoing direction, and the increase of fracture risk caused by continuously receiving a large acting force on the second buckle arm 220 and the second wire fixing column 120 is avoided.

In this embodiment, due to the arc transition structure formed by the bending portion 221, in the lead wire taking-out process, the lead wire 300 contacts with the bending portion 221 to form a structure in which two circles are circumscribed, the tangent point q of the two circles is also the point of application of the lead wire 300 to the bending portion 221, the acting force applied by the lead wire 300 on the bending portion 221 passes through the circle center o of the circle where the bending portion 221 is located, the direction of the acting force forms an acute angle with the first wire fixing post 110, and part of the acting force applied by the lead wire 300 on the bending portion 221 can be transmitted to the first wire fixing post 110 through the first buckle arm 210, so that the first wire fixing post 110 and the second wire fixing post 120 are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other to increase the width of the wire passing channel, thereby facilitating the lead wire taking-out process, which has a low requirement on the deformation amount of the first buckle arm 210, not only reducing the difficulty in taking-out the lead wire, but also more effectively protecting the limit buckle 200.

In other embodiments, the bent portion is a bevel transition structure, so that substantially the same technical effects can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first snap-fit arm 210 can elastically deform relative to the first wire fixing post 110, and the elastic deformation of the first snap-fit arm 210 can further reduce the risk of fracture when the first snap-fit arm 210 is stressed, compared with a rigid structure, thereby enhancing reliability. The following are exemplary: the first wire fixing column 110 is provided with an avoiding hole 111 corresponding to the first buckle arm 210 for providing a deformation space for the first buckle arm 210, when a lead is fixed, the first buckle arm 210 indirectly receives lead pressure and generates elastic deformation towards the first wire fixing column 110, and part of the first buckle arm 210 enters the avoiding hole 111.

Referring to fig. 1, a reinforcing rib 112 extending upward from the root is disposed outside the first wire fixing column 110, and the reinforcing rib 112 increases the connection stability between the first wire fixing column 110 and the base 100, thereby preventing the first wire fixing column 110 from being broken due to the acting force of the lead.

The present embodiment is preferable: no matter be fixed lead wire or take out the lead wire, the deformation of first solidus post 110 all more is favorable to the lead wire to pass through line passageway, but strengthening rib 112 has also weakened the deformability of first solidus post 110 when increasing first solidus post 110 stability, consequently, the upper end of injecing strengthening rib 112 in this embodiment is less than the hookup location a of spacing buckle 200 on first solidus post 110, can guarantee at least like this that first solidus post 110 still remains better deformability in the position of connecting spacing buckle 200, do benefit to the lead wire fixed with take out.

In other embodiments of the present invention, a reinforcing rib may be disposed outside the second wire fixing column for increasing the connection stability between the second wire fixing column and the base, and preventing the second wire fixing column from being broken due to the acting force of the lead.

In one embodiment of the invention, a clothes treating apparatus is provided, and a lead is fixed by using the wire fixing clip of any one of the above embodiments. The clothes treatment apparatus of the embodiment may be a washing machine, a dryer, a dehydrator, etc., such as a drum washing machine, and the wire fixing clip is disposed on a base of the drum washing machine for fixing the lead wire in the base.

While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
