According to the invention, the visitor management platform communicates with WeChat, microblog, informed and other social software, or develops corresponding visitor management software for visitors and visitors to register users for the users, such as visitor APP (application), and the like, namely, the visitor management platform performs visitor interaction confirmation and the like through corresponding terminal software.

When a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, identity information of the visitor and target health state information related to the visiting request are obtained based on the visiting request, in the process, the visitor arrives at a visiting place, an identification code which is correspondingly fixed at the visiting place or an identification code at an entrance guard point is scanned through application software, and the identity information, visiting time and the corresponding entrance guard point of the visitor are automatically uploaded to a visitor management platform.

The following is specifically described by taking the WeChat as an example, when a visitor carries out a visitor through the WeChat, the visitor scans the two-dimensional code of the access point through the WeChat scanning function, after the two-dimensional code is identified, the terminal sends the current visiting time, the WeChat identity, the visiting place, the identity number and the like of the visitor to the visitor management platform, and as shown in the figure 6, in addition, in the application, the visitor can also carry out the visitor according to the WeChat public number and the like, and the visitor process carried out according to the WeChat public number and the like is basically the same as the visitor process carried out through the WeChat.

It should be noted that, when a visitor comes through WeChat, the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access point of the visitor are obtained, if the visitor comes through visitor APP, it is detected whether the visitor is real name registration, and when the visitor does not come through real name registration, other real name identity information of the user, such as an identity card number, needs to be obtained.

After obtaining the identity information of the visitor based on the visit request, target health state information associated with the visit request is also obtained, and it should be noted that the target health state information associated with the visit request refers to the health states of the visitor and the visitor associated with the visit request, and the health state may be healthy or unhealthy, and in the healthy state, the health state may be a state without fever, dyspnea, chest distress and the like, and the unhealthy state may be any one of symptoms such as fever, dyspnea, chest distress, dizziness and the like.

When a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, acquiring identity information of the visitor based on the visiting request, wherein the corresponding identity information can be directly acquired in a visitor management platform through registration information of the visitor and a visited person, or the corresponding identity information can be directly acquired through a WeChat identity in the visiting request, target health state information related to the visiting request is inquired through a preset communication health code platform based on the identity information of the visitor, or health state information (stored in the past) can be directly inquired through the visitor management platform, and when the health state is directly extracted through the communication health code platform, real-name identity information when the visitor and the visited person register the visitor management platform needs to be sent to the health code platform for inquiry of the health code platform.

And after the identity information and the target health state information are obtained, inquiring whether the visitor has visitor authority. Specifically, the visitor management platform queries whether the information has a corresponding reserved access based on the identity information of the visitor, acquires the visiting access address of the visitor during the query process, acquires the identity information of the visitor when the visiting access address is determined, traverses and matches the reserved identity information base corresponding to the visiting access address in the visitor management platform based on the identity information of the visitor, acquires the visiting time of the visitor when the identity information of the visitor is detected to be consistent, detects that the visiting time of the visitor is within the reserved time, determines the target health state information when the visiting time of the visitor is consistent, if the visitor is healthy with the visitor, the visitor has a visitor right, which is stated in this embodiment, the access right can be changed correspondingly according to the prevention and control requirement of the current location, and the like, that is, in the present embodiment, the access right is settable and changeable by a cell or a gate. When the visiting access control address, the identity information and the visiting time optional condition of the visitor are not met or the health state of the visitor is not met, the visitor does not have the visitor right.

The step of inquiring the target health status information associated with the visit request through a health code platform with preset communication based on the identity information of the visitor comprises the following steps:

In the application, based on the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address of the visitor, the corresponding first reservation access and the second reservation access are matched, when the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address are completely the same as or consistent with any reservation information in the first reservation access and the second reservation access, the matching is successful, the visitor has the visitor permission, and when the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address are not completely the same as or not completely consistent with the reservation information in the first reservation access and are not completely the same as or not completely consistent with the reservation information in the second reservation access, the matching is failed, and the visitor does not have the visitor permission.

In the embodiment, the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address of the visitor are obtained based on the visiting request; matching corresponding reserved access based on the WeChat identity, the access time and the corresponding access control address, wherein the reserved access comprises a first reserved access and a second reserved access; when the matching is successful, the visitor has visitor authority; when the matching fails, the visitor does not have guest privileges. The safety of the visitor can be improved because the right of the visitor is accurately inquired.

Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the visitor management method of the present invention, in a fifth embodiment of the visitor management method, the step of sending the visiting scene information to the visited terminal of the visited person includes:

The visitor management device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a PC, or may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet PC, an electronic book reader, an MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 3) player, an MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 4) player, a portable computer, or the like.
