After dust fall and collection in the settling tank, the recovered aggregate after dust removal is conveyed to a microwave heating stirring pot through a belt conveyor for heating and stirring. The belt conveyor is arranged below the settling tank and above the stirring pot, so that material receiving and discharging are convenient, the elevations of the settling tank and the stirring pot can be adjusted according to specific conditions, and the recovered milled materials are guaranteed to smoothly enter the microwave heating stirring device. And (3) spraying the viscous layer oil on the four walls and the bottom of the cleaned pit groove by using a viscous layer oil spray head while heating and stirring, and preparing for paving and rolling the regenerated asphalt mixture.
