Nevertheless, the recovery speed of the population of the sea turtles in China is still very slow due to the restriction of a plurality of factors such as ocean unordered development and the like. The breeding of the green sea turtles under the artificial condition is undoubtedly an important measure for recovering the wild sea turtles in China. Therefore, a seaweed capacity enlarging device and a seaweed capacity enlarging method are developed, the landscape abundance of the green sea turtles in the artificial breeding field is improved, the capacity enlarging effect is achieved, and meanwhile, the device can be used as an important food source for the green sea turtles.

According to the invention, the bracken and the feathered algae are cultured by the algae frame, and the algae frame is placed in the algae cage in the green sea turtle culture pond after the culture is finished, on one hand, the grid design of the algae cage enables the green sea turtles to eat the algae extending out of gaps of the algae cage, on the other hand, the algae in the algae cage is protected from being eaten by the green sea turtles, the growth sustainability of the bracken and the feathered algae is ensured, and the green sea turtles are used as a landscape after the edible value of the green sea turtles is provided, so that a good appearance effect is provided for the artificial breeding field of the green sea turtles.
