The blasting bead capable of being coated with a water-soluble core material according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble additive is a water-soluble substance or a water-dispersible substance, and is selected from one or more of water-soluble essence, ethyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, maltose, sucrose, amino acid, glucose, vitamin C, tea polyphenol, anthocyanin, nano silicon dioxide and nano titanium dioxide.

4. The popping bead capable of being wrapped with a water-soluble core material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-soluble solution consists of a tackifier, a water-soluble additive and water in a weight ratio of 4:2.005: 93.995; or the like, or, alternatively,

when the tackifier is sodium alginate and the water-soluble additive is tween 80 and vitamin C, the water-soluble solution consists of the sodium alginate, the tween 80, the vitamin C and water in a weight ratio of 4:2:0.005: 93.995.

5. The popping bead capable of being coated with a water-soluble core material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble surfactant is selected from one or more of span 80, span 20, span 40 and span 60.

6. The method for preparing the blasting bead capable of being coated with the water-soluble core material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing a water-soluble solution: preparing a mixed solution of the tackifier, the water-soluble additive and water according to a ratio, stirring and mixing, dissolving, and standing to obtain the water-soluble solution;

(2) preparing a waxy material: evenly mixing the paraffin, the beeswax and the oil-soluble surfactant according to the proportion to obtain the waxy material;

(3) preparing the blasting beads: and (3) enabling the waxy material prepared in the step (2) to be in a molten state, then dropping the water-soluble solution prepared in the step (1) into the molten waxy material, dropping a mixture of the water-soluble solution and the molten waxy material into a cooling liquid, settling, cooling and forming, and forming the water-soluble solution by wrapping the waxy material to form the blasting bead taking the water-soluble solution as an inner core liquid and the waxy material as an outer wall material, namely the blasting bead capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material.

The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the waxy material is prepared at 60-75 ℃ and left to stand for more than 24 hours; or in the step (3), the prepared blasting bead capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material has the weight of 20-30mg and the diameter of 2-6 mm.

The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the cooling liquid is a mixed solution of a low-density solvent, water and a water-soluble surfactant, wherein the volume ratio of the low-density solvent to the water is 1: 1-7: 3, and the content of the water-soluble surfactant is 2-4% of the mass of the mixed solution of the low-density solvent and the water; or the like, or, alternatively,

after cooling and forming, the step (3) further comprises the steps of washing and drying, wherein the washing refers to washing by using deionized water; the drying refers to oven drying at 30-40 ℃.

9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the low-density solvent is a solvent having a density of less than 1 and being soluble in water, and is selected from one or more of methanol, ethanol, propanol, acetone, diethyl ether and ethyl acetate; or the like, or, alternatively,

the water-soluble surfactant is one or more selected from Tween 80, Tween 60, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, polyethylene glycols, alkyl glycoside and coconut diethanolamide.

10. The equipment for preparing the blasting beads capable of coating the water-soluble core material is characterized in that the equipment is sequentially provided with an injection part, a coating part and a cooling part along the logistics input direction; the injection part comprises an injection needle cylinder, the wrapping part comprises a mixing cavity, a heating part is arranged on the wall of the mixing cavity, the cooling part comprises a cooling cavity, and cooling liquid and a stirring element are arranged in the cooling cavity.

11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the syringe is externally connected to a constant flow syringe pump; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the constant flow injection pump is set to enable the inner core liquid to be dripped into the fused outer wall material at a constant flow rate;

the needle head of the injection needle cylinder is communicated with the inlet of the constant-flow injection pump;

the mixing chamber is a straight pipe, and the heating component is an outer pipe connected with circulating water.

12. Use of a bead of any one of claims 1 to 5 wrapped with a water soluble core as a bead for use as a cigarette or in the manufacture of a cigarette.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a water-soluble bead for cigarettes, belongs to the technical field of preparation of bead for cigarettes, and particularly relates to a water-soluble core material-wrappable bead, a preparation method, equipment and application thereof.

Background

The inner core liquid of the bead blasting is mainly divided into fat-soluble and water-soluble, and most of the existing bead blasting preparation technologies mainly use the fat-soluble inner core liquid. Chinese patent documents CN102108136A and CN102485777A respectively disclose a dropping pill wrapping material of a tobacco additive, dropping pills wrapped by the same and application of the dropping pills, and relate to a dropping pill wrapping material which takes oil-soluble essence as an inner layer material and takes a lipid solvent as an essence diluent as an auxiliary material. Because many of the existing flavors and fragrances and additives are water-soluble substances and cannot be dissolved in lipid solvents, the application of the technology is greatly limited.

Chinese utility model patent document CN202427428U discloses a novel water-containing capsule for cigarette, and relates to a novel water-containing capsule for cigarette, wherein the core is hydrogel particles composed of colloid material, water and water-soluble substance, and a waterproof water-blocking material layer is wrapped outside the hydrogel particles. Chinese patent document CN103815541A discloses a water capsule for three-layer cigarettes and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a water capsule for three-layer cigarettes and a preparation method thereof. However, the water-filled soft capsules disclosed in these publications are prepared by dripping with a double-dripping-head method, the breakage rate of the water-filled soft capsules is high and the uniformity of the capsule wall thickness is poor due to the dripping process, and most of the water-filled soft capsules are prepared by adopting a two-step method, wherein the soft capsules of water-soluble substances are prepared firstly, and then the outer layer is attached with a wax material to lock the water, so that the preparation period of the water-filled water-exploded beads is long, and the water-filled soft capsules cannot be prepared in a large scale in a short time. So far, the preparation method of the popping beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material by the one-step dripping pill method has not been reported.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a water-soluble core material-wrappable bead and a method for preparing the water-soluble core material-wrappable bead by a one-step dripping pill method.

The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following scheme:

a bead capable of wrapping a water-soluble core material comprises an inner core liquid and an outer wall material, wherein the water-soluble solution is used as the inner core liquid; the wax material is used as the wall material of the outer wall to prevent water from permeating out of the blasting bead. The water-soluble solution consists of a tackifier, a water-soluble additive and water in a weight ratio of (2-4): 0.1-3): 93-97.9, and the waxy material consists of paraffin, beeswax and an oil-soluble surfactant in a weight ratio of (25-83): 73-15): 2.

In the above technical solution, the viscosity of the tackifier is 20 to 100CP for the water-soluble solution (core liquid).

In the above technical scheme, for the water-soluble solution (inner core solution), the tackifier is a compound capable of increasing the viscosity of the water-soluble solution, and includes one or more of sodium alginate, guar gum, gelatin, arabic gum, sodium caseinate, carrageenan, xanthan gum and the like; preferably, sodium alginate.

In the above technical solution, for the water-soluble solution (core liquid), the water-soluble additive is a water-soluble substance or a water-dispersible substance; comprises one or more of water-soluble essence, ethyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, maltose, sucrose, amino acid, glucose, vitamin C, tea polyphenol, anthocyanin, nano silicon dioxide, nano titanium dioxide and the like.

Wherein, the water-soluble essence refers to natural perfume and synthetic perfume which can be dissolved in water.

In the above-described technical solution, as for the water-soluble solution (core liquid), it is preferable that the water-soluble solution is composed of a tackifier, a water-soluble additive and water in a weight ratio of 4:2.005: 93.995. When the tackifier is sodium alginate and the water-soluble additive is tween 80 and vitamin C, the water-soluble solution consists of the sodium alginate, the tween 80, the vitamin C and water in a weight ratio of 4:2:0.005: 93.995.

In the above technical solution, for the waxy material (outer wall material), the oil-soluble surfactant includes one or more of span 80, span 20, span 40, span 60, etc.; preferably, it is span 80.

In the technical scheme, as for the waxy material (outer wall material), preferably, the waxy material consists of paraffin, beeswax and an oil-soluble surfactant according to the weight ratio of (25-53): 45-73): 2; further preferably, the wax is composed of paraffin wax, beeswax and oil-soluble surfactant according to a weight ratio of 53:45:2 or 25:73: 2.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the popping beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material by the one-step dripping pill method, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a water-soluble solution: preparing a mixed solution of the tackifier, the water-soluble additive and water according to the weight ratio, stirring and mixing, dissolving, and standing to obtain a water-soluble solution;

(2) preparing a waxy material: preparing a mixed solution of paraffin, beeswax and an oil-soluble surfactant according to the weight ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a waxy material;

(3) preparing the blasting beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material: and (3) enabling the waxy material prepared in the step (2) to be in a molten state, then dropping the water-soluble solution prepared in the step (1) into the molten waxy material, dropping a mixture of the water-soluble solution and the molten waxy material into a cooling liquid, settling, cooling and forming, and forming the water-soluble solution by wrapping the waxy material to form the blasting bead taking the water-soluble solution as an inner core liquid and the waxy material as an outer wall material, namely the blasting bead capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material.

In the step (1) of the above-mentioned technical means, the components are as described above for the water-soluble solution (core solution).

In the step (1) of the above technical means, for stirring and mixing: the invention is not particularly limited, and the wall materials are preferably mixed at 60-75 ℃; for rest: in the present invention, the prepared wall material melt is preferably left to stand for 24 hours or more (preferably 24 hours) to remove air bubbles in the solution.

In step (2) of the above technical solution, the description of each component for the waxy material (outer wall material) is as above.

In the step (2) of the technical scheme, the mixing can be carried out in a stirring manner, and the stirring and mixing temperature is preferably 60-75 ℃; further preferably 60 ℃ and 70 ℃. The process temperature must not be too high, which would affect the surface tension.

In the step (3) of the above technical solution, the cooling liquid is a mixed solution of a low-density solvent, water and a water-soluble surfactant, wherein the volume ratio of the low-density solvent to the water is 1:1 to 7:3, and the content of the water-soluble surfactant is 2 to 4 percent, preferably 2 to 3 percent, of the mass of the mixed solution of the low-density solvent and the water; in a specific embodiment, it may be 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%.

Wherein the low-density solvent is a solvent which has a density less than 1 and can be dissolved in water, and comprises one or more of methanol, ethanol, propanol, acetone, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and the like.

Wherein the water-soluble surfactant comprises one or more of tween 80, tween 60, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, polyethylene glycols, alkyl glycoside, coconut diethanolamide and the like.

Preferably, when the low-density solvent is ethanol and the water-soluble surfactant is tween 80, the cooling liquid is a mixed liquid of ethanol, water and tween 80, wherein the volume ratio of ethanol to water is 1:1, and the content of tween 80 is 2% of the mass of the ethanol water solution.

In the step (3), the method specifically comprises the following steps:

in one embodiment, step (3) comprises: adding the outer wall material prepared in the step (2) into a self-made pill dropping device (figure 1) to enable the outer wall material to be in a molten state (forming liquid), and then dropping the inner core prepared in the step (1) into the self-made pill dropping device filled with the molten outer wall material and cooling liquid. And (3) directly settling, cooling and forming in equipment after the inner core liquid wraps the wall material of the outer wall, taking out, washing and drying to obtain the explosion beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material.

Wherein the washing may be performed by any suitable method; the present invention preferably employs deionized water for washing.

Wherein the drying may be carried out by employing any suitable method; the invention is preferably oven dried at 30-40 ℃.

In the invention, the diameter of the obtained exploding bead is adjusted by the concentration of the inner core liquid and the size of the dropped needle head, namely the diameter of the exploding bead is in direct proportion to the surface tension of the inner core liquid, in inverse proportion to the concentration (density) of the inner core liquid and in direct proportion to the diameter of the needle head, and the formula isWhere R represents the shot diameter, R represents the needle radius, ppThe density of the core liquid is shown, σ is the surface tension of the core liquid, and g is the gravitational acceleration. For example, in the case where the concentration of the inner core liquid is equal to 4 wt%, the size r is adjusted so that the diameter of the needle tip is 0.4mm to 0.8mm, and the diameter of the resulting exploded bead can be adjusted.

According to the invention, under the condition of a certain concentration of the inner core liquid, the weight of the prepared blasting beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material is 20-30mg, the diameter of the blasting beads is 2-6 mm, the viscosity is moderate, the roundness is good, the size uniformity is good, the crushing strength is more than 2.08kPa, the flexibility is good, the hardness is high, and the yield is high and exceeds 90%.

The invention provides equipment for preparing an explosion bead capable of wrapping a water-soluble core material, which is sequentially provided with an injection part, a wrapping part and a cooling part along the logistics input direction; the injection part comprises an injection needle cylinder, the wrapping part comprises a mixing cavity, a heating part is arranged on the wall of the mixing cavity, the cooling part comprises a cooling cavity, and cooling liquid and a stirring element are arranged in the cooling cavity.

The invention prepares the blasting bead by the equipment, which comprises the following steps: the water-soluble solution is filled into an injection part, a waxy material is filled into a mixing cavity of a wrapping part and is maintained in a molten state through a heating part, the water-soluble solution is made to form a circular liquid under the action of surface tension through the injection part, the circular liquid is dripped into the mixing cavity to form a molten outer wall material, the water-soluble solution is dripped onto the outer wall material under the action of gravity, then the water-soluble solution is continuously introduced into the cooling liquid under the action of gravity, and the outer wall material on the surface of the liquid droplet is solidified and formed at low temperature to form an exploded bead under the action of a stirring element and is dispersed in the cooling liquid.

In a specific embodiment, the invention provides equipment for preparing an explosion bead capable of wrapping a water-soluble core material, which comprises a constant-flow injection pump, an injection syringe, a needle head, a mixing cavity, a heating part, a glass flask and a magnetic stirrer.

In the invention, the needle head of the injection needle cylinder is communicated with the inlet of the constant-flow injection pump; the constant flow injection pump has the following functions: the water-soluble solution was dropped into the molten outer wall material (molding liquid) at a constant flow rate. The injection syringe and the needle head have the following functions: the size of the needle may determine the size of the droplet of the pop-up bead.

In the invention, the mixing cavity can adopt a cavity body with a proper form; for example, a straight tubular structure may be used. The mixing chamber functions as: the inner wall contains a waxy material (outer wall material), and a water-soluble solution is dripped into the waxy material to wrap the water-soluble solution.

In the present invention, the heating component may be any suitable heating component, such as a heating jacket, a heating tube, etc. When the heating jacket is adopted, the heating jacket is sleeved on the outer wall of the mixing cavity to heat the mixing cavity and maintain a certain temperature. The heating part has the following functions: heating to maintain the wall material in a molten state. In a preferred embodiment, the heating component is connected with circulating water, and the temperature of the circulating water is 60-75 ℃.

In the present invention, the stirring element may be any element capable of performing a stirring function, such as a magnetic stirrer. The stirring element (e.g. magnetic stirrer) functions as: the exploded beads in the cooling liquid are dispersed without agglomeration.

In the invention, the working principle and the operation principle of the equipment are as follows: the water-soluble solution passes through the injection needle cylinder and the needle head under the action of the constant-flow injection pump, forms a circular liquid under the action of surface tension, drops into the fused outer wall material in the mixing cavity at a constant flow rate, the outer wall material is heated in the mixing cavity to maintain a molten state, the liquid drops sink under the action of gravity, the liquid drops wrap the outer wall material in the sinking process, then continuously enter the cooling liquid under the action of gravity, and the outer wall material on the surface of the liquid drops forms blasting beads under the action of a magnetic stirrer due to low-temperature solidification and forming, and is dispersed in the cooling liquid.

In the invention, the bead blasting capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material can be used as a bead blasting for cigarettes.

The invention also provides the popping beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material and application of equipment for preparing the popping beads in preparation of cigarettes.

The invention also provides a cigarette which contains the blasting bead capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material.

The advantages of the invention include:

(1) the cigarette bead blasting capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material is prepared by a one-step method according to the proportion of the components of the water-soluble solution (inner core solution) and the waxy material (outer wall material), so that the preparation process of the bead blasting can be simplified; the weight of the blasting bead is 20-30mg, the diameter is 2-6 mm, the viscosity is moderate, the roundness is good, the size uniformity is good, the crushing strength is high, the flexibility is good, the hardness is high, and the rate of finished products is high.

(2) The size of the bead blasting can be controlled by self-made dripping pill equipment, the bead blasting yield is high, and the uniformity is good; by adjusting the needle size and the concentration of the aqueous solution (bore fluid).

(3) The wax material (outer wall material) of the blasting bead is composed of natural wax, so that the moisture overflow of the blasting bead in an unused state can be effectively prevented, and the storage, the service cycle and the service life of the blasting bead are guaranteed.

The invention will be further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are to be construed as merely illustrative and not limitative of the remainder of the disclosure. While the advantages of the invention will be apparent and readily appreciated by the description. The procedures, conditions, experimental methods and the like for carrying out the present invention are general knowledge and common general knowledge in the art except for the contents specifically mentioned below, and the present invention is not particularly limited.

Example 1

The preparation method of the bead for the cigarette capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material comprises the following steps (see table 1):

(1) preparing inner core liquid: preparing 50ml of inner core liquid from sodium alginate, tween 80, vitamin C and water according to the weight ratio of 4:2:0.005:93.995, stirring, mixing, dissolving, and standing to obtain the inner core liquid;

(2) configuring a wall material: evenly mixing the paraffin, the beeswax and the span 80 according to the weight ratio of 53:45:2 at 60 ℃ to obtain the outer wall material.

(3) Preparing the blasting beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material: and (2) dripping the inner core obtained in the step (1) into self-made dripping pill equipment filled with a molten wall material and cooling liquid, directly settling in the equipment after coating the wall material, cooling and forming, taking out, washing and drying to obtain the water-soluble core material-coated bead for the cigarette.

The prepared inner core liquid has moderate viscosity, and the dropped blasting beads have good roundness and size uniformity, the weight of the prepared blasting beads is 23mg, the diameter of the blasting beads is 5mm, and the crushing strength of the blasting beads is 2.08 kPa. The flexibility of the blasting bead is good, the hardness is high, and the yield is high.

Example 2

The preparation method of the bead for the cigarette capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material comprises the following steps (see table 1):

(1) preparing inner core liquid: preparing 50ml of inner core liquid from sodium alginate, tween 80, vitamin C and water according to the proportion of 4:2:0.005:93.995, stirring, mixing, dissolving, and standing to obtain the inner core liquid;

(2) configuring a wall material: evenly mixing the paraffin, the beeswax and the span 80 according to the weight ratio of 25:73: 270 ℃ to obtain the outer wall material.

(3) Preparing the blasting beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material: and (2) dripping the inner core obtained in the step (1) into self-made dripping pill equipment filled with a molten wall material and cooling liquid, directly settling in the equipment after coating the wall material, cooling and forming, taking out, washing and drying to obtain the water-soluble core material-coated bead for the cigarette.

The prepared inner core liquid has moderate viscosity, and the dropped blasting beads have good roundness and size uniformity, the weight of the prepared blasting beads is 25mg, the diameter of the blasting beads is 6mm, and the crushing strength of the blasting beads is 3.27 kPa. The flexibility of the blasting bead is general, the hardness is higher, and the yield is higher.

Comparative example 1

The preparation method of the bead for the cigarette capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material comprises the following steps (see table 1):

(1) preparing inner core liquid: preparing 50ml of inner core liquid from sodium alginate, tween 80, vitamin C and water according to the proportion of 4:2:0.005:93.995, stirring, mixing, dissolving, and standing to obtain the inner core liquid;

(2) configuring a wall material: evenly mixing the paraffin, the beeswax and the span 80 according to the weight ratio of 83:15:2 at 60 ℃ to obtain the outer wall material.

(3) Preparing the blasting beads capable of wrapping the water-soluble core material: and (2) dripping the inner core obtained in the step (1) into self-made dripping pill equipment filled with a molten wall material and cooling liquid, directly settling in the equipment after coating the wall material, cooling and forming, taking out, washing and drying to obtain the water-soluble core material-coated bead for the cigarette.

The prepared inner core liquid has moderate viscosity, and the dropped blasting beads have good roundness and size uniformity, the weight of the prepared blasting beads is 23mg, the diameter of the blasting beads is 5mm, and the crushing strength of the blasting beads is 1.55 kPa. The flexibility of the blasting bead is poor, the hardness is low, and the yield is not high.
