4. A heated cigarette capable of producing non-oxygen gas, said heated cigarette comprising: the heating of claim 1 produces a solid mass (6) of non-oxygen gas.

5. The suction arrangement, as set forth in claim 4, characterized in that the solid substance (6) is bicarbonate, or a mixture of sodium nitrite and ammonium chloride, or copper oxide particles, or iron oxide particles.

6. The suction device according to claim 4, characterized in that said solid substance (6) is arranged most upstream of said heated cigarette.

7. The smoking apparatus of claim 4, wherein the solid material (6) is disposed within a tobacco segment of the heated cigarette.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of heated cigarettes and smoking sets, and particularly relates to a heated cigarette smoking device capable of generating non-oxygen gas and a heated cigarette.

Background

The heated cigarette is taken as a harm-reducing tobacco product which gives consideration to satisfaction and tobacco fragrance, and can effectively reduce the release amount of harmful components in smoke and reduce harm while meeting the tobacco characteristic feeling of consumers. Among them, the electrically heated cigarette is a hot spot in the tobacco industry because of its high technological content and high user conversion rate. The electrically heated cigarette consists of two parts, heating unit and cigarette, and its smoking quality is determined by both the two parts.

The heated cigarette has the product attribute of heating but not burning, so the baking temperature of the heated cigarette product is usually 260-400 ℃, the pyrolysis reaction of the tobacco substances generated by heating is simpler, part of aroma components can not be fully released during heating, but if the temperature is raised, the cigarette can be burnt or smoldered, harmful substances can be generated, and the original taste of the heated cigarette is greatly influenced.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In a first aspect the present invention provides a heated cigarette smoking device capable of producing non-oxygen gas, the smoking device comprising:

the cigarette cup 2 is provided with a through hole 21 on the side wall or the bottom;

the movable bin 5 is arranged on the outer side of the cigarette cup 2, is in contact with the bottom or the side surface of the bottom of the cigarette cup 2, is internally provided with a solid substance 6, a liquid substance or a solid-liquid mixture which can generate non-oxygen gas by heating, and the surface of the movable bin 2 in contact with the cigarette cup 2 is provided with an air hole 51 which is in air flow communication with the through hole 21 of the cigarette cup 2.

The mobile bin 5 can also be extracted from the suction device, so that the substance can be added at any time after the use.

Preferably, the solid substance 6 is ammonium bicarbonate, or a mixture of sodium nitrite and ammonium chloride.

The solid, liquid, or solid-liquid mixture is a substance that, when heated, produces a non-oxygen, non-toxic, non-hazardous gas. For example, heating may produce nitrogen dioxide, or nitrogen gas.

When the solid substance is a bicarbonate, such as sodium bicarbonate, calcium bicarbonate, heating thereof may produce carbon dioxide, a non-oxygen gas.

When the solid material is a mixture of sodium nitrite and ammonium chloride, it is heated to generate a non-oxygen gaseous nitrogen.

Preferably, the suction device further comprises: a movable cigarette sealing element 22 is arranged at the upper end of the cigarette cup 2.

After a cigarette is inserted, the cigarette cup begins to be heated, the solid matter is heated to generate non-oxygen gas, the oxygen in the cigarette cup is discharged, and then the cigarette sealing element is utilized to seal the gap between the cigarette cup and the cigarette to prevent the oxygen from flowing in. The cigarette sealing element may be any suitable sealing element known in the art, such as a sealing ring or the like.

Preferably, the bottom and the periphery of the cigarette cup 2 are sealed in positions other than the through holes 21.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a heated cigarette capable of producing non-oxygen gas, said heated cigarette comprising: the heating described above in the suction device produces solid matter 6 other than oxygen gas.

Preferably, the solid substance 6 is ammonium bicarbonate, or a mixture of sodium nitrite and ammonium chloride, or copper oxide particles, or iron oxide particles.

Preferably, the solid substance 6 is disposed most upstream of the heated cigarette. Upon smoking, the smoke flow direction is counted from upstream to downstream of the cigarette.

Preferably, the solid substance 6 is disposed within the tobacco section of the heated cigarette. The tobacco section is added with the copper oxide or the iron oxide particles, the tobacco material is carbonized after being heated to generate carbon, and then the carbon reacts with the copper oxide or the iron oxide to form corresponding metal simple substances and carbon dioxide, and meanwhile, the copper oxide or the iron oxide particles can react with carbon monoxide which is not sufficiently carbonized by heating the tobacco, so that the harm of the carbon monoxide to human bodies is reduced.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention provides a heating cigarette suction device capable of generating non-oxygen substances for the first time, wherein a movable bin is arranged at the bottom of a cigarette cup, substances capable of generating non-oxygen gas are placed in the movable bin, the non-oxygen gas can be generated when the cigarette cup is heated, the oxygen in the cigarette cup and cigarettes is discharged, then the cigarette cup is sealed, and the cigarettes are heated in an oxygen-free/low-oxygen environment. This can increase the ignition point of the smoking article, raise the heating temperature, enhance the baking strength, and make it produce a more flavorful aerosol.

2. The invention also provides a heated cigarette capable of producing non-oxygen substances, the substance capable of producing non-oxygen gases being disposed at the upstream end of the cigarette or within a tobacco section. When the cigarette is heated, the oxygen in the cigarette cup and the cigarette is discharged by the non-oxygen gas, then the cigarette cup is sealed, and the cigarette is heated in an oxygen-free/low-oxygen environment. This also increases the ignition temperature of the smoking article, increases the heating temperature, and enhances the baking intensity to produce a more flavorful aerosol.

3. In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the solid matters arranged in the tobacco section of the cigarette are metal oxides. When the tobacco material is heated, the tobacco material is carbonized to generate carbon, and then the carbon reacts with the metal oxide to form corresponding metal simple substances and carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, the metal oxide can react with carbon monoxide which is not fully carbonized by heating tobacco, so that the harm of the carbon monoxide to human bodies is reduced.

4. The invention starts the non-oxygen gas releasing process only by the heating process of the heating cup, and has simple mechanical structure and easy manufacture. When in suction, no extra operations such as air suction and the like are needed.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, a heated cigarette smoking device for generating non-oxygen substances mainly comprises: the cigarette case comprises a shell 1, a cigarette cup 2, a through hole 21, a sealing ring 22, a control circuit 3, a power supply 4 and a movable bin 5.

The cigarette cup 2 is a heat source of the whole heating device and is used for heating and baking the smoking articles to generate stable aerosol required by a human body;

the cigarette cup 2 is arranged in the shell 1, and the shell 1 provides fixing and heat preservation effects for the cigarette cup 2;

the sealing ring 22 is located at the outlet of the smoking cup 2 to seal the smoking article and the outer casing 2 and prevent air from entering the smoking device during smoking.

The control circuit 3 is connected with the cigarette cup 2 and used for ensuring that the cigarette cup 2 works according to a set temperature;

the power supply 4 is connected with the control circuit 3 and is used for supplying electric quantity to the whole heating device.

The side wall or the bottom of the cigarette cup 2 is provided with a through hole 21;

the movable bin 5 is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette cup 2. The upper surface of the movable bin is in close contact with the lower surface of the cigarette cup. Solid matter 6 sodium bicarbonate particles which can generate non-oxygen gas carbon dioxide by heating are placed in the movable bin 5, and the upper surface of the movable bin 2 is provided with an air hole 51 which is in airflow communication with the through hole 21 of the cigarette cup 2.

The mobile bin 5 can also be extracted from the suction device, so that the substance can be added at any time after the use.

Example 2

Referring to figure 2, a heated cigarette 9 having a non-oxygen producing substance comprises an upstream tobacco section 92 and downstream cooling and filter sections. The upstream tobacco segment has solid matter 6 iron oxide particles therein. The side wall of the cooling section is provided with a cigarette air hole 91.

When the tobacco material is heated, the tobacco material is carbonized to generate carbon, and then the carbon reacts with the iron oxide particles to form corresponding metal simple substances and carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, the iron oxide particles can react with carbon monoxide which is not fully carbonized by heating tobacco, so that the harm of the carbon monoxide to human bodies is reduced.

Example 2 a cigarette 9 was heated using a smoking set with a sealed heating chamber. For example, it can be inserted into the heated cigarette smoking device described in example 2.

When the cigarette 9 is heated by using the heated cigarette smoking device described in embodiment 2, carbon dioxide generated by the reaction of iron oxide particles in the cigarette 9 discharges oxygen in the cup 2 and the cigarette 9, and then the opening of the cup is sealed by using the sealing ring 22 to heat the cigarette 9 in an oxygen-free/low-oxygen environment. The outside air enters the cigarette through the cigarette air holes 91, is mixed with the smoke generated by heating the tobacco section, and then enters the oral cavity of the user.
