Further, the bottom surface of the medicine storage chamber 202 is arranged obliquely, and the outlet of the medicine storage chamber 202 is arranged at the bottom end of the inclined surface; the medicine storage chamber 202 is filled with solid granular chemical refrigerant.

The inclined bottom arrangement facilitates the accumulation of chemical refrigerant towards the outlet, i.e. the impeller 204, facilitating automatic charging operation; the problem of liquid refrigerant seeping downward can be avoided by using solid particles of chemical refrigerant, and the solid particles are easily brought into the reaction chamber 203 by the rotation of the impeller 204.

Further, the basic garment 1 comprises an outer fabric 101, an interlayer 103 and an inner fabric 106, the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is spirally arranged in the interlayer 103, and the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is arranged close to one surface of the inner fabric 106; the pockets include a left pocket 105 and a right pocket 104 provided on the base garment 1, and ends of the liquid cooling pipes 102 are connected to the left pocket 105 and the right pocket 104.

The thickness of the outer cloth 101 is greater than that of the inner cloth 106 and less than that of the interlayer 103.

Further, the outer cloth 101 is oxford, the inner cloth 106 is lycra cloth with a net structure, and the interlayer 103 is sponge; the liquid cooling device is characterized in that a channel of the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is reserved in the sponge, the outer cloth 101, the sponge and the inner cloth 106 are bonded together through a gluing process after the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is arranged in the sponge, and the outer edges of the outer cloth 101 and the inner cloth 106 are sewn together.

The oxford fabric, the lycra fabric and the sponge are arranged, so that the light, comfortable and comfortable garment can be sewn, the oxford fabric is high in thermal resistance and good in wear resistance, can play a thermal insulation role as an outer fabric, and is not easy to damage; the sponge is used as the middle interlayer, is moderate in hardness and good in heat preservation, facilitates the arrangement of the liquid cooling pipeline, has deformability, and can protect the liquid cooling pipeline from being broken off in the wearing process; the lycra fabric is used as lining material, has very good air permeability and good comfort, and is beneficial to temperature transmission and exchange; the liquid cooling pipeline is close to the inner cloth, so that the cooling of the inner side is facilitated. And the process of reserving the channel, bonding and sewing is convenient for making and forming the clothes.

Further, the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is a silica gel hose, and a liquid medium is filled in the liquid cooling pipeline 102; the cooling pipe 207 is a graphite pipe, a pipe interface is arranged at the end of the graphite pipe and is hermetically connected with the liquid cooling pipeline 102, and the cooling pipe 207 is coiled in the reaction chamber 203.

The silica gel hose is adopted as the liquid cooling pipeline 102, so that the flexibility is good, the coiled cloth can be in various circuitous and circular shapes, the coiled cloth is favorable for being distributed at each position of the clothes, and the comfort is high; the graphite tube has excellent heat conductivity, corrosion resistance and light weight.

Further, the temperature sensor 303 is disposed on the liquid cooling pipeline on the side connected to the micro pump 301 for monitoring the temperature of the pumped liquid, and the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is further connected to a flow sensor and a pressure sensor for monitoring the flow and pressure of the liquid in real time, which is beneficial to the timeliness and safety of feeding.

Further, temperature thresholds in different environmental states are preset in the mobile terminal 304 and sent to the control main board 302 as instructions, the temperature sensor 303 feeds back real-time monitored temperature data to the control main board 302, and the control main board 302 compares the acquired temperature data with the temperature thresholds; if the real-time temperature data is higher than the temperature threshold, the control motherboard 302 sends a command to control the rotation speed of the motor 206 and the pumping amount of the micro pump 301, so as to accelerate the cooling reaction and the heat transfer speed, and the temperature in the liquid cooling pipeline 102 is not higher than the threshold temperature.

That is, the control main board 302 receives an instruction of a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) through bluetooth, and sets different temperature thresholds through the mobile terminal 304 according to personal requirements of a user. The temperature of the heat absorption liquid in the reaction chamber 203 is reduced after the chemical refrigerant is dissolved in water, the liquid in the liquid cooling pipeline 102 exchanges heat with the low-temperature liquid in the reaction chamber 203 through the cooling pipe 207, and the liquid in the liquid cooling pipeline 102 enters the liquid cooling pipeline again under the driving of the micropump 301 after the temperature of the liquid is reduced. After receiving the instruction, the control main board 302 adjusts the flow rate of the liquid medium in the liquid cooling pipeline 102 and the quality of the chemical refrigerant entering the reaction chamber 203 by controlling the rotation speeds of the micropump 301 and the motor 206 according to the temperature information of the liquid medium at the output end of the micropump 301 fed back by the temperature sensor 303, so as to control the heat absorption and heat transfer speeds, and achieve the purpose of regulating and controlling the temperature of the liquid medium in the liquid cooling pipeline 102 in real time.

Example two:

the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that a structure of a container is provided.

The container is a soft bag container made of heat-insulating materials, the container is internally divided into a medicine storage chamber 202, a reaction chamber 203 and a liquid storage chamber 209 by a plurality of partition plates, the partition plates and the container are integrally formed, and one side of the reaction chamber 203 is also provided with a reaction chamber switch 208.

The container is of a closed heat insulation structure, different chambers are formed inside the container through a plurality of partition plates, so that the container has good heat insulation performance and is convenient to arrange in a pocket; the reaction chamber switch 208 is capable of releasing waste liquid after the reaction is saturated.

Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the outlet of the drug storage chamber 202 is a rectangular opening 5, the plate wall 4 has a certain thickness, and a pair of connecting lugs 6 is arranged below the plate wall 4, the wheel shaft 7 of the impeller 204 is movably connected to the connecting lugs 6, a part of blades of the impeller 204 are positioned in the rectangular opening of the drug storage chamber 202 to close the rectangular opening, and a sealing strip is embedded at the peripheral edge of the impeller 204 to ensure the sealing performance; side baffles are arranged between the axial ends of the adjacent blades to prevent solid particles from being exposed from both sides. When the motor 206 drives the impeller 204 to rotate, solid particles among the blades are carried out, and other blades rotate to the opening to close the opening, so that the adding amount and speed of the solid granular refrigerant can be realized by regulating and controlling the rotating speed and the angle.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
