Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to an absorption core body and a sanitary pad comprising the same.

Background

In order to increase the absorption and diffusion capacity of the absorption core, more wood pulp with higher density or thicker wood pulp is placed in the middle of the absorption core, so that the middle of the absorption core is thick and the two ends of the absorption core are thin, as shown in fig. 1, the absorption core with the structure is often unfavorable in practical application, the absorption effect of the middle part is not ideal, the liquid is not easy to diffuse to the two ends which are far away due to the thicker middle thickness, the middle of the absorption core is often soaked by the liquid and even passes through a barrier strip to cause side leakage, the absorption cores at the two ends are not wet, and the absorption cores at the two ends cannot be fully and effectively utilized.

The above results are caused because, in the production of the absorbent core, after the wood pulp is adsorbed by the negative pressure onto the nonwoven fabric coated on the die wheel, a layer of mixed layer of wood pulp/high molecular absorption material is applied on the surface of the wood pulp in the middle of the absorption core body, then a layer of wood pulp layer is compounded on the mixed layer of wood pulp/high molecular absorption material, since the pulp is thicker in the middle of the absorbent core, the polymeric absorbent material will be more likely to be absorbed when applied to the surface of the pulp, because of the action of negative pressure, the macromolecule absorbing material at the middle thicker wood pulp part can move to the periphery instead and can not be gathered at the thicker part, so that the macromolecule absorbing material at the middle thicker wood pulp part of the absorbing core body is less instead, the absorption capacity of the absorbent core is higher and lower depending on the amount of the polymeric absorbent material, so the effect of thickening the thickness of the middle wood pulp can be rather opposite.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an absorption core body and a sanitary pad comprising the same, wherein the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer of the absorption core body is provided with a hollowed-out diversion trench, so that the absorption and diffusion capacity of the absorption core body is obviously enhanced, the whole absorption core body can be fully utilized, and the side leakage condition can be effectively avoided.

The technical scheme is as follows: the invention provides an absorbing core body which comprises a wrapping layer and a wood pulp/macromolecule absorbing layer wrapped in the wrapping layer, wherein at least one hollowed-out diversion trench is arranged on the wood pulp/macromolecule absorbing layer.

Preferably, the flow guide grooves are arranged transversely and/or longitudinally on the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer. The diversion trenches are transversely arranged on the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer, so that transverse diversion can be realized, longitudinal diversion can be realized through longitudinal arrangement, and the diversion trenches with different directions, different positions, different quantities and different sizes can be designed on the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer of the absorption core body according to the shape, size, application and the like of the absorption sheets.

Preferably, if the absorbent core is a strip, at least one flow guide groove is arranged in the middle of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer; if the absorption core body is triangular, at least one diversion trench is arranged in the middle of the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer; or, at least one diversion trench is respectively arranged on two sides of the wider end of the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer; or, the one end both sides of wood pulp/polymer absorbed layer broad are equipped with at least one respectively the guiding gutter the narrower one end of wood pulp/polymer absorbed layer is equipped with at least one the guiding gutter. In practical application, the positions of the diversion grooves are determined according to the shape of the absorption core body, so that diversion can be realized to the maximum extent; the strip-shaped absorption core body is usually applied to the female sanitary pad, and in practical application, in the absorption core body of the female sanitary pad, the middle part of the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer is preferably provided with a diversion trench; the triangular-like absorbent core is generally applied to the male incontinence pad, and in practical application, in the absorbent core of the male incontinence pad, two sides of the wider end of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer are preferably provided with a diversion trench respectively, and the narrower end of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer is preferably provided with a diversion trench; the diversion trenches are more and can lead to the support intersection of the absorption core body, the quantity of the diversion trenches only needs to meet the requirement that liquid can be guided to the two ends and the periphery of the sanitary pad, the maximum area of the absorption core body is fully utilized, and the quantity of the diversion trenches does not need too much.

Preferably, the wood pulp/polymer absorption layer is of a sandwich structure of a lower wood pulp layer, a wood pulp polymer mixing layer and an upper wood pulp layer. The wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer with the sandwich structure is beneficial to avoiding the macromolecule absorption material in the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer from scattering.

The invention also provides a sanitary pad, which comprises the absorption core body, wherein if the sanitary pad is a female sanitary pad, the absorption core body is in a long strip shape; if the sanitary pad is a male incontinence pad, the absorbent core is triangular-like or triangular-like with a three-flap structure. The absorbent core is mainly applied to a sanitary pad for women or an incontinence pad for men, and can be a sanitary towel for women, a panty liner for women, an incontinence pad for women or an incontinence pad for men and the like.

Furthermore, the sanitary pad also comprises a liquid permeable non-woven fabric and a leakage-proof film which are compounded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the absorption core body; and/or an ADL layer is arranged between the liquid-permeable non-woven fabric and the wrapping layer; and/or release paper is adhered to the lower surface of the leakage-proof film. The ADL layer can promote the liquid to diffuse all around.

Furthermore, the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabric is compounded on the surface of the liquid-permeable non-woven fabric, positioned on two sides of the absorption core body and extended along the length direction of the absorption core body. The side leakage can be prevented by the aid of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric.

Furthermore, the free side of the water repellent edge-separating non-woven fabric is also provided with a three-dimensional edge-separating rubber band. The three-dimensional edge-separating rubber band enables the free side of the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabric to be in a three-dimensional state, and the function of preventing side leakage is better exerted.

Furthermore, a three-dimensional leakage-proof film is arranged on the surface of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric and at least one end of the sanitary pad. The three-dimensional leakage-proof film can prevent the front end and the rear end of the sanitary pad from leaking liquid.

Furthermore, the water-repellent edge-separated non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof film and the edge of the leakage-proof film are compounded together through a peripheral seal. The periphery seal enables the edges of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof film and the leakage-proof film to be sealed, so that liquid leakage is prevented.

Further, the length of the peripheral seal is less than the whole length of the sanitary pad; and/or the width of the peripheral seal is less than the whole width of the sanitary pad; the length and/or width of the water repellent edge-separating non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof film exceed the peripheral sealing part to form a skin-friendly edge. In the prior art, the outermost edges of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof membrane and the leakage-proof membrane are compounded together by a peripheral seal formed by bonding glue or hot pressing, and the edges of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof membrane and the leakage-proof membrane are parts directly contacting human skin, so that the use discomfort can be caused; in the invention, the length of the peripheral seal is designed to be smaller than the whole length of the sanitary pad, and the width of the peripheral seal is designed to be smaller than the whole width of the sanitary pad, so that three or two scattered skin-friendly edges without glue are formed between the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof films on the peripheries of the two ends and/or the peripheries of the two sides in the length direction of the peripheral seal and the leakage-proof films, and thus, the skin-friendly edges on the two ends and/or the two sides of the sanitary pad are softer and more skin-friendly, and the experience feeling is better.

Preferably, the perimeter seal is a 360 degree perimeter seal. The prior sanitary pad, in particular to a triangle-like male incontinence pad, is characterized in that water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics and/or a three-dimensional leakproof film are not compounded together with the edge of the leakproof film through a circumferential seal of 360 degrees but have a part of the edge without a circumferential seal structure, for example, a triangle-like sanitary pad, because the two sides in the length direction are provided with water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics, the two ends are provided with three-dimensional leakproof films, the right side of the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics is compounded with three-dimensional edge-separating rubber bands extending to the two ends of the sanitary pad, and the end parts of the three-dimensional edge-separating rubber bands are positioned between the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics and/or the three-dimensional leakproof films and the leakproof films, the parts can not be peripherally sealed through a common process when the parts of the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabrics and/or the three-dimensional leakproof films and the leakproof films are peripherally sealed, the two end parts of the three-dimensional edge-separating rubber bands on the two sides are not peripherally sealed, the edges without the peripheral sealing structure can cause the occurrence of urine leakage (as shown in dotted circles S1, S2, S3 and S4 in FIG. 23); in the application, the edges of the water-repellent edge-separation non-woven fabric and/or the three-dimensional leakage-proof film and the leakage-proof film are sealed and compounded together by 360 degrees at the periphery of the absorption core, namely the periphery of the absorption core is completely sealed by the peripheral seal, so that the situation of liquid leakage after the absorption core absorbs more liquid can be effectively avoided; the utility model provides so can realize absorbing 360 degrees week of core periphery and seal because before week seals, will refuse water earlier and separate the limit non-woven fabrics from the both ends point of the three-dimensional limit rubber band on right side disconnected for three-dimensional limit rubber band only exists in refusing water and separate the limit non-woven fabrics from the middle part on right side, does not extend to the both ends week department of sealing of health pad, can realize 360 degrees week seals when carrying out hot pressing week after the design like this, effectively prevents the production of weeping phenomenon.

Preferably, the three-dimensional edge-separating rubber band is positioned in the middle of the free side of the water-repellent edge-separating non-woven fabric and inside the peripheral seal. This is designed to enable a 360 degree peripheral seal.

Preferably, if the sanitary pad is a male incontinence pad with a triangular-like absorbent core, the two sides of the wider end of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer are respectively and longitudinally provided with one flow guide groove, and the narrower end of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer is longitudinally provided with one flow guide groove; the two diversion grooves on two sides of the wider end of the sanitary pad extend outwards to the edge part to form a first wing and a second wing respectively, and a third wing is formed at the end part of the wider end of the sanitary pad and the part outside the absorption core body. In the application, the male incontinence pad is designed into the triangular-like structure with the three protective wings, and the two guide grooves on the two sides of the wider end of the sanitary pad are hollow guide grooves, so that when liquid is immersed in the absorption core body, the hollow guide grooves on the two sides not only play a role in guiding the flow, but also can play a role in creasing after the absorption core body absorbs the liquid, so that the first protective wing and the second protective wing can naturally form a trend of approaching to the skin side of a human body at the corresponding guide grooves, so that the two sides of the wider end of the male incontinence pad can be more attached to the human body, and embarrassment is avoided; the diversion groove at the narrower end of the sanitary pad mainly plays a role in diversion.

Further, a transverse peripheral seal is arranged between the third protective wing and the absorbent core body. The transverse peripheral seal also plays a role of crease, and when the male incontinence pad is worn, the third protective wing can naturally form a trend of approaching to the skin side of a human body at the transverse peripheral seal, so that the wider end of the male incontinence pad can be more attached to the human body, and embarrassment is avoided.

Preferably, the end part of the narrower end of the sanitary pad and the end part of the wider end of the third wing are both in a linear structure. The sanitary pad is produced continuously in a production line, the front and the rear sanitary pads can be separated into independent sanitary pads only by cutting with a cutter, in the continuous production process of the existing male incontinence pad, the end part of the wider end of the front sanitary pad is connected with the end part of the narrower end of the rear sanitary pad, the end part of the wider end is of a linear structure, the end part of the narrower end is of an arc-shaped structure, when the front and the rear sanitary pads are cut by the cutter, the shapes of the blades at the joint of the front and the rear sanitary pads are different, the blade of the front cutter is of a linear shape and is used for cutting out the linear structure of the wider end of the front sanitary pad, the blade of the rear cutter is of an arc shape and is used for cutting out the arc-shaped structure of the narrower end of the rear sanitary pad, and in order to cut out the arc-shaped structure of the narrower end of the rear sanitary pad, a preset width gap is required between the blade of the front cutter and the blade of the arc-shaped rear cutter, thus, in the process of separating and cutting between the front product and the rear product, certain waste materials are generated at the gap with the preset width; in the application, the end part of the narrow end of the sanitary pad and the end part of the third protective wing at the wide end of the sanitary pad are designed into a straight line structure, so that in the continuous production process, the joint parts of the front and the rear cutters can be jointly edged in the process of cutting and separating the front and the rear sanitary pads, and the joint edges are adopted, so that the generation of the waste materials at the gap part with the preset width is avoided.

Furthermore, the middle part, two sides and/or two ends of the sanitary pad in the length direction are/is also provided with symmetrically distributed transverse and/or longitudinal embossments. The design of knurling can prevent on the one hand that wood pulp/polymer absorbed layer in the absorption core from becoming to stick together after the imbibition, and on the other hand also can carry out the water conservancy diversion of certain degree to liquid, with liquid to absorbing the both ends water conservancy diversion on the piece length direction, improves the utilization ratio that absorbs the piece.

Further, the embossing is arc-shaped and/or line-shaped.

Has the advantages that: in the absorption core body, the hollow-out flow guide grooves are formed in the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer of the absorption core body, and the protrusions are arranged on the die wheel at positions corresponding to the flow guide grooves in the preparation process of the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer, so that the macromolecule absorption materials tend to gather near the edges of the protrusions on the die wheel under the action of negative pressure when the wood pulp macromolecule absorption layer is formed around the protrusions, and therefore, the macromolecule absorption materials can gather near the periphery of the flow guide grooves on the manufactured absorption core body, and when liquid contacts the vicinity of the flow guide grooves, the liquid can be easily diffused to two ends or the periphery of the absorption core body under the action of the macromolecule absorption materials with higher density.

In addition, the diversion trench is equivalent to a hole with the depth the same as the thickness of the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer dug in the wood pulp layer, so that the flowing area of the liquid on the wood pulp/macromolecule absorption layer is enlarged to a certain extent, namely, the diffusion area is enlarged, and the diffusion capacity of the absorption sheet is further enhanced.

Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 2, and will not be described herein.

Embodiment 6:

the male incontinence pad of the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as the male incontinence pad of embodiment 5, and is mainly different from the male incontinence pad of fig. 16 to 19 in that the overall shape of the male incontinence pad is triangular-like with a three-flap structure, the absorbent core body is triangular-like, both sides of the wider end of the wood pulp/polymer absorbent layer 2 in the absorbent core body are respectively provided with a longitudinally-arranged diversion trench 3, the middle of the narrower end is provided with a longitudinally-arranged diversion trench 3, and the three diversion trenches 3 are axially symmetrically distributed on the absorbent core body in a shape of a Chinese character 'pin'; the two flow channels 3 at both sides of the wider end of the incontinence pad extend outwards to the edge part to form a first wing 17 and a second wing 18 respectively, the end part of the wider end of the sanitary pad and the part outside the absorbent core form a third wing 19, and a transverse peripheral seal 20 is arranged between the third wing 19 and the absorbent core. In the middle, on both sides or at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad, symmetrically distributed curved embossments 9 (see fig. 16 and 17) or in-line embossments 9 (see fig. 18 and 19) are provided. The incontinence pad is provided with a three-dimensional leakproof film 11 at the narrower end, and the wider end may or may not be provided with the three-dimensional leakproof film 11, and is preferably not provided in the application.

As shown in FIG. 20, the male incontinence pad of this embodiment may also have a skin-friendly edge 16.

It is noted that the incontinence pad is continuously produced in a production line, and the front and rear incontinence pads are cut by a cutter to form independent incontinence pads, wherein the wider end of the front incontinence pad is connected to the narrower end of the rear incontinence pad, the wider end of the front incontinence pad is in a linear structure, and the narrower end of the rear incontinence pad is in an arc-shaped structure The gap is such that during the separation cut between the front and rear incontinence pads, a certain amount of waste material is generated at the gap of the predetermined width, as shown in fig. 21.

To improve upon the above-mentioned drawbacks, the incontinence pad in this embodiment has a linear configuration at both the end of the narrower end and the end of the wider third wing. After the design, in the continuous production process, in the process of cutting and separating the front incontinence pad and the rear incontinence pad, the joint parts of the front cutter and the rear cutter can share the edge, and the generation of waste materials at the gap part with the preset width is avoided due to the shared edge. As in fig. 22.

Otherwise, this embodiment is completely the same as embodiment 5, and will not be described herein. The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concepts and features of the present invention, and the purpose of the embodiments is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
