6. Billiard table slate as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one of said medium slate plates (2) is present.

7. A billiard table slate processing technique of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the method includes the steps of:

(1) cutting into large pieces: cutting the marble into plates with required thickness;

(2) thickness setting: grinding the front and back of the cut plate into plates with the thickness of 45 mm;

(3) trimming: cutting the periphery of the plate obtained in the step (2) into the required specification size and shape;

(4) punching: drilling a vertical hole, a lateral fixed mounting hole and a ball inlet hole;

(5) burying a nut: pouring glue into the side hole, and embedding the fixing nut into the side hole;

(6) sequentially locking the screw rod, chamfering the periphery, spraying paint, packaging and warehousing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of billiard accessory equipment, in particular to a billiard table stone plate and a processing technology thereof.

Background

The billiard table is a billiard table, and a professional and standard billiard table is used as a match and entertainment device. A common table is provided with 6 holes, four corners and two middle parts.

The billiard table stone slabs are mostly formed by processing and splicing stone materials, and finally, the billiard table stone slabs are fixedly arranged on the billiard frame and the billiard bottom plate in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction respectively; generally, a vertical mounting hole and a lateral mounting hole are formed in a billiard table stone plate; the vertical mounting hole is beneficial to fixing by a screw; the lateral mounting holes and the billiard table frame are fixed by special connecting devices, the common connecting devices comprise cylindrical nuts and screw rods, threaded holes are formed in the side portions of the cylindrical nuts, and during mounting, in order to facilitate mounting of the cylindrical nuts into the lateral mounting holes, a cylindrical hole needs to be formed in the back of a billiard table stone plate so as to facilitate mounting of the cylindrical nuts into the billiard table stone plate; because set up the hole more, increased the processing step of billiard table slabstone, the processing cost also rises naturally to set up the hole more and also have certain influence to the fastness of billiard table slabstone, consequently, need provide a new billiard table slabstone, in order to solve the problem that prior art exists.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the billiard table stone slab which reduces the links of punching holes on the back surface of the billiard table stone slab and reduces the processing cost aiming at the defects in the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a billiard table stone slab comprises a left stone slab, a middle stone slab and a right stone slab, wherein ball inlet holes and vertical fixing holes are formed in the left stone slab, the middle stone slab and the right stone slab, lateral fixing mounting holes are formed in the side faces of the unconnected parts of the left stone slab, the middle stone slab and the right stone slab, fixing nuts are fixedly mounted in the lateral fixing mounting holes, and the inner side wall of each fixing nut comprises a smooth section and a threaded section; internal threads are arranged on the inner side wall of the thread section; the fixing nut is internally connected with a locking screw rod through threads, and anti-skid grains are arranged on the surface of the fixing nut.

Preferably, the depth of the lateral fixing installation hole is 50-120mm, and the diameter of the lateral fixing installation hole is 8-15 mm.

Preferably, the depth of the lateral fixing mounting hole is 110mm, and the diameter of the lateral fixing mounting hole is 10 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: through installing purpose-made fixation nut and locking screw in the fixed mounting hole at left slabstone, well slabstone and right slabstone, when being convenient for fix and install fixation nut, reduced the link of punching at the back of billiard table slabstone, make the fastness of billiard table slabstone better in the time of greatly reduced processing cost, the appearance is also more pleasing to the eye.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention provides a billiard table stone plate, which comprises a left stone plate 1, a middle stone plate 2 and a right stone plate 3, wherein the thicknesses of the left stone plate 1, the middle stone plate 2 and the right stone plate 3 are all 40-50 mm; the thickness of the left stone plate 1, the thickness of the middle stone plate 2 and the thickness of the right stone plate 3 are all 45mm, the left stone plate 1, the middle stone plate 2 and the thickness of the right stone plate 3 are all provided with ball inlet holes 4 and vertical fixing holes 5, the side surfaces of the unconnected parts of the left stone plate 1, the middle stone plate 2 and the right stone plate 3 are all provided with lateral fixing mounting holes 6, in the invention, the depth of the lateral fixing mounting holes 6 is 50-120mm, the diameter is 8-15mm, the preferred depth is 110mm, the diameter is 10mm, in order to fix the three stone plates and the frame of the billiard table, fixing nuts 7 are fixedly mounted in the lateral fixing mounting holes 6, and the inner side walls of the fixing nuts 7 comprise smooth sections 71 and threaded sections 72; the inner side wall of the thread section 72 is provided with internal threads 73; the fixing nut 7 is internally connected with a locking screw rod 8 through threads, and the surface of the fixing nut 7 is provided with anti-skidding threads, so that the bonding force between the fixing nut 7 and the lateral fixing mounting hole 6 can be increased, and the fixing nut 7 can be firmly fixed in the lateral fixing mounting hole 6.

When the billiard table stone plate is required to be installed on the billiard table, the locking screw rods 8 are screwed out, then inserted into the fixing holes of the billiard table frame, finally inserted into the fixing nuts 7 in the billiard table stone plate, and the billiard table stone plate is transversely and fixedly installed on the billiard table.

The processing technology of the billiard table stone plate comprises the following steps:

(1) cutting into large pieces: cutting the marble into plates with required thickness;

(2) thickness setting: grinding the front and back of the cut plate into plates with the thickness of 45 mm;

According to the billiard table stone plate fixing device, the specially-made fixing nuts 7 and the special-made locking screw rods 8 are arranged in the fixing and mounting holes 6 of the left stone plate 1, the middle stone plate 2 and the right stone plate 3, so that the fixing nuts 7 are fixed and mounted conveniently, meanwhile, the links of punching holes in the back of the billiard table stone plate are reduced, the processing cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the billiard table stone plate is enabled to be better in firmness.
