When the mixed liquid in the sedimentation cylinder 1 is sedimentated, the inner ring seat 2 is placed in the sedimentation cylinder 1, the shaft cylinder 10 is in contact with the outer wall of the inner groove 11 in the sedimentation process, the shaft cylinder 10 rotates in the downward movement process of the inner ring seat 2, the fluency of the movement of the inner ring seat 2 is ensured, after the sedimentation cylinder 1 is placed, the motor 15 drives the lead screw 16 to rotate, the movable seat 14 is driven to rotate the inner part of the functional table 3, so that the side seat 12 approaches the sedimentation cylinder 1, the clamping plates 18 are in contact with the cylinder wall of the sedimentation cylinder 1, the angle between two adjacent clamping plates 18 is increased along with the continuous movement, the clamping plates 18 provide pressure to enable the limiting springs 19 to generate elastic deformation, meanwhile, the limiting springs 19 provide reaction force to enable the contact degree between the clamping plates 18 and the sedimentation cylinder 1 to be increased, so as to complete the fixation of the inner ring seat 2, then, the first hydraulic rod 8 pushes the ultrasonic generator 7 to move outwards in the vibration box 6, until the ultrasonic generator 7 contacts with the outer wall of the sedimentation cylinder 1, then in the sedimentation process, the ultrasonic generator 7 is electrified to work to drive the sedimentation cylinder 1 to vibrate at low frequency integrally, the solid in the auxiliary sedimentation cylinder 1 descends, the sedimentation process is accelerated, after the sedimentation operation is finished, the second hydraulic rod 23 contracts to enable the top platform 25 to descend, so that the base 27 enters the sedimentation cylinder 1, the sponge cushion 30 contacts and extrudes with the inner wall of the sedimentation cylinder 1, along with the continuous descending of the base 27, clear liquid can pass through the filter layer 29 and is positioned above the base 27, and sediment and solid impurities stay below the filter layer 29, in the process, the ultrasonic generator 7 works to drive the sedimentation cylinder 1 to vibrate at high frequency, the vibration process can accelerate the flowing of the clear liquid, meanwhile, the sediment blocking the filter holes of the filter layer 29 falls in an auxiliary manner, and the filter effect of the filter layer 29 is ensured, the clear liquid above the filter layer 29 is pumped by a liquid pump and conveyed to the dehydration tower.
