The pleated filter bag is a dust removal filter bag which can be applied to a pulse bag type dust remover, and under the action of suction filtration of a fan and pulse dust removal, the rigid filter bag frame causes uneven pressure distribution on the filter bag, so that local positions of the filter bag are easy to wear and the dust removal is not good.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the inventors of the present invention have finally obtained the present invention through a long period of research and practice.

Disclosure of Invention

The structure enables the filtering area of the upper half part of the filter bag to be increased along with the increase of the number of the pleats, and solves the problems that the pressure drop generated by the part close to the outlet of the filter bag is large, the distribution of the filtering resistance in the axial direction of the filter bag is not uniform and the like during filtering, so that the filtering resistance of the upper part of the filter bag is reduced, the distribution of the integral filtering resistance is balanced, and the integral filtering resistance of the filter bag is reduced.

Meanwhile, the upper bag cage 2 and the lower bag cage 2 have the same structure except that the corresponding filter bag pleats are different, so that the lower bag cage 2 can be changed into the upper bag cage 1 for use, and the upper bag cage and the lower bag cage 2 with fewer pleats form a new upper-lower double-pleat-count bag cage. The upper bag cage 1 can also be changed into a lower bag cage 2 for use, and the upper bag cage 1 with more folds forms a new upper and lower double-fold bag cage. The upper bag cage and the lower bag cage 2 can be flexibly combined and are convenient to assemble in combination with practical application.

Each component can be repeatedly assembled and used, the cost caused by secondary production is reduced, and the structure is simple, the assembly is flexible, the design is reasonable, the manufacture is easy, and the like.
