As shown in fig. 1-3, a dust-free environment-friendly adding device for a fiber temporary plugging agent comprises a skid-mounted base 24, a support 29 is fixedly installed on the skid-mounted base 24, a hollow cylindrical box body is fixed at the upper end of the support 29, a feed hopper 1 communicated with the box body is fixed at the upper end of the box body, a drum shaft 3 concentric with the box body is rotatably connected in the box body, two ends of the drum shaft 3 penetrate through the box body, a hollow drum 2 concentric with the box body is fixed on the drum shaft 3 in the box body, the drum 2 is conical, the area of the left end surface of the drum 2 is larger than that of the right end surface of the drum 2, a helical blade 17 is fixed on the left side of the outer edge of the drum 2, a plurality of second stirring blades 32 are fixed on the outer edge of the drum 2 on the right side of the helical blade 17, a blind hole 30 is formed in the left side of the drum shaft 3, a rotary joint 4 communicated with the blind hole 30 is rotatably connected at the left side of the drum shaft 3, and the rotary joint 4 is fixed on the left side of the box body, a plurality of spray pipes 14 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of a drum shaft 3 in a box body, the spray pipes 14 are communicated with a blind hole 30, the spray pipes 14 are fixed on the outer edge of the drum 2, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the part of the spray pipes 14 fixed on the outer edge of the drum 2, a plurality of first stirring blades 6 are fixed on the inner edge of the box body on the left side of a spiral blade 17, the first stirring blades 6 and second stirring blades 32 are arranged in a staggered way, a plurality of discharging blades 18 are uniformly distributed and fixed on the circumference of the drum shaft 3 on the right side of the drum 2, a discharging pipe 20 corresponding to the discharging blades 18 is fixed at the lower end of the box body, a driven belt wheel 19 is fixed at the right end of the drum shaft 3, a driving motor 31 is fixed on a support 29, a driving belt wheel 21 is fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor 31, the driving belt wheel 21 is connected with the driven belt 19, a flow-collecting water tank 12 is fixed in the support 29, and the input end of a conveying stirring cage is fixed on one side of the flow-collecting water tank 12, the feeding port of a conveying pipe 22 of the conveying stirring cage is fixedly provided with a storage hopper 23, the lower end of a discharging pipe 20 is positioned above the storage hopper 23, one side of the storage hopper 23 is provided with a water return pipe 25, the water outlet end of the water return pipe 25 is distributed above a flow collecting water tank 12, the upper part in the flow collecting water tank 12 is fixedly provided with a filter screen 13, the output end of the conveying pipe 22 of the conveying stirring cage penetrates through the filter screen 13, the conveying pipe 22 is installed below the storage hopper 23, the lower end of the left side of the flow collecting water tank 12 is fixedly provided with a liquid level switch 11 communicated with the inside of the flow collecting water tank 12, the liquid level switch 11 is communicated with a water tank 9 in a support 29 through a water pump 10, the water tank 9 is communicated with a rotary joint 4 through a spraying pump 8 through a water supply pipe 5, the water supply pipe is provided with the spraying pump, the support 29 is internally fixedly provided with a control box 7, and the control box 7 is electrically connected with the water pump 10, the liquid level switch 11, the spraying pump 8 and a driving motor 31.

The box body comprises an upper box body 16 and a lower box body 27, the rear sides of the upper box body 16 and the lower box body 27 are connected through a hinge 26, the front sides of the upper box body 16 and the lower box body 27 are fixedly connected through a locking buckle 28, a roller shaft 3 is rotatably connected on the lower box body 27, and a handle 15 is fixed on the upper box body 16.

When the invention is used, water is added into a water tank 9, temporary plugging fibers are loaded into a box body through a feed hopper 1, a driving motor 31 and a spray pump 8 are started, the driving motor 31 drives a roller 2 to rotate after being started, simultaneously the spray pump 8 conveys water into a spray pipe 14 through a rotary joint 4 and then sprays out from through holes on the spray pipe 14 so as to humidify the temporary plugging fibers in the box body, when the roller 2 rotates, a helical blade 17 on the roller 2 enables the temporary plugging fibers in the box body to move towards the right side of the inner part of the box body, simultaneously, a first stirring blade 6 on the inner edge of the box body and a second stirring blade 32 on the outer edge of the roller 2 can scatter the clustered temporary plugging fibers and spray the temporary plugging fibers for hydration, under the rotation action of a discharge blade 18, the temporary plugging fibers after water powder in the box body are squeezed into a discharge pipe 20, the temporary plugging fibers discharged from the discharge pipe 20 enter a storage hopper 23, the excessive water in the temporary plugging fibers flows out through a water return pipe 25 on one side of a storage hopper 23, enters a water collecting tank 12 and is filtered by a filter screen 13, after the liquid level of the water entering the water collecting tank 12 reaches the height set by a liquid level switch 11, the liquid level switch 11 starts a water pump 10, the water in the water collecting tank 12 is conveyed into a water inlet tank 9 through the water pump 10, the water is recycled, the temporary plugging fibers entering the storage hopper 23 are conveyed into a stirring tank of a sand mixing truck through a conveying pipe 22 of a conveying stirring cage, the whole process can prevent an ultrafine fiber temporary plugging agent from scattering around a construction area along with conveying gas in the conveying process of a gas medium, the environment is polluted, the damage to the naked skin and a respiratory system of a human body can be reduced, the adding proportion is easy to control, and simultaneously the blocking phenomenon of the temporary plugging fibers in a conveying pipeline during gas conveying is prevented, the addition amount is ensured, and the large-discharge filling is easy to implement.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention has simple structure, convenient operation and stable structure, adopts hydration type stirring cage for conveying, can prevent superfine fiber temporary plugging agent from floating around a construction area along with conveying gas in the gas conveying process, pollutes the environment, causes damage to naked skin and respiratory system of a human body, can reduce the damage amount of temporary plugging fibers, is easy to control the adding proportion, prevents the temporary plugging fibers from blocking in a conveying pipeline, ensures the adding amount and is easy to implement large-discharge filling.
