Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aviation, in particular to a height-variable spraying device for a large airplane surface icing test.

Background

Because the cloud temperature in high air is usually lower than 0 ℃, when the aircraft passes through a cloud layer, parts exposed on the surface of the aircraft are frozen, such as wings, airspeed tubes, engine blades, nacelles and the like, the flight performance is influenced, and the flight safety is seriously threatened, so the designed aircraft needs to be subjected to anti-icing design and meets the anti-icing performance requirement. Advanced and effective icing test platforms are important for relevant design and testing.

At present, main methods for carrying out icing tests comprise an icing wind tunnel, an open icing test bed, air spraying and the like, wherein the icing wind tunnel can only carry out icing tests of single part scaling models under most conditions due to size limitation, the open icing test platform is large and has fixed size, and the air spraying icing tests have more requirements on air environments and large spraying airplanes. Although each part is strictly designed in the design process of the aircraft, including numerical simulation, icing tests and the like, the capability of the whole aircraft to cope with icing environment and the deicing performance are evaluation standards for whether the aircraft meets the final design requirements. Because the height difference of each part of the large airplane is large, a height-variable spraying device for the icing test of the surface of the large airplane is absent at present, and the requirements of the icing test of the parts of the large airplane with different heights are difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a height-variable spraying device for a large-sized airplane surface icing test, which can realize continuous and adjustable spraying height and meet the requirements of icing tests on parts with different heights of a large-sized airplane.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by a variable height spraying device for a large aircraft surface icing test, comprising a movable base, an inner cylinder fan section, an outer cylinder flow guide section, a spray contraction section, and a lifting system;

the inner cylinder fan section is arranged on the movable base and comprises an inner cylinder and a fan arranged in the inner cylinder;

the outer cylinder flow guide section comprises a vertical section, a corner section and a horizontal section which are sequentially connected, the vertical section is sleeved on the outer side of the inner cylinder, and a first ear type support and a second ear type support which horizontally extend outwards from the vertical section are arranged on the vertical section;

wherein the spray constriction section is connected to the horizontal section of the outer cylinder guide section;
