How to make heavy current persistence discharge by the battery pack, how to select reliable power devices by the controller to meet the high-power requirement of the wood splitting machine, how to set the overload protection parameters of the controller and other technical key points, and the design difficulty of the low-voltage direct-current wood splitting machine is invisibly promoted by integrating the technical key points.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an alternating current and direct current dual-purpose wood splitting machine, which solves the problems that the safety of the wood splitting machine using high-voltage commercial power is poor and the working range of the commercial power connected by a connecting cable is restricted in the prior art.

when the battery pack group is connected with the controller, the controller transmits the direct current provided by the battery pack group to the motor; when the alternating current power supply connected with the alternating current plug is connected with the controller, the controller is used for converting the voltage of the alternating current power supply into constant direct current voltage and transmitting the constant direct current voltage to the motor;

the motor drives the high-pressure oil pump to drive the movable cutter head connected to the hydraulic push rod to move to finish wood splitting.

The specific structure of the wood splitting machine is shown in fig. 1 to 4, and the wood splitting machine comprises a power working part 3, wherein the power working part 3 comprises a frame, and the top surface of the frame is provided with a fixed cutter head 35 and a movable cutter head 34 which is positioned on the same straight line with the fixed cutter head 35. The fixed cutter head 35 is fixedly connected to the frame, and the movable cutter head 34 is connected with the output end of the hydraulic push rod 33 in the frame. The hydraulic push rod 33 works to drive the movable cutter head 34 to move towards the reverse direction close to or far away from the fixed cutter head 35 to finish wood splitting.

The power supply module 1 is connected to the bottom surface of the frame, and the power supply module 1 is connected with the hydraulic push rod 33 and used for driving the hydraulic push rod 33 to work. Specifically, the power supply module 1 drives the direct current motor 31 to work, the direct current motor 31 drives the high-pressure oil pump 32 to work, and the high-pressure oil pump 32 drives the hydraulic push rod 33 to stretch and retract so as to complete the firewood chopping action.

When the battery pack group is accessed, the battery pack group may be one battery pack, may be a plurality of battery packs connected in series, or may be a plurality of battery packs 13 connected in parallel. The output voltage of the battery pack is required to be not higher than 60V no matter how many battery packs the battery pack group is composed of.

The battery pack 13 is also provided with 2-level high-current protection, the setting interval of the first-level current is 50-60A, and the setting interval of the second-level protection current is 70-80A. Under the room temperature environment, the battery pack can support continuous constant current discharge of 50A, and the continuous discharge time is not less than 50 s.

Furthermore, the discharging current of the battery pack is collected through the internal software of the control board inside the battery pack, and when the discharging current reaches the threshold value of the secondary overcurrent protection, the main discharging loop is cut off.

Further, the battery pack can continuously discharge 50A for 50s at room temperature by selecting a battery core capable of discharging large current and matching with an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube with large overcurrent capacity.

In some embodiments, the battery pack 13 itself is provided with basic safety protection settings for overcharge, overdischarge, charge-discharge short circuits, over-temperature, and the like. Overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, charge-discharge short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection and the like can be realized by adopting the conventional circuit.

Furthermore, software of a control board inside the battery pack can detect charging voltage, current, discharging voltage and discharging current of the battery pack, corresponding charging and discharging current and voltage threshold values are set, when the corresponding starting threshold values are reached, active intervention is conducted on charging and discharging of the battery pack so as to achieve corresponding protection, and meanwhile, temperature sensors are arranged at multiple positions inside the battery pack so as to achieve the functions of temperature detection and over-temperature protection under the working state of the battery pack.

In some embodiments, depending on the hardware and software protection settings of the battery pack 13 and the controller 11, the hardware design of the controller 11 may normally pass a high current with an upper limit not lower than the secondary protection current value of the battery pack (the controller may normally operate at a current of at least 80A). The software sets the protection current of the controller which is not higher than the primary protection current of the battery pack according to the requirement of the actual power working part (the controller works under the current which is less than or equal to 50A), ensures that mutual constraint is formed between the battery pack 13 and the controller 11, and avoids long-time heavy current discharge from influencing the service life of the battery pack 13, the controller 11 and the direct current motor 31.

The controller 11 sets the overload protection current limit value and the continuous discharge time of the maximum current according to the hardware protection parameters of the battery pack 13 and by combining the actual working state of the wood splitting machine. Because the highest load of the wood splitting machine is usually in the transient process that the wood is subjected to pressure and is not split, the maximum current-limiting continuous discharge time of the controller 6 is set to be not less than 2-5 s according to the load characteristic, and the wood splitting machine is ensured to have sufficient time to complete the action of splitting the wood instantly.

Further, the maximum current limit can be set before leaving the factory according to the whole load of the wood splitting machine, for example, 40A and 50A are set, the upper limit of the maximum working load of the corresponding wood splitting machine is high or low, the load design of the controller 11 does not exceed the maximum bearing capacity of the hardware of the controller in principle, in order to achieve the discharge capacity of 2-5S of the maximum current limit, for the controller, power devices such as an MOS tube with high overcurrent capacity are selected to ensure the maximum current limit discharge for a certain time, and the discharge time of 2-5S is set according to the working characteristics of the wood splitting machine, so that the situation that the cost is increased due to the overhigh performance of the hardware of the controller can be avoided.

The signal switch 12 is connected to the controller 11 for controlling the power on/off of the power working unit 3. The direct current voltage output by the battery pack 13 through the pin 14 does not exceed 60V. The direct current motor 31 drives the high-pressure oil pump 32 to work, the hydraulic push rod 33 is pushed to move, the movable cutter head 34 is connected with the hydraulic push rod 33, the movable cutter head 34 pushes the firewood to extrude the fixed cutter head 35, and the firewood chopping action is completed.

When the alternating current commercial power is connected, in a working state, the power supply selection module in the controller 11 can automatically switch to alternating current power supply, realize voltage transformation rectification through the controller 11 and output constant direct current voltage which is not higher than 60V.

Furthermore, the power supply selection module comprises devices with a circuit breaking function such as an MOSFET, an IGBT, a silicon controlled rectifier, a relay and the like and a driving circuit thereof, and is provided with an online circuit for independently detecting the alternating current input source and the direct current input source, and the power supply input mode is automatically detected and switched through preset logic.

The continuous output time of the DC maximum current 50A set by the controller 6 is not less than 2-5 s, and the DC brushless motor 16 is driven to work. When the battery pack 1 and the alternating current commercial power are both connected, the wood splitting machine can work and charge the battery pack 1, and when the battery is fully charged or reaches a charge cut-off voltage value, the charging state is cut off.

In this embodiment, the adopted motor is a dc brushless motor, and the commercial power is rectified by a controller to output a constant dc voltage not higher than 60V, so as to drive the dc brushless motor to work. The battery pack directly drives the DC brushless motor to work.

Specifically, the alternating current power supply is controlled to be not higher than 60V direct current voltage by the mains supply through the modes of firstly reducing voltage and then rectifying or firstly rectifying and then reducing voltage.

For the mode of firstly reducing voltage and then rectifying, generally, the mode of carrier wave or transformer is adopted to firstly reduce the alternating voltage to be lower, and then the direct voltage which is not higher than 60V is output through the rectifying and filtering circuit.

For the mode of rectifying first and then reducing voltage, half-wave or full-wave rectifying and filtering are generally used to output higher direct current voltage, and the direct current voltage not higher than 60V is output by a DCDC voltage reduction circuit.

This embodiment is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the same parts thereof will not be discussed repeatedly, and the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the controller is not provided with a function of charging the battery pack when both the battery pack group and the ac commercial power are connected. This embodiment is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the same parts thereof will not be discussed repeatedly, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the dual-voltage winding brushless motor is adopted in this embodiment, and the commercial power is rectified by the controller to output a set constant dc voltage (not more than 60V) to drive the dual-voltage winding brushless motor to operate.
