Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of sealing devices, and particularly relates to a dead-corner-free manhole structure.

Background

In the field of industries with clean requirements, equipment often needs cleaning work, generally, cleaning in place, namely CIP (cleaning in place), the equipment with CIP requirements generally needs to control the size and the number of dead corners, and the weighing value of the size is the ratio of the length of a dead pipe section to the inner diameter of the pipe, namely L/D, which is specifically illustrated in fig. 1.

The manhole is one of common fittings on a sanitary container, the main function of the manhole is to facilitate people to enter and exit for installation and maintenance, and the size of the common manhole is required to be satisfied with the passing of a human body, so the manhole is generally large in size, namely, the D value is large. As shown in fig. 2, in the conventional design, due to the limitation of the fastening manner and other structures of the manhole cover c, the overhanging height of the manhole, i.e. the L value, is relatively large, but because the D value is also large, the dead angle value L/D is still within the allowable range, but it still has a little room for improvement, i.e. breaks through the limitation of the original structure, which is mainly reflected in:

1. the lower end of the manhole pipe a is welded with the container in an angle joint mode, and a certain welding space, namely a certain extending distance, is needed.

2. The fastener b is side-mounted, and needs a certain space for welding, namely a certain extending distance.

3. The sealing gasket d is arranged outside the flange, and needs a certain installation space for axial sealing.

4. The manhole is covered by the manhole cover c, so that the whole height of the manhole is larger naturally.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dead-corner-free manhole structure, which aims to solve the problem of larger dead corner value caused by larger extending height of a manhole in the original structure, and ensure that no dead corner is formed during CIP cleaning while ensuring the sealing property.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: there is provided a dead-corner-free manhole structure comprising:

the manhole base is connected to the end enclosure part of the container, an annular supporting platform is arranged on the inner side of the manhole base, an inverted frustum-shaped accommodating cavity is formed in the middle of the supporting platform, and a fastening assembly is arranged on the manhole base;

the cover plate structure comprises a top plate and a connecting part, the top plate is used for being lapped above the supporting platform, the connecting part is connected to the lower end of the top plate, the side wall of the connecting part is attached to the side wall of the accommodating cavity, and a sealing ring is arranged between the connecting part and the accommodating cavity;

the fixing piece is connected to the upper end face of the top plate, and the free end of the fixing piece extends to the outer side of the top plate and is provided with a locking portion used for being connected with the fastening assembly.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 3 and 9, a dead-corner-free manhole structure provided by the present invention will now be described. The dead-corner-free manhole structure comprises a manhole base 10, a cover plate structure 20 and a fixing piece; the manhole base 10 is connected to a seal head part of a container, an annular supporting platform 14 is arranged on the inner side of the manhole base 10, an inverted frustum-shaped accommodating cavity is formed in the middle of the supporting platform 14, and a fastening assembly is arranged on the manhole base 10; the cover plate structure 20 comprises a top plate lapped above the supporting platform 14 and a connecting part connected to the lower end of the top plate, the side wall of the connecting part is attached to the side wall of the containing cavity, and a sealing ring 24 is arranged between the connecting part and the containing cavity; the fixing piece is connected to the upper end face of the top plate, and the free end of the fixing piece extends to the outer side of the top plate and is provided with a locking portion used for connecting the fastening assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the manhole structure without dead angles provided by the invention has the advantages that the manhole base 10 is connected to the end enclosure part of the container, the connecting part at the lower part of the cover plate structure 20 extends into the accommodating cavity from top to bottom from the inner side of the supporting platform 14, the side wall of the connecting part is attached to the side wall of the supporting platform 14, and the sealing ring 24 arranged on the side wall of the connecting part is closely attached to the side wall of the supporting platform 14 to realize sealing; in a sealing state, the sealing ring 24 is stressed in the radial direction and the axial direction, so that the axial installation space of the sealing ring 24 is saved, and the overall height L value of the manhole is reduced; the top plate above the connecting part is lapped on the upper end surface of the supporting platform 14, the original arch cover form is abandoned, and the overall height L value of the cover plate structure 20 is reduced; the fixing piece extending towards the outside is arranged above the top plate, the locking part of the free end of the fixing piece is connected with the fastening component on the manhole base 10, a reverse flange is formed, the axial installation space of the fastening component is reduced, the overall height L value of the manhole is reduced, and the manhole without dead angles is realized.

The manhole structure without dead angles changes the traditional cover plate structure 20, the connection mode of the cover plate structure 20 and the manhole base 10 and the sealing angle of a sealing element, and reduces the value L of the integral height of a manhole; on the premise of not changing the inner diameter D value of the manhole, the overall height L value of the manhole is reduced as much as possible, and the dead-corner-free manhole is realized.

Optionally, the manhole base 10 is a flat plate structure, the lower end surface of the manhole base 10 has a hem structure extending to the outside, the lower end surface of the manhole base 10 is butt-welded to the end enclosure part of the container, and the butt-welded seam can be used for detecting the internal volume defect. The outer diameter of the manhole base 10 is greater than the diameter of the closure member of the vessel and the flanging configuration keeps the welding location away from the support platform 14 to reduce the effect of welding distortion on the manhole structure.

Optionally, the sealing ring 24 is an O-ring; the diameter of the sealing ring 24 is greater than the depth of the sealing groove 22.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the seal groove 22 is opened at a lower portion of the connection portion. Optionally, the side wall above the buffer groove 23 is horizontally connected with the lower end surface of the top plate. The cross section of the buffer tank 23 is trapezoidal.

Optionally, the top plate and the connecting portion are integrally formed.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, as a specific embodiment of the dead-corner-free manhole structure provided by the present invention, a plurality of fastening components are provided, and the fastening components are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the upper end surface of the manhole base 10. In this embodiment, the manhole base 10 is an annular plate, the lower end surface of which is connected to the container, the support platform 14 is arranged on the inner side of the annular plate, the upper end surface of the annular plate is provided with a fastening assembly, and the cover plate structure 20 is connected to the fastening assembly by means of a fixing member. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, as an embodiment of the dead-corner-free manhole structure provided by the present invention, the fastening assembly includes a support lug 11 connected to the upper end surface of the manhole base 10 and a swing bolt 12 hinged to the support lug 11, wherein the swing bolt 12 is used for connecting the locking part. In this embodiment, the support lug 11 is U-shaped, the closed end of the support lug 11 is welded to the upper end surface of the manhole base 10, hinge holes are formed in two side walls of the support lug 11, and the swing bolt 12 is connected to the hinge holes in the two side walls of the support lug 11 by means of a hinge shaft.

Specifically, when the cover structure 20 is opened, the swing bolt 12 hinged on the lug 11 is in a horizontal state, and the free end of the swing bolt 12 faces the outside of the manhole base 10; when the cover structure 20 is placed on the manhole base 10, the fixing pieces correspond one-to-one to the swing bolts 12, the swing bolts 12 hinged on the lugs 11 are rotated, the swing bolts 12 are rotated to the fixing pieces, and are connected with the fixing pieces by means of the fastening nuts 13. Alternatively, the fixture is provided with bolt holes through which eye bolts 12 extend and the cover structure 20 is attached to the manhole base 10 by means of fastening nuts 13. The fastening nut 13 is rotated. The tightening nut 13 applies a downward force to the pressure plate 21 and the cover structure 20 to ensure that a seal is achieved between the cover structure 20 and the manhole base 10.

As a specific embodiment of the dead-corner-free manhole structure provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 4 and 8, the fixing element is a pressing plate 21, and an included angle between the pressing plate 21 and the top plate is 45 °. In this embodiment, the end of the top plate is welded with a pressing plate 21, the pressing plate 21 extends from bottom to top along the radial direction of the top plate to the outside, the included angle between the length direction of the pressing plate 21 and the top plate is 45 °, and the upper end of the pressing plate 21 extends to the outside of the top plate. The manhole base 10 is connected with the pressure plate 21 through bolts, the pressure plate 21 applies downward force to the top plate under the action of the bolts, the top plate is pressed downwards, and the connecting part and the manhole base 10 are sealed through the sealing ring 24.

In this embodiment, the plurality of pressing plates 21 are arranged on the upper end surface of the top plate in an annular array, and the circle center of the annular array is consistent with the center of the top plate. The manhole base 10 is provided with bolt connectors connected with the pressure plate 21, and the bolt connectors are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the pressure plate 21. The number of the pressing plates 21 is determined by the pressure-bearing capacity of the manhole design. The pressing plate 21 and the bolts form a reverse bolt locking structure, so that the axial space of the manhole structure is saved, and dead angles are reduced.

Optionally, the lower end surface of the pressure plate 21 is longitudinally projected to be located inside the sealing groove 22. The force applied by the pressure plate 21 to the top plate falls into the inner side of the sealing groove 22, so that the circumferential force of the sealing groove 22 is uniform.

As an embodiment of the dead-corner-free manhole structure provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 8 and 9, the locking portion includes a semicircular groove longitudinally penetrating through the pressing plate 21 and an abdicating groove communicating with the semicircular groove, the abdicating groove extends to the outer side wall of the pressing plate 21, and the notch faces the outer side of the pressing plate 21.
