Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-10, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the high-strength container for filling the chemical liquid comprises a container 1, all structures of the device are made of corrosion-resistant materials, a filling opening 2 is formed in the top of the container 1, threads are arranged on the surface of the filling opening 2, a pressure relief mechanism 3 is arranged outside the container 1, and a shockproof mechanism 4 is arranged inside the container 1; the pressure relief mechanism 3 comprises a filter plate 31 and a connecting sleeve 32, a filter chamber 33 is arranged inside the filter plate 31, a filter liquid reacting with generated gas is filled inside the filter chamber 33, so that the regenerated substance is harmless, the top of the connecting sleeve 32 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the filter plate 31, the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 32 is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the filling port 2, the connecting sleeve 32 is connected with the filter plate 31 to serve as a traditional barrel cover, a connecting pipe 34 is arranged on the inner surface of the connecting sleeve 32, the inside of the connecting pipe 34 is communicated with the inside of the packaging barrel 1, the outer surface of the connecting pipe 34 is fixedly connected with the inside of the filter plate 31 in a penetrating filtering liquid can fully react, the left side and the right side of the interior of the filtering plate 31 are fixedly connected with exhaust pipes 36 in a penetrating way, the interiors of the two exhaust pipes 36 are communicated with the interior of the filtering cavity 33, the trigger assembly 37 comprises a sealing column 371 and a diamond 372, the outer edge of the diamond 372 can partially offset the air pressure, so that the trigger assembly 37 is prevented from being easily triggered, the outer surface of the sealing column 371 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connecting pipe 34, and the outer surface of the diamond 372 is movably connected with the inner surface of the packaging barrel 1, a through groove 373 is formed inside the sealing post 371, a connecting rod 374 is fixedly connected to the top of the diamond block 372, the inner diameter of the through groove 373 is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting rod 374, so that the gas s2, damping installation: fixedly connecting a fixed rod 412 with the center of the bottom of the limiting plate, fixedly connecting four pin rods 410 with the periphery of the bottom of the limiting plate 49, fixedly connecting one end of a chain 413 with one end fixedly connected with a gravity ball 414 with the bottom end of the fixed rod 412, placing the gravity ball 414 into the container 1 through the limiting plate 49, enabling the gravity ball 414 to penetrate through the inner ring area of the clamping ring 42, and simultaneously connecting the limiting plate 49 with the clamping ring 42 through the connection of the pin rods 410 and the pin grooves 411;

s3, filter plate assembly: cleaning the inner walls of the filter cavities 33 of the upper plate 311 and the lower plate 312, clamping the sealing frame 314 with the sealing groove 313 to enable the upper plate 311 and the lower plate 312 to be attached, then respectively penetrating bolts 317 through the inner rings of the upper fixed ring 315 and the lower fixed ring 316, and then clamping the upper fixed ring 315 and the lower fixed ring 316 by connecting nuts 318 and the bolts 317 in a threaded manner, so that the upper plate 311 and the lower plate 312 are more stable;

s4, sealing connection: after the filter 31 assembles the completion, with the inside fixed connection of sealed post 371 and connecting pipe 34, then through the threaded connection of adapter sleeve 32 with filling mouth 2 to link together filter 31 and collection dress bucket 1, and make connecting pipe 34 drive sealed post 371 and diamond-shaped block 372 simultaneously and get into collection dress bucket 1 through filling mouth 2 inside, it can to go into the filtrate to filter chamber 33 inside through blast pipe 39 at last.

In the present invention, the limiting frame 41 mentioned in S1 is an inward protrusion formed by the external template during the blow molding of the packaging barrel 1, and the outward protrusion is filled into the outward protrusion after the packaging barrel 1 is molded.
