Example 1

A reinforcing construction method of a right-angle corner-shaped column template is implemented according to the following steps in sequence:

setting a master template: vertically fixing each main template 1 on the ground, and sequentially splicing the main templates 1 at the side edges to form a pouring cavity 11 with a right-angle corner, wherein FIG. 1 is an L-shaped pouring cavity 11, and FIG. 2 is a T-shaped pouring cavity 11;

when the casting cavity 11 is L-shaped, as shown in fig. 1: four auxiliary templates 2 are sequentially spliced at one corner of the main template 1 by side edges to form a rectangular auxiliary interval 21, so that the peripheral outline of the spliced pouring cavity 11 and the auxiliary interval 21 is rectangular;

when the casting cavity 11 is T-shaped, as shown in fig. 2: four auxiliary templates 2 are sequentially spliced at two corners of the main template 1 by side edges to form a rectangular auxiliary interval 21, so that the peripheral outline of the spliced pouring cavity 11 and the auxiliary interval 21 is rectangular;

thirdly, reinforcing: the interior of the auxiliary interval 21 is reinforced by square timbers 31, the cross section of each square timbers 31 is a square with the side length not less than 50mm, the four auxiliary templates 2 in the auxiliary interval 21 are sequentially adhered and fixed with the square timbers 31 from bottom to top, at least one square timber 31 is abutted and fixed between the two square timbers 31 which are opposite to each other on the same horizontal plane so as to form a cross-shaped support structure, the square timbers 31 in the auxiliary interval 21 are all fixed by steel nails, four steel pipes 32 are spliced to form a rectangular steel pipe frame, the joint of the two adjacent steel pipes 32 is connected and reinforced and corrected by a split bolt, at least two rectangular steel pipe frames are sequentially sleeved on the peripheries of the main template 1 and the auxiliary templates 2 from bottom to top, and each steel pipe 32 is abutted and fixed with the square timbers 31 between the main template 1 or the auxiliary template 2 which is opposite to the main template 1;

fourthly, pouring: concrete is poured into the pouring cavity 11 formed by the split main templates 1 to form a right-angle corner post, wherein an L-shaped right-angle corner post 41 is shown in fig. 3, and a T-shaped right-angle corner post 42 is shown in fig. 4.
