1. A method of photovoltaic installation of a light steel roof comprising a metal roof panel supported by a purlin; the photovoltaic installation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) laying a coating: laying a waterproof layer consisting of waterproof coiled materials on the metal roof board, fixedly connecting the waterproof layer with the metal roof board through a fixing piece, and mutually lapping adjacent waterproof coiled materials in the waterproof layer to enable the fixing piece to be covered by a lapping part which is fixed by hot air welding;

2) installing a steel support: the steel support comprises a support column, a support plate arranged at the top end of the support column and a bracket mounting groove arranged on the support plate; the bracket mounting groove is provided with a strip hole for mounting a fastener; the supporting column penetrates through the waterproof layer and is fixedly connected with the purline; wrapping a joint part of the supporting column and the waterproof layer by adopting a wrapping part formed by upturning the waterproof coiled material, and closing up and sealing the top of the wrapping part by adopting a metal hoop;

3) installing a photovoltaic support: erecting a photovoltaic support in a support mounting groove, wherein the photovoltaic support is fixedly connected with the support mounting groove through a fastener penetrating through the strip hole;

4) installing a photovoltaic module: and a photovoltaic module is fixedly installed on the photovoltaic bracket.

2. The photovoltaic installation method of the light steel roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 1), a steam-insulating layer is firstly laid on the metal roof panel, an insulating layer is laid on the steam-insulating layer, and then a waterproof layer is laid on the insulating layer.

3. The photovoltaic installation method of the light steel roof as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the step 1), a fireproof layer is firstly laid on the heat-insulating layer, and then a waterproof layer is laid on the fireproof layer.

4. The photovoltaic installation method of the light steel roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 1), the temperature of the hot air welding at the lap joint part is not lower than 500 ℃.

5. The photovoltaic installation method for the light steel roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 1), a waterproof roll with a light reflection rate not lower than 98% is adopted; in the step 4), a double-sided power generation photovoltaic module is adopted.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a photovoltaic installation method of a light steel roof.

Background

The solar photovoltaic power generation system is called photovoltaic for short, and is a power generation system which converts solar radiation energy into electric energy through the photovoltaic effect of a solar cell semiconductor material. The photovoltaic module is installed on a roof, which has become a demand for popularization and application of photovoltaic.

The service life of the photovoltaic system is as long as 25 years, but the metal roof panel of the existing light steel roof is easy to rust after being wetted, the durability is deteriorated, local maintenance is needed in 3-5 years, and replacement is needed in 7-8 years, so that the service lives of the light steel roof and the photovoltaic assembly are not coordinated.

If the metal roof panel of the light steel roof provided with the photovoltaic assembly needs to be replaced, the metal roof panel is detached and installed, so that the cost is generated, and the cost for detaching and installing the photovoltaic system is additionally increased; in addition, normal production and operation can be influenced during the period of dismounting the photovoltaic system and the metal roof panel, and then the production and operation cost and the time cost are increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a photovoltaic installation method of a light steel roof, wherein the light steel roof comprises a metal roof plate supported by purlins; the photovoltaic installation method comprises the following steps:

1) laying a coating: laying a waterproof layer consisting of waterproof coiled materials on the metal roof board, fixedly connecting the waterproof layer with the metal roof board through a fixing piece, and mutually lapping adjacent waterproof coiled materials in the waterproof layer to enable the fixing piece to be covered by a lapping part which is fixed by hot air welding;

2) installing a steel support: the steel support comprises a support column, a support plate arranged at the top end of the support column and a bracket mounting groove arranged on the support plate; the bracket mounting groove is provided with a strip hole for mounting a fastener; the supporting column penetrates through the waterproof layer and is fixedly connected with the purline; wrapping a joint part of the supporting column and the waterproof layer by adopting a wrapping part formed by upturning the waterproof coiled material, and closing up and sealing the top of the wrapping part by adopting a metal hoop;

3) installing a photovoltaic support: erecting a photovoltaic support in a support mounting groove, wherein the photovoltaic support is fixedly connected with the support mounting groove through a fastener penetrating through the strip hole;

4) installing a photovoltaic module: and a photovoltaic module is fixedly installed on the photovoltaic bracket.

Preferably, in the step 1), a steam-insulating layer is laid on the metal roof board, a heat-insulating layer is laid on the steam-insulating layer, and then a waterproof layer is laid on the heat-insulating layer.

Preferably, in the step 1), a fireproof layer is firstly paved on the heat-insulating layer, and then a waterproof layer is paved on the fireproof layer.

Preferably, in the step 1), the temperature of hot air welding of the lap joint part is not lower than 500 ℃.

Preferably, in the step 1), a waterproof coiled material with the reflection rate not lower than 98% is adopted; in the step 4), a double-sided power generation photovoltaic module is adopted.

Preferably, in step 1), a white waterproof roll is used.

Preferably, in step 1), a PVC waterproofing membrane or a TPO waterproofing membrane is used.

Preferably, in the step 2), the supporting plate is a flashing plate with downward folded edges at two sides.

Preferably, in step 4), the photovoltaic module is laid on the photovoltaic support.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the photovoltaic installation method for the light steel roof can prolong the service life of the metal roof plate, and further realize the reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof.

The invention has the following characteristics:

1. the waterproof layer is formed by laying waterproof rolls, the adjacent waterproof rolls in the waterproof layer are mutually lapped, and the lapped parts are welded and fixed through hot air, so that the waterproof rolls form a complete waterproof layer, the waterproof layer has good waterproof performance, and the service life of the metal roof panel can be prolonged; the waterproof layer (waterproof coiled material) is fixedly connected with the metal roof board through the fixing piece, and the wind load can be resisted by utilizing the drawing force of the fixing piece and the metal roof board, so that the waterproof layer is firmly and reliably installed;

2. the waterproof layer is not paved, and the steam-isolating layer, the heat-insulating layer and the fireproof layer are paved on the metal roof board, wherein the steam-isolating layer has good waterproof and air-isolating performance, the heat-insulating layer has good heat-insulating performance, the fireproof layer has good fireproof performance, and the waterproof layer has good waterproof performance; the laying of the steam-insulating layer, the heat-insulating layer, the fireproof layer and the waterproof layer can greatly prolong the service life of the metal roof board, so that the service life of the metal roof board is equivalent to that of the photovoltaic component, the metal roof board can be prevented from being replaced in advance, and the reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof is realized;

3. the steel support with a special structure is adopted, and the support columns of the steel support are fixedly connected with the purlines, so that the steel support can be firmly installed; the supporting plate adopts a flashing plate with downward-turned folded edges at two sides, so that the supporting plate can be favorable for draining water, and the service life of the steel support can be prolonged; the bracket mounting groove is provided with a strip hole for mounting a fastener, so that the photovoltaic bracket can be conveniently mounted and adjusted;

4. according to the invention, the double-sided power generation photovoltaic module is adopted, and the waterproof coiled material with the light reflection rate not lower than 98% is adopted, such as a white waterproof coiled material, the waterproof coiled material can reflect light, more light can be reflected to the back of the photovoltaic module, and the power generation capacity of the photovoltaic module can be improved; according to the invention, the photovoltaic module is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, and the inclination angle is not more than 45 degrees, so that the photovoltaic module can receive more light and the power generation capacity of the photovoltaic module can be improved.

Detailed Description

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method of photovoltaic installation of a light steel roof comprising a metal roof panel 12 supported by purlins 11; the photovoltaic installation method comprises the following steps:

1) laying a coating: firstly, laying a steam-insulating layer 21 on a metal roof board 12, laying a heat-insulating layer 22 on the steam-insulating layer 21, laying a fireproof layer 23 on the heat-insulating layer 22, then laying a waterproof layer 3 consisting of waterproof coiled materials 31 on the fireproof layer 23, fixedly connecting the waterproof layer 3 with the metal roof board 12 through a fixing piece (the fixing piece is not shown in the figure), and mutually lapping adjacent waterproof coiled materials 31 in the waterproof layer 3 to enable the fixing piece to be covered by a lapping part 32, and welding and fixing the lapping part 32 through hot air;

specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the reflection rate of the waterproof roll 31 is not lower than 98 percent, for example, a white PVC waterproof roll or a white TPO waterproof roll is adopted;

the hot air welding temperature of the lap joint part 32 is not lower than 500 ℃;

2) installing a steel support 4: the steel support 4 comprises a support column 41, a support plate 42 arranged at the top end of the support column 41 and a bracket mounting groove 43 arranged on the support plate 42; the supporting plate 42 is a flashing plate (the downward folded edge is not shown in the figure) with downward folded edges at both sides; the bracket mounting groove 43 is provided with a bar hole 44 for mounting a fastener; the supporting column 41 penetrates through the waterproof layer 3, the fireproof layer 23, the heat insulation layer 22 and the steam insulation layer 21 and is fixedly connected with the purline 11; wrapping the joint of the supporting column 41 and the waterproof layer 3 by using a wrapping part 33 formed by turning up a waterproof roll (only a part of the wrapping part 33 is shown in the figure), and sealing the top of the wrapping part 33 by using a metal hoop closing-up (the metal hoop is not shown in the figure);

3) installing a photovoltaic support 5: erecting the photovoltaic support 5 in a support mounting groove 43, wherein the photovoltaic support 5 is fixedly connected with the support mounting groove 43 through a fastener penetrating through a strip hole 44;

4) installing the photovoltaic module 6: a photovoltaic module 6 is fixedly arranged on the photovoltaic bracket 5;

specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the photovoltaic module 6 adopts a double-sided power generation photovoltaic module;

laying the photovoltaic module 6 on the photovoltaic support 5;

or, the photovoltaic module 6 is arranged obliquely relative to the horizontal plane, and the inclination angle is not more than 45 degrees.

The invention has the following characteristics:

1. the waterproof layer 3 is formed by paving the waterproof rolls 31, the adjacent waterproof rolls 31 in the waterproof layer 3 are mutually lapped, and the lapping parts 32 are fixed by hot air welding, so that the waterproof rolls 31 form the complete waterproof layer 3, the waterproof layer has good waterproof performance, and the service life of the metal roof panel 12 can be prolonged; the waterproof layer 3 (the waterproof roll material 31) is fixedly connected with the metal roof board 12 through the fixing piece, and the wind load can be resisted by the drawing force of the fixing piece and the metal roof board 12, so that the waterproof layer 3 is firmly and reliably installed;

2. the waterproof layer 3 is laid, the steam-isolating layer 21, the heat-insulating layer 22 and the fireproof layer 23 are laid on the metal roof board 12, the steam-isolating layer 21 has good waterproof and air-isolating performance, the heat-insulating layer 22 has good heat-insulating performance, the fireproof layer 23 has good fireproof performance, and the waterproof layer 3 has good waterproof performance; the laying of the steam-insulating layer 21, the heat-insulating layer 22, the fireproof layer 23 and the waterproof layer 3 can greatly prolong the service life of the metal roof board 12, so that the service life of the metal roof board 12 is equivalent to that of the photovoltaic assembly 6, the metal roof board 12 can be prevented from being replaced in advance, and the reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on a light steel roof is realized;

3. the steel support 4 with a special structure is adopted, and the supporting columns 41 of the steel support 4 are fixedly connected with the purlines 11, so that the steel support 4 can be firmly installed; the supporting plate 42 adopts a flashing plate with downward-turned folded edges at two sides, which is beneficial to draining water of the supporting plate 42 and can prolong the service life of the steel support 4; the bracket mounting groove 43 is provided with a strip hole 44 for mounting a fastener, so that the photovoltaic bracket 5 can be conveniently mounted and adjusted;

4. according to the invention, the double-sided power generation photovoltaic module 6 is adopted, and the waterproof coiled material 31 with the light reflection rate not lower than 98% is adopted, such as the white waterproof coiled material 31, the waterproof coiled material 31 can reflect light, more light can be reflected to the back of the photovoltaic module 6, and the power generation capacity of the photovoltaic module 6 can be improved; according to the invention, the photovoltaic module 6 is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, and the inclination angle is not more than 45 degrees, so that the photovoltaic module 6 can receive more light and the power generation amount of the photovoltaic module 6 can be improved.
