When the electromagnet 41 and the upper device thereof move upwards, the rack I44 drives the gear I46 and the upper device thereof to rotate reversely, the disc 51 and the upper device thereof positioned above are rotated reversely under the action of the connecting rod 52, the gear II 53 drives the rack II 54 and the upper device thereof to move upwards, the pushing frame 56 pushes the four-corner sliding block 62 and the upper device thereof to move upwards continuously, the fourth reset spring 64 is compressed continuously, the opening and closing frame 63 is unfolded towards the periphery through the matching of the four-corner sliding block 62, the opening and closing frame 63 and the upper device thereof, so that the waterproof cloth on the opening and closing frame 63 blocks rainwater, the box-type substation can be protected, the effect of automatically blocking rainwater to prevent the box-type substation from being wetted by rainwater is achieved, the limiting round rod 66 is contacted with the spring piece 68 during the continuous upward movement of the four-corner sliding block 62 and the upper device thereof, and the spring piece 68 extrudes the limiting round rod 66 to move, the fifth return spring 67 is then compressed, so that the limit rod 66 is locked in the rectangular opening of the slotted fixing shaft 412, and the four corner sliding block 62 and the devices thereon are prevented from being reset.

When the opening stopper 415 and the device thereon move upward, the slotted sliding shaft 413 is separated from the toggle block 73, and the first torsion spring 74 in a compressed state is reset, so that the toggle block 73 swings to be parallel to the horizontal plane.

When the second rack 54 and the device thereon move upward, the opening stopper 415 presses the first triangle block 82 and the device thereon to move toward the direction close to the second rack 54, the sixth return spring 84 is compressed, then the first triangle block 82 moves above the opening stopper 415, the first triangle block 82 and the device thereon are reset by the reset action of the sixth return spring 84, then when the second triangle block 83 contacts the third triangle block 86, the second triangle block 83 pushes the third triangle block 86 to rotate, the second torsion spring 87 is compressed, then the second triangle block 83 separates from the third triangle block 86, and the third triangle block 86 is reset by the reset action of the second torsion spring 87.

When a sunny day is encountered, the electromagnet 41 is electrified to generate electromagnetism, so that the electromagnet 41 and the permanent magnet 42 are in a repulsive state again, the electromagnet 41 and the device thereon move downwards, the first extension spring 43 is extended accordingly, the wedge-shaped frame 47 pushes the double-sided wedge 48 and the device thereon to move, the first return spring 49 is compressed accordingly, the shifting block 73 pushes the slotted fixing shaft 412 and the device thereon to move towards the direction close to the limiting support frame 85, one second return spring 411 is extended accordingly, the other second return spring 411 is compressed accordingly, so that the slotted fixing shaft 412 does not block the limiting round rod 66 any more, the limiting round rod 66 is reset accordingly under the resetting action of the fifth return spring 67, the four-corner sliding block 62 and the device thereon move downwards under the resetting action of the fourth return spring 64, and are matched with the open-close frame 63 and the device thereon through the four-corner sliding block 62, the opening and closing frame 63 and the upper device thereof are reset, so that the waterproof cloth on the opening and closing frame 63 is folded, the waterproof cloth on the opening and closing frame 63 is prevented from being damaged due to long-time insolation, and the effect of automatically folding the waterproof cloth on the opening and closing frame 63 is achieved. When the wedge bracket 47 moves to the initial position, the double-sided wedge 48 and the device thereon are then restored by the restoring action of the first restoring spring 49.

Meanwhile, the first gear rack 44 drives the first gear 46 and the device thereon to rotate clockwise, the second gear rack 53 drives the second gear rack 54 and the device thereon to reset under the action of the connecting rod 52, the first triangular block 82 pushes the opening limiting block 415 and the device thereon to reset to the initial position in the process, the second extension spring 414 is extended accordingly, the second triangular block 83 contacts with the third triangular block 86, the third triangular block 86 extrudes the second triangular block 83 and the device thereon to move, the sixth return spring 84 is compressed accordingly, so that the first triangular block 82 is separated from the opening limiting block 415, then the first triangular block 82 is separated from the third triangular block 86, the third triangular block 86 is reset under the reset action of the sixth return spring 84, then the limiting frame 410 is clamped on the opening limiting block 415 again, when the four-corner sliding block 62 and the device thereon are reset, the slotted sliding shaft 413 pushes the shifting block 73 to swing, the first torsion spring 74 is compressed accordingly, and the slotted fixing shaft 412 and the device thereon are reset under the reset action of the second reset spring 411 accordingly.
