The applicant believes that the possible reasons are that the addition of a specific amount of phosphate modified epoxy resin to nitrocellulose, on the one hand, lowers its glass transition temperature, increases the softness of the paint film, improves its brittle fracture susceptibility and thus increases the stability of the crack pattern; on the other hand, the space between the nitrocellulose molecules can be enlarged, the partial viscosity of the nitrocellulose molecules is reduced, the movement of the macromolecular chain segment of the nitrocellulose is improved, and the nitrocellulose molecules and the inorganic filler with specific content generate a synergistic effect. In addition, the applicant also finds that the dosage of the phosphate ester modified epoxy resin has important influence on the effect and stability of the pattern of the crackle paint, if the dosage is less, the softness of the paint film is insufficient, and the crackle effect paint on the primer cannot be torn well when the primer is heated and shrunk, so that the stability of the pattern is poor; if the amount is too large, the crack paint film is too soft and easily scratched by friction or scratching.

In some preferred embodiments, the phosphate-modified epoxy resin has a viscosity of 5000-12000mPa.s at 25 ℃ and an epoxy equivalent of 160-200 g/eq.

The applicant finds that the selection of the leveling agent in the system has a relatively critical influence on the performance of the Christmas decorative finished product, and finds that the HX-3300 polyacrylate leveling agent has an excellent effect, does not generate the phenomena of pinholes, shrinkage cavities and blossoming and has better glossiness in a large number of experimental researches, and the applicant considers that the possible reason is that the leveling agent has proper compatibility with the phosphate modified epoxy resin used in the application, partially migrates to the surface of the paint film due to low surface tension and incomplete miscibility, forms a monomolecular film, reduces the surface flow, promotes the homogenization of the surface tension of the paint film and generates an inhibiting effect on the volatilization of the solvent, thereby providing a more sufficient leveling time for the wet paint film and finally forming the paint film with excellent leveling effect. In addition, the applicant has found in experiments that when the organic silicon leveling agent is used, the recoatability of the christmas decorating material is affected, when the effect of the christmas ball is not satisfactory, the recoatability is generally achieved by recoating a layer of primer and a layer of effect crack paint to cover the layer of paint with poor effect, but when the organic silicon leveling agent is used, the adhesion between the new paint layer and the old paint layer is seriously affected, and the paint falling phenomenon is caused.

The nitrocellulose is selected from ICI DLX8/13 nitrocotton in England, and the phosphate modified epoxy resin is purchased from Changchun chemical Co., Ltd and has the model of BE-186 EL; the talcum powder is purchased from Sanfeng company in Dongguan city, the ethyl acetate is purchased from Jinan Ziteng chemical technology Co., Ltd, the white water preventing water is selected from Jinan century Tongda chemical technology Co., Ltd and is 37-186kg in model, and the polyacrylate leveling agent is purchased from Huaxia auxiliary agent chemical technology Co., Ltd in Guangzhou city and is HX-3300 in model.

The second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of a crack effect paint special for ABS plastic parts, which includes the following steps:

(1) adding nitrocellulose, phosphate modified epoxy resin, talcum powder, polyacrylate flatting agent and ethyl acetate in a dispersing cylinder in sequence, and dispersing for 30min at the rotating speed of 800r/min by using a dispersing mixer to obtain a mixture A;

(2) and adding anti-white water into the mixture A, and dispersing for 10min at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain the water-based white pigment.

Performance testing

1. Stability of pattern

The test method comprises the following steps: firstly, diluting HL-810-6 Christmas thermosetting primer and 120# white electric oil according to the weight ratio of 1:2, roll-coating a Christmas ball base material, rotating and leveling for 2min in a leveling machine baking channel with the rotating speed of 2min/m at 60 ℃, and then respectively baking in an oven at 60 ℃ for 3 min/5 min/10 min/13 min/20 min; the crack effect paint prepared in example 1 was stirred uniformly, then roll coated on the surface of the primer, baked at 60 ℃ for 20 minutes, and the pattern of the crack size was observed to determine the pattern stability.

And (3) marking the hundred grids by using a hundred-grid art designer knife, sticking the positions of the coatings for marking the hundred grids by using a transparent adhesive tape, stably tearing off the adhesive tape within 0.5-1 second, and evaluating the adhesive force grade of the paint with the rolling coating effect after different primer baking times according to the ASTM standard.

The results are shown in Table 1.

2. Adhesion Performance test

The test method comprises the following steps: firstly, diluting HL-810-6 Christmas thermosetting primer and 120# white electric oil according to the weight ratio of 1:2, roll-coating a Christmas ball base material, rotating and leveling for 2min in a leveling machine baking channel with the rotating speed of 2min/m at 60 ℃, baking for 10min in a baking oven at 60 ℃, uniformly stirring the crack effect paint prepared in the embodiment 1-6, roll-coating the surface of the primer, baking for 20min at 60 ℃, marking the hundred lattices with a hundred-grid art knife, sticking the coating positions of the marked hundred lattices with a transparent adhesive tape, stably tearing off the adhesive tape within 0.5-1 second, and evaluating the adhesive force grade according to the ASTM standard.

The test results are shown in Table 1.

3. Storage stability test of finished coating

The finished product of the crack ABS Christmas ball prepared by the crack effect paint prepared in the embodiment 1 is placed in a cool and shady place (25-30 ℃) in a room at normal temperature for half a year, whether the appearance is changed or not is observed, and the adhesion performance is tested repeatedly.

And (3) testing results: the appearance was unchanged and the adhesion rating was still 4B.
