Background

The monorail transportation is a rail transportation system which adopts rubber tires and runs on a rail beam integrating beam and rail, wherein vehicles run by straddling the rail beam, and the monorail transportation is called straddle type monorail transportation. The track beam is connected with a lower structure (pier stud and capping beam) through a tension support to form a monorail beam bridge system. The straddle type single-rail tension support is fixed above the cover beam and supports the rail beam. The straddle type single-rail tension support comprises a support upper pendulum, a support lower pendulum and a shear resistant tenon fixed on a cover beam and used for limiting the support lower pendulum, an anchor box is embedded in the cover beam, and the support lower pendulum is fixed on the cover beam through an anchor rod and the anchor box in a matched mode. The tension support of the straddle type monorail is subjected to huge acting force in the long-term running process, and the condition of anchor rod fracture can be generated, so that the balance of a track beam is influenced, even serious safety accidents are caused, the fractured anchor rod is difficult to take out, and the fractured anchor rod cannot be replaced in time.

Therefore, how to replace the anchor rod of the straddle-type monorail tension support becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anchor rod replacing method of a straddle-type single-rail tension support, which can take out an anchor rod broken in a cover beam, is convenient to replace and maintain the anchor rod and improves the running safety of the straddle-type single rail.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an anchor rod replacing method of a straddle type monorail tension support, which comprises the following steps:

the fixing of the lower hem of the support and the cover beam is released;

jacking one end of the track beam above the lower hem of the support to a preset height;

taking out an anchor rod to be replaced from the position between the lower part of the lower hem of the support and the cover beam and installing a new anchor rod;

and resetting the track beam and fixing the lower hem of the support relative to the cover beam.

Optionally, the step of releasing the fixing of the support lower hem and the cover beam is as follows: and removing all the fastening nuts and the locknuts of the anchor rods of the lower hem of the support, and simultaneously removing the wedge blocks between the lower hem of the support and the shear resistant tenons.

An anchor rod replacing method of a straddle-type monorail tension support provided by an embodiment of the invention is shown in figure 1 and comprises the following steps:

step S100: the fixing of the support lower hem 2 and the cover beam 1 is released;

step S200: jacking one end of a track beam 5 above the support lower hem 2 to a preset height;

step S300: taking out the anchor rod 6 to be replaced from the position between the lower part of the support lower hem 2 and the cover beam 1 and installing a new anchor rod 6;

The core of the anchor rod replacing method lies in that one end of a track beam 5 is jacked, a support upper hem 4 below a corresponding end is driven, and a support lower hem 2 with the broken anchor rod 6 is lifted synchronously, so that the support lower hem 2 is separated from a cover beam 1 and is kept suspended relative to the cover beam 1, the force is directly applied to the broken anchor rod 6 in an operation space between the support lower hem 2 and the cover beam 1 conveniently, the broken anchor rod 6 in an anchor box 12 is removed, the anchor rod 6 is replaced, the track beam 5 is reset at last, and the support lower hem 2 and the cover beam 1 are fixed, the stability of the straddle type single-rail tension support is ensured, and the safety of the straddle type single-rail operation is further ensured.

After the track beam 5 falls back to the installation position, the fastening nut 61 and the locknut 62 are reused to match the anchor rod 6 to fix the support lower hem 2 relative to the cover beam 1, and then the wedge blocks are driven into the space between the support lower hem 2 and the shear resistant tenon 3 again.

In another embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the safety of the construction process and prevent the track beam 5 from laterally shifting or even toppling during the jacking or falling process, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the anchor rod replacing method further includes a step S110 before jacking the track beam 5, wherein a limiting device 8 is installed on two side surfaces of the adjacent track beam 5 of the track beam 5 to be jacked, the limiting device 8 extends and fits towards the side surface of the track beam 5 to be jacked, and the track beam 5 to be jacked is laterally limited to avoid lateral shifting.
