The opening and closing of the device is determined only by the pressure in the conveying pipeline, and the device is controlled in no other way and is completely automatically opened only in the place where the compressed air is needed to be supplemented most, namely the pressure in the conveying pipeline is high.

As shown in figure 1, in the diaphragm through type on-way air supply device, a pressure regulating knob 1 presses a diaphragm 5 and a valve core 4 onto a sealing surface of an air inlet pipe 7 through a spring 2, the air inlet pipe 7 and a connecting pipe 8 are both connected onto a valve body 6, and the connecting pipe 8 is communicated with a valve body inner cavity 9 of the valve body 6.

When in use, compressed air is connected to the air inlet pipe 7, and the connecting pipe 8 is connected to the main conveying pipe. Every several meters is connected with an air supply device along the form.

Compressed air is accessed through the air inlet pipe 7, and because the elasticity of the spring 2 is far larger than the pressure of the compressed air acting on the valve core 4, the compressed air can not enter the inner cavity 9 of the valve body, and at the moment, the device is closed.

When the conveying pressure in the conveying pipeline is increased, the pressure in the inner cavity 9 of the valve body is increased, the pressure acting on the diaphragm is increased, when the pressure is greater than the elastic force of the spring 2, the diaphragm 5 is pushed to move leftwards, the valve core 4 is driven to move leftwards together, so that the sealing port of the air inlet pipe 8 is opened, the device is opened, and compressed air flows into the connecting pipe 8 through the inner cavity 9 of the valve body and enters the main conveying pipe.

When the pressure in the delivery pipe is reduced, the pressure in the valve body inner cavity 9 is reduced, the pressure acting on the diaphragm 5 is reduced, and when the elastic force of the spring 2 is greater than the sum of the pressure of the valve body inner cavity 9 acting on the diaphragm and the pressure of compressed air acting on the valve core 4, the diaphragm 5 drives the valve core 4 to move rightwards to prop against the sealing surface of the air inlet pipe 7, so that the compressed air is closed.

It can be seen that the opening and closing of the device is determined by the pressure in the ash conveying pipe, and the device is opened when the pressure is high and closed when the pressure is low.

In this embodiment, the pressure of the spring acting on the diaphragm can be adjusted by the pressure adjusting knob 1, which can be used to change the pressure threshold of the opening device.
