It should be noted that the first color is the color of the first real-time humidity value displayed by the display device 131 when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20 exceeds the preset humidity range, the appearance of the first color indicates that a liquid leakage phenomenon occurs inside the battery pack case 20, and thus, the prompt words displayed by the display device 131 are also set to the first color, when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 exceeds the preset humidity range, the real-time humidity value displayed by the display device 131 and the displayed prompt word are both in the first color, so that the uniformity of the color at the moment is realized, thus, the observability of the alarm information that the display device 131 prompts the driver of the occurrence of the liquid leakage phenomenon inside the battery pack case 20 can be improved, the driver can be helped to more clearly and accurately acquire the alarm information, so as to help the driver to make adaptive repair measures based on the liquid leakage phenomenon inside the battery pack box body 20 in time.

Based on the concept of the above-mentioned leakage detection method, illustratively, under the condition that the temperature is 25 ℃, the air drying value is 25% RH, the light humid air is 25% RH-70% RH, and the heavy humid air is more than 70% RH; it can be understood that the preset humidity range is 0-25% RH, the first preset threshold is 25% RH, and the second preset threshold is 70% RH. When the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box body 20 is within a preset humidity interval, namely less than 25% RH, it is indicated that no liquid leakage phenomenon occurs inside the battery pack box body 20 at this time, and the power battery pack is in a normal use state; when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box body 20 is greater than the first preset threshold and less than the second preset threshold, that is, within the humidity range of 25% RH to 70% RH, a liquid leakage phenomenon occurs inside the battery pack box body 20, but is not serious and is within a controllable range at this time; when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20 is greater than the second preset threshold, that is, greater than 70% RH, a phenomenon of serious leakage occurs inside the battery pack case 20 at this time.

Example two

Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a liquid leakage detection apparatus 30, and the liquid leakage detection apparatus 30 can be understood as the microprocessor 12 described in the first embodiment, which is used to control the liquid leakage detection system 10 to perform the liquid leakage detection operation by using the liquid leakage detection method described in the first embodiment. The method for detecting liquid leakage in this embodiment is the same as the method for detecting liquid leakage in the first embodiment, and please refer to the related description of the method for detecting liquid leakage in the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.

The liquid leakage detection device 30 includes an acquisition module 31, a determination module 32, an opening module 33, and a closing module 34. The obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain a real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20; the judging module 32 is configured to judge whether the real-time humidity value exceeds a preset humidity interval; the opening module 33 is used for acquiring a signal for opening the picture alarm and the voice alarm when the real-time humidity value exceeds a preset humidity interval so as to open the picture alarm and the voice alarm at the same time; the closing module 34 is configured to obtain a signal for closing the frame alarm and the voice alarm when the real-time humidity value does not exceed the preset humidity range, so as to close the frame alarm and the voice alarm at the same time.

When the leakage detection is performed, the humidity detector 11 is first arranged inside the battery pack box 20, and the humidity detector 11 acquires humidity data inside the battery pack box 20; the acquiring module 31 acquires humidity data acquired by the humidity detector 11, and calculates based on the humidity data to acquire a real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20; the determining module 32 compares the real-time humidity value with a preset humidity interval, so as to determine whether the real-time humidity value exceeds the preset humidity interval; when the judgment module 32 judges that the real-time humidity value exceeds the preset humidity interval, the start module 33 acquires a signal for starting the image alarm and the voice alarm, and simultaneously controls the display device 131 and the prompt device 132 to start alarm operation, that is, simultaneously starts a prompt word and a prompt sound to realize alarm operation, specifically, the start module 33 controls the display device 131 to start to display the prompt word, and simultaneously the start module 33 controls the prompt device 132 to start to give a prompt sound, so that the start module 33 realizes the start operation of the image alarm and the voice alarm; when the determining module 32 determines that the real-time humidity value does not exceed the preset humidity range, the closing module 34 obtains signals for closing the image alarm and the voice alarm, and simultaneously controls the alarm operations of the display device 131 and the prompting device 132 to be closed, that is, simultaneously closes the prompting characters and the prompting tones to close the alarm operations. The display device 131 and the prompt device 132 simultaneously turn on the alarm operation and turn off the alarm operation, it can be understood that the display device 131 and the prompt device 132 simultaneously turn on or turn off the alarm operation after the judgment module 32 completes the judgment operation, and the display device 131 and the prompt device 132 are allowed to have a certain deviation in the turn-on and turn-off operations due to the difference in the operation of the display device 131 and the prompt device 132.

Optionally, set up moisture detector 11 on the inner wall that is used for setting up one side of liquid cooling board bottom battery package box 20, in the use when power battery package, when the inside of battery package box 20 takes place the weeping, the inside moisture of battery package box 20 gathers the inner wall that is used for setting up one side of liquid cooling board bottom battery package box 20 under the effect of gravity, so, moisture detector 11 can acquire the inside humidity data of battery package box 20 more accurately, thereby the weeping detection effect of weeping detection device 30 has been improved.

Optionally, the liquid leakage detecting device 30 further includes a display module 35, and when the determining module 32 determines that the real-time humidity value exceeds the preset humidity range, the display module 35 controls the display device 131 to display the first real-time humidity value in a first color; when the determining module 32 determines that the real-time humidity value does not exceed the preset humidity range, the display module 35 controls the display device 131 to display a second real-time humidity value in a second color. In this way, the display module 35 is used for controlling the display device 131 to display the real-time humidity value. The display device 131 for displaying the prompt word to implement the alarm operation and the display device 131 for displaying the first real-time humidity value or the second real-time humidity value may be configured as the same display device or may be configured as different display devices.

By adopting the technical scheme, the acquisition module 31 acquires the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 so as to acquire the water content condition inside the battery pack box 20; the judging module 32 judges whether the real-time humidity value exceeds a preset humidity interval so as to judge whether the moisture condition in the battery pack box body 20 exceeds the standard; when the moisture in the battery pack box 20 exceeds the standard, the phenomenon of liquid leakage in the battery pack box 20 is shown, the module 33 is opened to control the operation of image alarm and voice alarm, so that a driver can acquire alarm information of the phenomenon of liquid leakage in the battery pack box 20 through two dimensionalities of vision and hearing respectively, the driver can acquire the liquid leakage condition in the battery pack box 20 more timely and accurately, and accordingly the driver can take corresponding repairing measures timely to prevent the moisture in the battery pack box 20 from accumulating continuously, the problem that the insulation performance of the circuit in the battery pack box 20 is reduced to drive the output power of the battery pack to be low is solved, and the safety accidents that the power of the battery pack is driven to burn and ignite and the like due to the short circuit in the battery pack box 20 are prevented. Correspondingly, when the judgment module 32 judges that the real-time humidity value does not exceed the preset humidity range, the shutdown module 34 controls the image alarm and the voice alarm to be shut down, so as to ensure the normal operation of the power battery pack. In addition, display module 35 realizes the demonstration work of real-time humidity value for the driver can acquire the inside real-time humidity value of battery package box 20 in real time, with the inside water content condition of acquiring battery package box 20 in real time, thereby realize detection, the early warning function to the weeping condition of battery package box 20 inside, improve the protection to the power battery package.

EXAMPLE III

Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a liquid leakage detection system 10, where the liquid leakage detection system 10 is configured to use the liquid leakage detection method provided in the first embodiment to perform detection and early warning functions on moisture inside the battery pack case 20, so that a driver can timely obtain a liquid leakage situation inside the battery pack case 20, timely perform an adaptive repair measure on a power battery pack, prevent moisture inside the battery pack case 20 from being continuously accumulated, alleviate a problem that an output power of the power battery pack is low due to a decrease in an insulation performance of a circuit inside the battery pack case 20, and prevent a safety accident that a circuit inside the battery pack case 20 is short-circuited to cause the power battery pack to be burned and ignited. The method for detecting liquid leakage in this embodiment is the same as the method for detecting liquid leakage in the first embodiment, and please refer to the related description of the method for detecting liquid leakage in the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.

The leakage detection system 10 includes a moisture detector 11, a microprocessor 12, and an alarm device 13. The humidity detector 11 is arranged in the battery pack box 20 to obtain humidity data inside the battery pack box 20; the alarm device 13 is electrically connected with the microprocessor 12 to carry out picture alarm and voice alarm; the microprocessor 12 is electrically connected to the humidity detector 11 to obtain a real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 through the humidity data; the microprocessor 12 is configured to turn on the alarm device 13 when the real-time humidity value exceeds the preset humidity range, and turn off the alarm device 13 when the real-time humidity value does not exceed the preset humidity range. The alarm device 13 comprises a display device 131 and a prompt device 132, wherein the display device 131 is electrically connected to the microprocessor 12 and is used for displaying a prompt word when the real-time humidity value exceeds a preset humidity range so as to realize image alarm; the prompting device 132 is electrically connected to the microprocessor 12 and is configured to send a prompting sound when the real-time humidity value exceeds the preset humidity range, so as to implement a voice alarm.

The microprocessor 12 is electrically connected to the humidity detector 11, the display device 131, and the prompting device 132, respectively. When the liquid leakage detection is carried out, the humidity detector 11 is arranged inside the battery pack box body 20, the humidity detector 11 acquires humidity data inside the battery pack box body 20, and the microprocessor 12 calculates the humidity data of the humidity detector 11 to acquire a real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box body 20 and judges the real-time humidity value to judge whether the real-time humidity value exceeds a preset humidity interval; when the microprocessor 12 judges that the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box body 20 exceeds the preset humidity interval, the microprocessor 12 controls the display device 131 to display a prompt word to realize the picture alarm work; and the microprocessor 12 controls the prompting device 132 to send out a prompting sound at the same time so as to realize the voice alarm work. Thus, the microprocessor 12 realizes the opening of the picture alarm and the voice alarm, so that the driver can obtain the alarm information of the liquid leakage phenomenon in the battery pack box body 20 through the prompt words and the prompt voice, the driver can be helped to prepare repair measures in time and carry out corresponding repair work in time based on the liquid leakage phenomenon, the occurrence of safety accidents such as combustion, fire and the like caused by the short circuit of the internal circuit of the power battery pack is avoided, and the protection of the power battery pack and the driver is improved. Correspondingly, when the microprocessor 12 judges that the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 does not exceed the preset humidity interval, the microprocessor 12 controls the display device 131 to close the prompt word so as to close the image alarm work; and the microprocessor 12 simultaneously controls the prompting device 132 to turn off the prompting sound to turn off the voice alarm, thus realizing the turning off of the picture alarm and the voice alarm.

Wherein, the moisture detector 11 is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the battery pack case 20 at the side where the liquid cooling plate is arranged.

Optionally, the display device 131 of the liquid leakage detection system 10 is further configured to display a real-time humidity value; it can be understood that, when the microprocessor 12 determines that the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 exceeds the preset humidity interval, the microprocessor 12 feeds the real-time humidity value back to the display device 131, so that the display device 131 displays the first real-time humidity value; when the microprocessor 12 determines that the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 does not exceed the preset humidity range, the microprocessor 12 feeds the real-time humidity value back to the display device 131, so that the display device 131 displays a second real-time humidity value. In this way, the display device 131 displays the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20 in real time under the control of the microprocessor 12, and the driver can acquire the humidity inside the battery pack case 20 in real time to acquire the water content inside the battery pack case 20. The display device 131 for displaying the real-time humidity value and the display device 131 for displaying the prompt word in the above embodiments may be the same display device or different display devices.

Therefore, by adopting the above technical scheme, when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 exceeds the preset humidity interval, the microprocessor 12 can control the display device 131 and the prompting device 132 to remind the driver that the liquid leakage phenomenon occurs inside the battery pack box 20 through two dimensionalities of vision and hearing respectively, so that the driver can more timely and accurately acquire the liquid leakage condition inside the battery pack box 20, and accordingly, corresponding repairing measures are timely taken to prevent the moisture inside the battery pack box 20 from being continuously accumulated, the problem that the insulation performance of the circuit inside the battery pack box 20 is reduced to drive the output power of the power battery pack to be low is relieved, and the safety accidents that the power battery pack is burnt and ignited and the like due to the short circuit of the circuit inside the battery pack box 20 are prevented. Accordingly, when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 does not exceed the preset humidity range, the microprocessor 12 can control the display device 131 and the prompting device 132 to be turned off, so as to ensure the normal operation of the power battery pack.

Optionally, the microprocessor 12 is electrically connected to the humidity detector 11 through a first cable 14, and the display device 131 and the prompting device 132 are both electrically connected to the microprocessor 12 through a second cable 15; as can be appreciated, in operation, the moisture detector 11 acquires moisture data inside the battery pack case 20 and converts the moisture data into an electrical signal; the microprocessor 12 collects the electric signal output by the moisture detector 11 in real time through the first cable 14 and processes the electric signal, so as to obtain a real-time humidity value in the battery pack box 20; the microprocessor 12 transmits the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 to the display device 131 through the second cable 15 in real time, and the display device 131 displays the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 in real time; the microprocessor 12 also processes the real-time humidity value to determine whether the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack box 20 exceeds a preset humidity range; when the real-time humidity value inside the battery pack case 20 exceeds the preset humidity interval, the microprocessor 12 sends a signal to the display device 131, so that the display device 131 displays a prompt word, and the microprocessor 12 sends a signal to the prompt device 132, so that the prompt device 132 sends a prompt sound.

Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the humidity detector 11 includes a housing 111, a water absorption member 112, and a humidity sensor 113. The housing 111 is disposed in the battery pack case 20, and preferably, the housing 111 is disposed on an inner wall of a side of the bottom of the battery pack case 20 where the liquid cooling plate is disposed, which helps the water absorbing member 112 to more efficiently and accurately absorb water in the battery pack case 20. A plurality of water absorption holes 1111 are formed in the shell 111 and distributed at intervals, and the water absorption piece 112 is accommodated in the shell 111, so that the water absorption piece 112 can absorb water in the battery pack box body 20 through the water absorption holes 1111 in the shell 111; the water absorbing member 112 may be formed of quicklime, a water absorbent cotton pad, or the like, which can absorb water. The humidity sensor 113 penetrates the housing 111 and is inserted into the water absorbing member 112; in this way, when the water absorbing member 112 absorbs the water inside the battery pack case 20, the water contacts the humidity sensor 113, so that the humidity sensor 113 acquires the humidity data on the water absorbing member 112 to indirectly acquire the humidity data inside the battery pack case 20. Wherein the first cable 14 is connected between the humidity sensor 113 and the microprocessor 12.
