Background

The tilting oil cylinder is an important component of the forklift and controls the front and back tilting of the portal; the front and back inclination angles of the inclined oil cylinder are different according to different working conditions, and the change requirement of the angle is realized by installing an adjusting sleeve on a piston rod under the common condition.

In the prior art, an equipment line of a tilt cylinder assembly comprises a piston rod and sleeve assembling machine, a cylinder sleeve screwing machine, a running-in and inner leakage detection machine, a friction force and stroke detection machine and the like, and no special support table is used for supporting a cylinder barrel for running-in and inner leakage detection of the tilt cylinder in the prior art, so that a support table for running-in and inner leakage detection of the cylinder barrel for assembling the tilt cylinder is urgently needed to be designed, and the running-in and inner leakage rapid detection of the tilt cylinder is completed through stable support of the support table.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a support table for cylinder running-in and internal leakage detection for assembling an inclined oil cylinder.

The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows:

(1) how to complete the running-in of the cylinder barrel and the piston rod of the assembled inclined oil cylinder;

(2) how to realize the rapid detection of the internal leakage of the assembled inclined oil cylinder.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

(2) according to the invention, the traction part is arranged on the right side of the underframe, the traction part comprises a hydraulic reciprocating sliding table, a tensioning rod and other parts, and particularly, the piston rod is driven by the induction oil cylinder to push the sliding plate to slide on the connecting rod in a reciprocating manner, so that the sliding plate acts on the connecting sleeve to provide a certain thrust for the piston rod of the oil cylinder, a certain resistance is applied to the oil cylinder when the oil cylinder is in running-in, and the oil cylinder is ensured to be more fully run-in;

(3) the invention relates to a device for detecting the internal leakage of an oil cylinder, which comprises a positioning part at the lower part, namely a micro oil cylinder, a positioning rod, a positioning sleeve and other parts, wherein the micro oil cylinder drives a piston rod to push the positioning rod, so that the positioning rod acts on a sliding plate, the sliding plate is positioned at a fixed position on a connecting rod, the oil cylinder is filled with oil to carry out low-pressure tightness test and high-pressure external leakage test at the left side and the right side, and the internal leakage detection is simple and quick and has high flexibility.
