The batch conveying mechanism 32 comprises a rotating column 321 and partition plates 322, the rotating column 321 is mounted on the rotating shaft 22, the partition plates 322 are uniformly mounted on the rotating column 321 along the circumferential direction of the rotating column 321, and the motor 23 drives the partition plates 322 to rotate clockwise, so that the eggs are conveyed independently.

In addition, the invention also provides a using method of the intelligent poultry egg sorting assembly line, which comprises the following steps;

s1, placing the eggs on the upper left side of the sorting bed body 1, and driving the batch conveying mechanism 32 to rotate clockwise through the motor 23 so as to convey the eggs independently;

s2, enabling a single egg to roll downwards to fall into the falling hole 24, driving the base 36 to descend through the weight of the egg, then driving the extrusion block 392 to descend through the driving cylinder 391, moving the compression plate 394 to the right under the action of the extrusion force, continuously descending the extrusion block 392, driving the egg with larger weight to continuously descend through the compression plate 394, and keeping the egg with smaller weight at the original position;

s3, sucking and conveying the eggs kept in the original position to the first egg tray 25 through the sucking and collecting device 4, clamping the descending eggs through the clamping device 5, conveying the eggs to the second egg tray 65, and protecting the periphery of the eggs through the limiting arc-shaped frame 73;

s4, the first electric slider 61 drives the second egg tray 65 to move to the leftmost end, at this time, the limiting arc-shaped frame 73 moves in the reverse direction so as not to protect the eggs, and the second egg tray 65 descends together with the eggs so as to be separated from the auxiliary displacement device 7, and the second egg tray 65 together with the eggs is taken out;
