Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention provides a folding sofa comprising: a support 1, a backrest frame 2 and a cushion frame 3;

the backrest frame 2 is rotationally connected with the support 1, and the cushion frame 3 is slidably connected with the support 1; when the backrest frame 2 is located at the backrest position, the backrest frame 2 and the cushion frame 3 interfere with each other along the backrest rotation direction; when the backrest rotates from the backrest position to the lying position, the interference force generated between the backrest frame 2 and the cushion frame 3 pushes the cushion frame 3 to slide on the support 1, so that an avoiding space is formed between the backrest frame 2 and the cushion frame 3.

In the folding sofa, when the back frame 2 is located at the back-rest position, a part of the back frame 2 interferes with the seat cushion frame 3, that is, a part of the back frame 2 is shielded by the seat cushion frame 3 when viewed in a horizontal direction. Thus, the exposed backrest frame 2 is less, the height of the backrest in the traditional sofa is more consistent with the width of the seat cushion, and the sofa is more attractive visually. And when the back was located the position of lying, through the translation of cushion frame 3 for that a part back frame 2 that is sheltered from by cushion frame 3 also can rotate the position of lying, and this just increases the area of lying, lets the user more comfortable when lying.

In this embodiment, in order to allow the back frame 2 to rotate from the lying position to the back position, the cushion frame 3 can be moved back and forth, the structure is adopted: the backrest frame 2 and the cushion frame 3 are connected through a push-pull sheet 4; when the backrest frame 2 rotates from the lying position to the backrest position, the push-pull sheet 4 pulls the cushion frame 3 to slide on the support 1, so that the avoiding space is filled.

In this embodiment, the push-pull plate 4 is L-shaped, and the end of the short side thereof is connected to the back frame 2, and the end of the long side thereof is connected to the seat frame 3. Also, when the back frame 2 is positioned at the back-to-back position, the distal ends of the short sides are lower than the distal ends of the long sides in the height direction. When the back frame 2 is in the lying position, the end of the short side is higher than the end of the long side in the height direction. Thus, when the backrest frame 2 rotates from the lying position to the backrest position, before the end of the short side rotates to be at the same height as the end of the long side, the backrest frame 2 moves towards the direction close to the cushion frame 3, and at the same time, the cushion frame 3 moves towards the direction away from the backrest frame 2, so that the backrest frame 2 has enough rotating space, and when the backrest frame 2 rotates until the end of the short side is lower than the end of the long side, the backrest frame 2 moves towards the direction away from the cushion frame, so that the push-pull plate 4 pulls the cushion frame 3 to slide towards the direction close to the backrest frame 2 to fill the avoiding space, and the movement track of the push-pull plate 4 is shown in fig. 9, and it can be seen that when the backrest frame 2 rotates from the backrest position to the lying position, the connecting end of the push-pull plate 4 and the backrest frame 2 makes a circular movement around the rotating shaft of the backrest frame 2.

In order to fix the push-pull plate 4, the backrest frame 2 and the cushion frame 3 are both provided with two lugs 21 and 31, an insertion groove for accommodating the push-pull plate 4 is formed between the lugs 21 and 31, the two lugs 21 and 31 are respectively provided with a fixing hole, and the long end or the short end of the push-pull plate 4 is inserted into the insertion groove and then connected with the fixing hole. The push-pull plate 4 is designed to be L-shaped, which mainly prevents the backrest frame 2 from interfering with the push-pull plate 4 during the rotation process and preventing the backrest frame from being unable to rotate normally, and the L-shaped push-pull plate can be also designed to be arc-shaped. Alternatively, in the case where the back frame 2 does not interfere with the push-pull plate 4 during rotation, it is also possible to design the push-pull plate 4 directly in a straight line, which is a simple alternative to the present embodiment.

In order to realize the rotation of the back frame 2 and the sliding of the seat cushion frame 3, in the present embodiment, the seat 1 includes support legs 11 on both sides and a support surface 12 connected between the support legs 11. The seat cushion frame 3 is slidably connected to the support surface 12. The support surface 12 thus serves both the purpose of supporting the cushion frame 3 and also allows the cushion frame 3 to slide relative to the support surface 12.

Specifically, the seat cushion frame 3 has slide rails 32 extending in the width direction on both inner side surfaces in the longitudinal direction; the supporting surface 12 is provided with a roller assembly 14, and the roller assembly 14 extends into the cushion frame 3 from the bottom of the cushion frame 3 and is slidably connected with the slide rail 32. The roller assembly 14 comprises an angle steel, one flat surface of which is fixed on the support surface 12, and the other flat surface is provided with two rollers. The rollers are incorporated in the slide rails 32, so that the purpose of the translational rolling of the seat cushion frame 3 relative to the support surface 12 is achieved. And because of the restriction of the push-pull sheet 4, when the backrest frame 2 does not rotate, the cushion frame 3 has no way to slide relative to the supporting surface 12, so that the position of the cushion frame 3 can be kept fixed, no shaking occurs, and the comfort of use is improved.

In this embodiment, the backrest frame 2 is rotatably connected to the support legs 11. Two side surfaces of the backrest frame 2 along the length direction are respectively provided with a rotating shaft hole 22, the inner side of the supporting leg 11 is provided with a rotating shaft 13, and the backrest frame 2 can be rotatably connected with the supporting leg 11 through the connection of the rotating shaft 13 and the rotating shaft holes 22.

In addition, in order to fix the backrest frame 2 in the backrest position or the lying position and enable a user to obtain a relatively stable use experience, the backrest frame 2 and the support legs 11 are also connected in a positioning manner through positioning pieces; the positioning element fixes the backrest frame 2 in the backrest position or the lying position.

In this embodiment, the positioning member includes a positioning pin provided on the back frame 2 and a positioning pin hole 15 provided on the support leg 11; the number of the positioning pin holes 15 is two, magnets are fixed in the positioning pin holes, and when the positioning pin 23 rotates to a position corresponding to one of the positioning pin holes 15, the positioning pin 23 is in limit connection with the positioning pin hole 15 along the rotation direction. Specifically, the positioning pin 23 and the positioning pin hole 15 are connected by means of magnetic attraction. In addition, in order to realize the positioning fit between the positioning pin 23 and the positioning pin hole 15, a relief hole 25 for exposing the positioning pin hole 15 needs to be further formed on the backrest frame 2.

Then, when the user rotates the backrest frame 2, the positioning relationship between the positioning pin 23 and the positioning pin hole 15 needs to be released, so the present embodiment further includes an operating member for releasing the limit connection between the positioning pin 23 and the positioning pin hole 15, and the operating member is linked with the positioning pin 23 through the cable 25; when the cable is pulled, the positioning pin 23 moves away from the positioning pin hole 15. In this embodiment, the operation member is a pull tab 24 provided on the backrest, and the user pulls the pull tab to release the positioning relationship between the positioning pin 23 and the positioning pin hole 15, which is very quick.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and therefore should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
