Background

Preferably, the main conveying line 20, the follow-up material supplementing line 30 and the follow-up material arranging line 40 are parallel to each other, and conveying belts for conveying are arranged on the main conveying line 20, the follow-up material supplementing line 30 and the follow-up material arranging line 40. Preferably, the supplementary feeding and stirring driving member 52 includes a driving motor 521, a side sliding rail 522, a transmission belt 523 and a transmission wheel 524, the driving motor 521 drives the transmission wheel 524 to rotate, the transmission wheel 524 drives the transmission belt 523 to move, and the transmission belt 523 drives the movable connecting frame 53 to move. Each of the placement grooves is provided with a packet missing detection optical fiber group 621 used for detecting whether a strip packet is missing. The side of the rotating platform 61 is provided with a missing bag rejecting collecting box 64 for collecting the strip bags. When the defect position problem of one strip pack assembly table 62 is detected, after the rotating table 61 rotates to the proper position, the material combining and shifting mechanism 63 shifts all strip packs on the strip pack assembly table 62 to the defect pack rejecting collection box 64.
