a first body including a first housing;

The invention provides an air purifier, which not only can conveniently realize the installation operation of a filter screen, but also can improve the purification effect and the cleaning effect.

Preferably, in order to enhance the guiding and positioning effect of the filter screen 201, the height of the protrusion protruding from the bottom wall of the second housing 202 is preferably 10mm to 15 mm. The outer guide 204 and the inner guide 206 may have other configurations, for example, the outer guide 204 may be a ring or cylinder coaxially disposed within the second housing 202 and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the second housing, and the inner guide 206 may be a ring or cylinder having a smaller diameter.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 9, in the process of installing the filter screen 201, in order to facilitate the filter screen 201 to abut against the plurality of ribs uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction (or in order to facilitate the filter screen 201 to be inserted into the circular space surrounded by the plurality of ribs), an end portion of the rib close to the connection opening of the second housing 202 is preferably an arc-shaped end portion 205, so that a horn-shaped introduction structure can be formed by the plurality of ribs in a matching manner, and thus the filter screen 201 can enter the circular space more easily, and the installation of the filter screen 201 can be realized more conveniently.

Specifically, on the basis that the electronic control assembly and the air driving assembly are disposed in the first casing 101 of the first body 1, the connection of the first body 1 and the second body 2 is realized by the connection of the first casing 101 and the second casing 202, and therefore, in order to facilitate the connection of the two casings, as shown in fig. 5, it is preferable that the connection opening of the first casing 101 is provided with a protruding member 102, and the protruding member 102 protrudes relative to the connection opening in the axial direction of the barrel-shaped first casing 101. Since the second body 2 is located at the bottom of the first body 1 during the specific assembly, the protrusion 102 is protruded in the axial direction relative to the connection opening of the first housing 101 facing downward, so that the protrusion 102 is protruded in the direction close to the second housing 202 relative to the connection opening, when the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 are mated, the protrusion 102 protruded toward the second housing 202 can be overlapped with the edge of the connection opening of the second housing 202 in the axial direction (i.e. the protrusion 102 is protruded into the connection opening of the second housing 202 or enclosed outside the connection opening of the second housing 202), so as to connect the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 (this connection mode can be understood as plugging or sleeving), that is, the protrusion 102 is a transition connection structure of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202, and the aligned pre-connection of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 is realized through the transition connection of the protrusion 102, thereby realizing the pre-connection of the first body 1 and the second body 2. The specific structure of the protruding member 102 may be selected in many ways, and in this application, in order to enhance the connection stability of the first body 1 and the second body 2, it is preferable that the protruding member 102 is a protruding ring connected to and coaxial with the connection opening of the first casing 101, and the outer diameter of the protruding ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the connection opening, so that the all-around connection of the first casing 101 and the second casing 202 can be realized in the circumferential direction of 360 degrees. In order to make the appearance of the air cleaner more beautiful, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the first housing 101 is the same as the outer diameter of the second housing 202, so that the connection between the first body 1 and the second body 2 is smoother when the air cleaner is in a non-cylindrical structure, or the first body 1 and the second body 2 after being assembled form a more regular cylindrical structure when the air cleaner is in a cylindrical structure, and in the case that the outer diameter of the first housing 101 is the same as the outer diameter of the second housing 202, the outer diameter of the collar is smaller than the outer diameter of the first housing 101, so that the outer diameter of the collar is also smaller than the outer diameter of the second housing 202, and since the outer diameter is smaller, when the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 are connected, the collar can be inserted into the connection opening of the second housing 202 in the process of butting the first housing 101 and the second housing 202, thereby realizing the plugging of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202, so that the first body 1 and the second body 2 are pre-coupled (the pre-coupling has a coupling strength smaller than that of the fastening connection with respect to the fastening connection by the snap 108 and the retainer 208 described above). In addition, the protruding member 102 may also have other structures, such as a plurality of insertion bars that axially protrude and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the connection opening of the first housing 101.

On the basis that the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 are pre-connected by the protruding part 102, in order to further improve the stability and the firmness of the pre-connection, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 9, it is preferable that a clamping groove 207 is provided at the connection opening of the second housing 202, and the protruding part 102 enters the clamping groove 207 and is clamped with the clamping groove 207 to realize the butt joint of the first body 1 and the second body 2. By providing the card slot 207, the protruding member 102 can be inserted into the card slot 207 and clamped with the card slot 207 when entering the connection opening of the second housing 202, so that the pre-connection of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 is realized not only by the insertion of the protruding member 102 and the second housing 202, but also by the clamping of the protruding member 102 and the card slot 207, and thus the stability and the firmness of the pre-connection of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 can be further improved. In order to normally cooperate with the annular protruding member 102, the clamping groove 207 is also an annular groove formed inside the second housing 202, or may be further provided with a plurality of interruption grooves, in order to simplify the structure, the clamping groove 207 is preferably a plurality of interruption grooves, the interruption grooves are formed by cutting a plurality of arc segments on a circle coaxial with the second housing 202, and the interruption grooves are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second housing 202 so as to make the connection stress more uniform. In addition, since the outer diameter of the protruding ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the second housing 202, the radius of the circle where the slot 207 is located needs to be smaller than the outer diameter of the second housing 202 to achieve the normal insertion between the two, so that the inner wall of the second housing 202 needs to be provided with a setting member protruding toward the axial direction of the second housing 202, so as to provide the slot 207 on the setting member, the addition of the setting member increases the structural complexity of the air cleaner, and the outer guide 204 (protruding rib) is a component which is provided on the inner wall of the second housing 202 and protrudes toward the axial direction of the second housing 202, and is the same as the setting member which needs to be added, and can also meet the requirement that a plurality of slots 207 are located on the same circle and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second housing 202, so as to simplify the structure, the present application preferably provides the slot 207 on the outer guide 204, more specifically, the slot 207 is formed in the arc-shaped end 205 of the outer guide 204 (as shown in fig. 9), so that a special setting member for forming the slot 207 is not required, and the arrangement of the structure is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6 to 8, a connection opening of the first casing 101 for being abutted against the second casing 202 is provided with a flow guide 103 for guiding the filtered air into the first casing 101. The air guiding element 103 is a horn structure, which has a large opening and a small opening, and when the horn structure is specifically disposed, the large opening faces the inner cavity of the first casing 101 (or faces the air driving component disposed in the first casing 101), and the small opening faces the inner cavity of the second casing 202 and is communicated with the inner space of the filter screen 201, and as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the present application preferably further arranges a grid structure on the small opening to increase the structural strength of the air guiding element 103. Since the second body 2 is an air intake filtering part of the air purifier, the external air enters the inner cavity of the second housing 202 through the air intake holes 203 formed on the second housing 202 under the suction action of the fan, passes through the filter screen 201 in the inner cavity of the second housing 202 and enters the inner space of the filter screen 201, then sequentially enters the inner cavity of the first housing 101 through the small opening and the large opening, and is finally blown out of one end of the first housing 101 (i.e., the top end of the first housing 101) far away from the second housing 202 to the outside of the air purifier under the drive of the fan. The air guide part 103 is arranged at the connecting opening of the first shell 101, so that air can flow in the air purifier according to a set path, namely the air guide part 103 realizes the isolation of the inner cavity of the first shell 101 and the outer part of the inner cavity of the second shell 202, which is positioned at the outer part of the filter screen 201, so that the air entering the second shell 202 can only enter the inner cavity of the first shell 101 from the inner space of the filter screen 201 after passing through the filter screen 201, the filtering of the entering air is realized, and the normal operation of the air purifier is ensured. In addition, the air can be filtered in other manners, for example, the structure of the filter screen 201 is changed without providing the air guide member 103, so that the filter screen 201 blocks the connection opening of the first casing 101, and thus the air entering the inner cavity of the first casing 101 must pass through the filter screen 201 to enter the inner cavity of the first casing 101, and thus the normal operation of the air purifier can be ensured.

Since the air guide member 103 is preferably of a horn structure, and the large opening of the horn structure faces the inner cavity of the first housing 101, on the basis, a radially protruding clamping block 104 is preferably arranged on the edge of the large opening of the horn structure, a bayonet 105 is arranged on the protruding member 102, and the clamping block 104 is clamped with the bayonet 105 to position the air guide member 103 at the connecting opening of the first housing 101. When the air guide member 103 is installed on the first housing 101, the air guide member 103 may be first positioned at the connection opening of the first housing 101, and then the air guide member 103 is fastened to the first housing 101, and the positioning structure of the air guide member 103 on the first housing 101 may also have various options, in this application, preferably, a plurality of bayonets 105 (each bayonet 105 is formed by removing a partial arc segment of the collar) are formed on the collar, so as to improve the positioning stability and the stress balance of the air guide member 103 and the first housing 101, and correspondingly, a plurality of bayonets 105 are formed on the collar, and when the air guide member 103 needs to be positioned on the first housing 101, the bayonets 104 on the air guide member 103 are snapped into the bayonets 105 on the collar one to one, and the air guide member 103 and the first housing 101 (specifically, the first housing 101) are realized by snapping the bayonets 104 and the bayonets 105 101, a male ring on 101) and pre-attached. In addition, the air guide element 103 may be positioned on the first housing 101 in other manners, for example, the fixture block 104 and the bayonet 105 are not provided, but the outer diameter of the large opening of the air guide element 103 is made to be consistent with the inner diameter of the first housing 101 or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the first housing 101 when the air guide element 103 is molded, so that a transition fit or an interference fit between the air guide element 103 and the first housing 101 can be achieved, and the air guide element 103 is directly clamped at the connecting opening of the first housing 101.

Further, the air guiding element 103 is fixedly connected to the first housing 101 via a connecting element 107. The connection member 107 is preferably a screw, and as shown in fig. 6, specifically, a through hole 106 is formed in a portion of the air guide member 103 close to the large opening, and a threaded hole is formed in an inner wall of the first housing 101 close to the connection opening, and the screw is sequentially passed through the through hole 106 and the threaded hole and threadedly connected to the threaded hole, so that the air guide member 103 is fastened and mounted to the connection opening portion of the first housing 101. Of course, the connecting member 107 may not be used on the premise that the fastening of the latch 104 and the bayonet 105 is sufficient.

As can be seen from the above, the first casing 101 and the second casing 202 are pre-connected by the protruding part 102 and the slot 207, which mainly plays a role of alignment and alignment, but does not have enough connection strength, so in order to have enough connection strength between the first casing 101 and the second casing 202 and further to achieve a tight connection between the first body 1 and the second body 2, the aforementioned buckle 108 and the latch 208 are provided on the first casing 101 and the second casing 202, as shown in fig. 1-4, 8 and 13, when specifically provided, the buckle 108 is provided on the surface of the air guide 103 facing away from the first casing 101, and when the latch 208 is provided on the inner wall of the second casing 202 in a protruding manner, the latch 208 is provided close to the connection opening of the second casing 202, so that by rotating the butted first body 1 relative to the second body 2, the first body 1 and the second body 2 can be connected by aligning and hooking the hook 108 with the locking piece 208, and the first body 1 and the second body 2 can be separated by dislocating and separating the hook 108 from the locking piece 208. The engaging member 208 protrudes from the inner wall of the second housing 202 toward the axis of the second housing 202, and the specific structure of the buckle 108 may be selected in many ways, and in this application, it is preferable that the buckle 108 is an L-shaped structure or a hook-shaped structure as shown in fig. 1, 6, and 8, and in the process of fastening the first housing 101 and the second housing 202, the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 need to be abutted first (the abutting process is the above-mentioned pre-connecting process), and the above-mentioned operation of hooking the buckle 108 and the engaging member 208 is performed.

In addition, the catch 108 may have other structures, for example, the catch 108 may also be a protruding block, and the block enters the inner cavity of the second housing 202 through the abutting of the first housing 101 and the second housing 202 and moves to the bottom of the latch 208 through the rotation of the first housing 101 relative to the second housing 202, so that the block is blocked by the latch 208 to connect the first housing 101 and the second housing 202.

When the plurality of the catches 108 and the locking pieces 208 are circumferentially distributed, it is also preferable that the locking pieces 208 are staggered with respect to the outer guide 204. The reason why the locking piece 208 and the outer guide 204 are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction of the second housing 202 is to avoid interference of the outer guide 204 with rotation of the buckle 108, that is, when the locking piece 208 and the outer guide 204 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the second housing 202, the outer guide 204 blocks rotation of the buckle 108 and the buckle 108 cannot be completely hooked with the locking piece 208, thereby affecting the fastening effect. When the locking parts 208 and the outer side guides 204 are arranged alternately, that is, each locking part 208 is arranged between two adjacent outer side guides 204, the clip 108 can rotate between two adjacent outer side guides 204 along the circumferential direction of the second housing 202, that is, the clip 108 has enough rotation space to realize the dislocation or alignment with the locking part 208, and the two outer side guides 204 at both sides of the clip 108 are located outside the rotation stroke of the clip 108, so that the occurrence of interference situation is avoided. Specifically, the structure of the locking member 208 may be selected from a variety of options, such as a protrusion, but in order to improve the locking effect, the locking member 208 is preferably a plate-shaped member protruding perpendicularly relative to the inner wall of the second housing 202 and extending in a strip shape in the circumferential direction of the second housing 202, so that the hooking area between the locking member 208 and the buckle 108 can be increased, and in order to improve the connection firmness with the inner wall of the second housing 202, a plurality of reinforcing ribs connecting the plate-shaped member and the inner wall of the second housing 202 are further provided between the plate-shaped member and the inner wall of the second housing 202, so that a better fastening effect can be achieved between the first housing 101 and the second housing 202.

In the above structure, in order to increase the connection strength between the components and facilitate the processing of the components, it is preferable that the second housing 202 and the outer guide 204, the second housing 202 and the inner guide 206, the first housing 101 and the protruding member 102, the air guide 103 and the latch 104, the air guide 103 and the latch 108, and the second housing 202 and the latch 208 are all of an integral structure.

As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 10, the surface of the flow guide element 103 facing away from the first housing 101 preferably has a setting area corresponding to the screen 201, and a first sealing element 109 is disposed in the setting area, and the first sealing element 109 abuts against the top end surface of the screen 201 to realize the sealing connection between the flow guide element 103 and the screen 201. The setting area is preferably aligned with the installation position of the filter screen 201, and the first sealing element 109 is arranged in the setting area in a bonding manner, that is, the setting area is a bonding area of the filter screen 201, while the first sealing element 109 is preferably made of sealing cotton with a relatively outstanding sealing effect and a relatively large sealing area, after the first shell 101 and the second shell 202 are butted, the sealing cotton connected to the flow guide element 103 can be abutted against the top end surface of the filter screen 201 positioned below the flow guide element 103, so that the flow guide element 103 is connected with the filter screen 201 in a sealing manner, the isolation effect of the flow guide element 103 is improved, and thus, air entering the second shell 202 can only pass through the filter screen 201 and enter the inner cavity of the first shell 101 through the inner space of the filter screen 201, the small opening and the large opening of the flow guide element 103.
