In the invention, when the carding device is used, firstly, cashmere is put into a feed hopper 5, then, a carding mechanism 2 carries out carding treatment on the accumulated cashmere, then, the carded cashmere is conveyed to a carding mechanism 3 by a guide plate 6, at the moment, a feeding roller 13, a main cylinder 14 and a doffer 15 on the carding mechanism 3 rotate clockwise, meanwhile, the main cylinder 14 drives a carding belt 28 to rotate clockwise on a guide roller 25, a stripping roller 26 and a working roller 27, so that the carded cashmere is carded, waste materials fall into a metal conveying frame 10 from a discharge port 16 in the process, then, a driving motor 17 drives a rotating shaft 19 to rotate by connecting a bearing 18, so that the rotating shaft 19 drives a conveyor belt 20 to convey the waste materials into a collecting box 4, when the carding belt 28 needs to be tensioned, an electric push rod 21 drives the guide roller 25 to ascend by a fourth bearing, so as to tension the carding belt 28, when the carding belt 28 needs to be loosened, the electric push rod 21 drives the guide roller 25 to descend through the fourth bearing, so as to loosen the carding belt 28.

In an alternative embodiment, the right end of the material guiding plate 6 forms an angle of 30 degrees with the bottom surface of the carding mechanism 3, and the left end of the material guiding plate 6 forms an angle of 60 degrees with the right end of the carding mechanism 2.

It should be noted that, the material guide plate 6 is convenient to guide the cashmere conveyed by the carding mechanism 2 into the left end of the carding mechanism 3.

In an alternative embodiment, the contact point of the feed roller 13 and the main cylinder 14 corresponds to the position of the discharge opening 16, and the position of the discharge opening 16 on the metal conveying frame 10 corresponds to the position.

It should be noted that the waste material is conveniently led out from the discharge opening 16.

In an alternative embodiment, one end of the rotating shaft 19 is fixedly connected to the inner ring of the engaging bearing 18, and the other end of the rotating shaft 19 is fixedly connected to the output end of the driving motor 17 through the engaging bearing 18.
