Background

The monorail transportation is a rail transportation system which adopts rubber tires and runs on a rail beam integrating beam and rail, wherein vehicles run by straddling the rail beam, and the monorail transportation is called straddle type monorail transportation. The track beam is connected with a lower structure (pier stud and capping beam) through a tension support to form a monorail beam bridge system. The straddle type single-rail tension support is fixed above the cover beam and supports the rail beam. The straddle type monorail tension support comprises a support upper hem, a support lower hem and a shear resistant tenon fixed on a cover beam and used for limiting the support lower hem, and for the fixed support, the support upper hem and the support lower hem are connected through a hinge shaft. Because the hinge shaft of the straddle type single-rail cast steel tension support is damaged and rusted and abraded for a long time, potential safety hazards are generated, and a reliable and safe solution is urgently needed to be provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for replacing a hinge shaft of a straddle type monorail tension support, which can be used for guiding the replacement and maintenance of the hinge shaft of the straddle type monorail tension support, eliminating potential safety hazards in time and ensuring the safe operation of a track.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a method for replacing a hinge shaft of a straddle type monorail tension support, which comprises the following steps:

jacking a track beam to a preset height;

removing a release-preventing plate of a hinge shaft, clamping the hinge shaft, connecting the hinge shaft with a jacking and stretching mechanism, and drawing out the hinge shaft by utilizing the jacking and stretching mechanism;

and pushing the new hinge shaft into the shaft holes of the upper support pendulum and the lower support pendulum and fixing the hinge shaft.

The invention provides a method for replacing a hinge shaft of a straddle type monorail tension support, which comprises the following steps:

step S100: separating the support lower hem 2 from the shear tenon 5, and releasing the fixation of the support lower hem 2;

step S200: jacking the track beam 6 by a preset height;

step S300: detaching a release-preventing plate 8 of a hinge shaft 4, clamping the hinge shaft 4, connecting the hinge shaft 4 with a jacking and stretching mechanism, and drawing out the hinge shaft 4 by utilizing the jacking and stretching mechanism;

step S400: and pushing a new hinge shaft 4 into the shaft holes of the support upper pendulum 3 and the support lower pendulum 2 and fixing the hinge shafts.

In the step S100, the locking between the support lower hem 2 and the capping beam 1 is mainly released, the shear tenon 5 is fixed on the capping beam 1, and the wedging block is arranged between the shear tenon 5 and the support lower hem 2 to limit the longitudinal and transverse displacement of the support lower hem 2. The limiting member 15 is locked on the outer end surface of the inner cylinder, and the limiting member 15 specifically adopts a nut matched with the jacking rod 11. When the inner cylinder of the hollow jack extends out, the outer end face of the inner cylinder acts on the limiting part 15, so that the jacking rod 11 is pushed to extend out, and the hinge shaft clamping device 10 is driven to draw out the hinge shaft 4.
