1. A novel combination secondary beam, its characterized in that includes:

casting a concrete floor slab in situ;

the structural beam body comprises a top flange plate, a beam web plate, a bottom flange plate and at least one tie piece, and the tie piece is embedded in the concrete floor slab and forms a tie integral structure with the concrete floor slab; the plate width of the top flange plate is not larger than that of the bottom flange plate, structural beam body concrete is pre-cast on two sides of the beam web, the top surface of the concrete structure is flush with the top surface of the top flange plate, and the width of the concrete structure is at least larger than that of the bottom flange plate.

2. The novel composite secondary beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the concrete structure is at least 10mm greater than the slab width of the bottom flange plate.

3. The novel composite secondary beam of claim 1, wherein a steel mesh for preventing cracking is provided in the concrete of the structural beam body.

4. The novel composite sub-beam defined in claim 1 wherein said bottom flange plate is provided with structural reinforcement along its length.

5. The novel composite sub-beam defined in claim 4 wherein there are at least two structural reinforcing bars, one on each side of the web.

6. The novel composite sub-beam defined in claim 4 wherein said structural reinforcing bars are located at longitudinally intermediate positions on said bottom flange plate.

7. The novel composite sub-beam of claim 1, wherein the width of the concrete structure is greater than the slab width of the top flange plate.

8. The novel composite secondary beam of claim 7, wherein the lower surface of the concrete structure is flush with the upper surface of the bottom flange plate.

9. The novel composite secondary beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the web plate has mounting lugs at both ends thereof, and the mounting lugs have mounting holes.

10. The novel composite secondary beam of claim 1, wherein sealing plates are provided at both ends of the web.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a steel-concrete building structure, in particular to a novel combined secondary beam.

Background

The H-shaped steel secondary beam is currently used in steel structure buildings such as houses and office buildings, the floor secondary beam is generally made of H-shaped steel, but the H-shaped steel secondary beam has the following defects:

1) the secondary beam uses a large amount of steel, and the amount of steel used per square meter is generally more than 10 kilograms;

2) the secondary beam needs to be subjected to anti-corrosion coating and fireproof treatment, the process is troublesome, and the manufacturing cost is high;

3) if there is a partition wall at the bottom of the secondary beam, the side of the secondary beam needs to be filled and finished in order to improve the sound insulation capability and improve the visual effect.

4) The secondary beam has small rigidity during installation and is easy to deflect downwards

The invention mainly solves the technical problems of reducing the steel consumption of H-shaped steel used by a secondary beam in a traditional steel-concrete structure, improving the strength and rigidity of the whole structure, and reducing the workload and cost of on-site painting and fire prevention of a conventional steel beam. Therefore, the application provides a novel combination secondary beam, its characterized in that includes:

a concrete floor slab;

the structural beam body comprises a top flange plate, a beam web plate, a bottom flange plate and at least one tie piece, and the tie piece is embedded in the concrete floor slab and forms a tie integral structure with the concrete floor slab; the plate width of the top flange plate is not larger than that of the bottom flange plate, structural beam body concrete is pre-cast on two sides of the beam web, the top surface of the concrete structure is flush with the top surface of the top flange plate, and the width of the concrete structure is at least larger than that of the bottom flange plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the invention, the width of the flange plate at the top of the structural beam body is relatively reduced, and the upper flange and the web plate of the steel beam are completely wrapped by the concrete, so that the thickness of the web plate is reduced, the steel consumption is reduced, and the outer wrapping concrete can play the anti-corrosion and fireproof protection roles on the steel beam.

As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the width of the concrete structure is at least 10mm larger than the plate width of the bottom flange plate.

The beam web 11 is provided with a through hole 112, and the structural beam body concretes 16 on both sides of the beam web 11 penetrate through the through hole 112 to be connected to form a concrete structure, so that the structural beam body concretes 16 on both sides of the beam web 11 form a whole and are more stable.

Preferably, the structural beam body concrete 16 is ceramsite lightweight concrete, which can play a better fireproof role and reduce the self weight.

Further, the bottom flange plate 12 is provided with a structural reinforcing rib 15 along the length direction. The width of the concrete structure is greater than the slab width of the bottom flange plate 12. An L-shaped structural notch is formed between the bottom of the concrete structure and the bottom flange plate 12, so that the subsequent filling of the fireproof coating is facilitated, and the wall body can be prevented from cracking.

It should be noted that the width of the top flange plate 17 is not greater than the width of the bottom flange plate 12, including the width of the top flange plate 17 is equal to the width of the bottom flange plate 12; or the width of the top flange plate 17 is smaller than the width of the bottom flange plate 12. So design is firstly to guarantee that the concrete protective layer thickness of top flange board 17 department can reach the fire endurance of the structure roof beam body, because bottom flange board 12 is filled at the structure notch of L type with fire retardant coating, so protective layer thickness need not so big, secondly from the angle of atress, top flange board 17 has the help of concrete, does not need so wide to also can save the steel consumption.

Further, the two ends of the beam web 11 are provided with mounting ear plates 18, and the mounting ear plates 18 are provided with mounting holes 181. The mounting lug plate 18 can be bolted through the mounting hole 181 to the structural steel beam of the building body for easier installation.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the two ends of the web 11 are provided with sealing plates 19, and when the structural beam concrete is precast and cast in a factory, the sealing plates 19 can be used as two-end casting templates for casting the structural beam concrete. And in the stress process of the composite beam, the sealing plate is beneficial to coordinating the deformation of the concrete and the steel beam.

Through the innovation, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

1) saving cost, green and low carbon:

a. the cost of the anticorrosive paint and the fireproof coating is saved, and the cost is higher than that of the concrete on the newly added beam side. The upper sides of the upper flange, the web and the lower flange are completely wrapped by concrete, and fire-proof paint is not needed. A gap is left on the side surface of the lower flange, and the fireproof coating can be filled on site

(there is a wall under the bottom flange, and fire-retardant paint is not needed in general). The filling part is flexibly connected, so that the problem that the top of the beam bottom wall is easy to crack can be avoided;

b. the beam side concrete forms restraint on the steel beam web plate, the beam web plate cannot be locally bent, and the web plate can be thinner;

c. the additional steel bars are distributed according to the bending moment of the steel beam, and the overall length is not needed, so that the steel consumption is saved;

d. the specification is few, reduces the administrative cost: the bending resistance bearing capacity of the section is adjusted through the number and the diameter of the steel bars, and the steel beam can be produced in a standard part mode;

e. the webs do not require pegs. The combined effect of the steel beam and the concrete can be formed through the deformed steel bar;

f. the widths and the thicknesses of the upper flange and the lower flange are different, so that the stress distribution rule of the section of the composite beam is met, and the steel consumption is saved.

2) Saving field labor and accelerating construction period

a. No paint and fireproof coating are needed to be made on site;

b. the wall top secondary beam with the sound insulation requirement does not need to be filled on the spot;

3) performance enhancement

a. The sound insulation effect is better;

b. the anti-corrosion effect is better, the service life is longer, and the concrete protective layer has larger thickness and better durability than paint;

c. the surface effect is better: the appearance effect of the invention is that the concrete poured by the steel die has very smooth appearance, and the coating can be directly sprayed. The conventional steel beam is wrapped by the gypsum plate, so that the steel beam is easy to crack and poor in decoration durability;

d. does not protrude out of the wall body: the width of the beam section is 125mm or 150mm, and is generally consistent with the width of the bottom wall body and does not protrude out of the wall body. (the required width is wider under the condition of the same load of the conventional steel beam);

e. the rigidity is high during construction. Conventional steel beams are not assisted by web-side concrete during construction, tend to have poor vertical stiffness and poor torsional stiffness (conventional steel beams are open sections).
